Hotel HM Tropical kan klart anbefales. Meget rent og fine værelser med aircondition. Swimmingpool på sal 8 (skybar) med med lækker udsigt wow. Tæt på strand. Har alt man behøver på en ferie.

Pas beaucoup de transats. Si le maître nageur voit que vous vous absentez longtemps de votre transat, il se permet d'enlever votre serviette et vos affaires personnelles. Donc attention quand vous vous baignez à la piscine ou vous restaurez, vous risquez ne pas retrouver vos affaires et votre transat. Je n'ai jamais vu cela dans un hôtel, on a été plusieurs clients à être choqués d'avoir vu cela. Le buffet n'est pas varié et les plats mijotés sont très salés. Dommage car l hôtel est très bien situé et face à la plage.

Lovely hotel. The pool closed one day over noon suddenly and the rest of the day but no information was given to guests lying around. We also had a day of water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom and in the morning contacted the front desk who would call the technician. When we got back in the afternoon it was still dripping and there was a lot of water on the floor. We called again and later when we got back it was still there. We called and were told that the technician had been to fix and it was just leftover water dripping. But the floor was completely wet and not cleandd up after and almost ran out to bedroom. Otherwise super nice hotel and located away from the bar area and with lots of good restaurants. Super views to the beach and sea and overall we had a lovely hotel.

Underbar vistelse, mycket trevligt hotell. Kunde ha varit bekvämare möbler på balkongen och smidigare med städning. Dyrt att hyra att de ”exklusiva sunbeds” men det fanns ändå många vanliga solsängar. Överlag god mat, nära till strand och buss och toppenfint hotell!

Personal sehr freundlich. Wir kommen seit Jahren in das Hotel. Leider wird nicht viel dafür getan, dass es instand bleibt. Wir mussten 3x den Handwerker rufen, da unsere Balkontür nicht schloss, dementsprechend auch die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Frühstück ist ok. Poolwasser extrem kalt. Kinder dürfen nicht drin spielen, nur schwimmen. Lage natürlich Top. Preis-Leistung mittlerweile fraglich.

The hotel was really nice. As soon as you walk in you’re met with a friendly welcome, lovely cool air con and a stylish entrance area. The staff were helpful and friendly. The beach is literally on the doorstep. The buffet breakfast and dinner (half board) are good with themed evenings. The rooms are styled simply with comfortable beds and cleaned daily. Hiring a car via the hotel front desk was super easy. A lovely hotel, would recommend.

Hotell like ved flyplassen, som er sbvært praktisk. Hotellet har høy kvalitet med godt uteanlegg med solsenger og basseng og bare 50 meter til stranden. Rommene var ikke store, men fin balkong, gode møbler og godt renhold. Eneste minus var at badet og WC var lite adskilt fra resten av riommet, med bare en enkel glassvegg og glassdør. Frokost var utmerket med stor variasjon og mange retter laget på stedet av kokkene. Middagsbuffeen varierte fra dag til dag og var utmerket og av høy kvalitet. Spesielt likte vi den asiatiske kveldsmenyen og at det var lokal mat fra MAllorca, men alle middagene var tilfredsstillende.

We booked a premium double room with sea view for one night in this hotel due to our flight being cancelled. Check-in staff was friendly and efficient. Our room on the 4th floor was clean enough and had a nice ocean view, but it had very strong septic smell. It was so bad it kept us awake at night and stuck to our clothes. Not what I would expect from 4 star hotel and charge of almost 300 EUR per night.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was self service but there was a good choice. Bathroom had a frosted glass door with gaps which may not suit those that are embarrassed easily. Guests upstairs could be heard especially when they are heavy footed and like moving furniture at 3am. We found that it we needed to cover the shower plug with a towel and also close the sink plug to prevent sewerage smells from entering the room. Apart from these niggles we had a very pleasant stay and thought that the roof top pool and bar was wonderful. Would definitely go back.

Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal. Wenn man den seitlichen Meerblick nahe der Straße hat, ist es laut. Vorteil des seitlichen Meerblicks: ab 13:00h keine Sonne mehr, somit mittags nicht zu heiß auf dem Balkon.

Das Hotel ist modern und gehoben. Für 3 Personen sind die Zimmer etwas zu klein, aber schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Meer und der saubere Strand sind direkt gegenüber. Insgesamt ist es in der Anlage sehr ruhig für alle, die Erholung und keine Party suchen. Es gibt keine Animation, dafür fußläufig genügend Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Einmal bekamen wir das falsche Essen serviert und einmal wurden die bestellten Getränke falsch abgerechnet. Das Personal hat darauf aber zügig und professionell reagiert. Also hin und wieder die Rechnung lieber genauer anschauen. ;-)

Posizione perfetta sul mare a 20 metri dalla spiaggia, buona colazione, ampia piscina attrezzata e comodo parcheggio interno per soli 10 euro al giorno . Sul tetto zona bar con piscina e vista sul tramonto, personale gentilissimo e disponibile le stanze però sono molto piccole anche se dotate di un bel balcone, per 2 persone sono al limite ma come tripla nel nostro caso molto complicato gestirsi. Consigliato più per una coppia. Cibo ottimo e vario, infine con un po di adattamento agli spazi e' stato un bel soggiorno

Das Essen war sehr vielfältig, abwechslungsreich und gut. Das Hotelzimmer war für drei Personen (meine beiden Teenager-Töchter und ich) sehr klein und beengt. Ansonsten war alles top!

The hotel was really nice. As soon as you walk in you’re met with a friendly welcome, lovely cool air con and a stylish entrance area. The staff were helpful and friendly. The beach is literally on the doorstep. The buffet breakfast and dinner (half board) are good with themed evenings. The rooms are styled simply with comfortable beds and cleaned daily. Hiring a car via the hotel front desk was super easy. A lovely hotel, would recommend.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal da und sind erneut sehr zufrieden. Sehr sauberes Hotel, sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, toller Service und super Lage direkt in Strandnähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist modern und gehoben. Für 3 Personen sind die Zimmer etwas zu klein, aber schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Meer und der saubere Strand sind direkt gegenüber. Insgesamt ist es in der Anlage sehr ruhig für alle, die Erholung und keine Party suchen. Es gibt keine Animation, dafür fußläufig genügend Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Einmal bekamen wir das falsche Essen serviert und einmal wurden die bestellten Getränke falsch abgerechnet. Das Personal hat darauf aber zügig und professionell reagiert. Also hin und wieder die Rechnung lieber genauer anschauen. ;-)

Tiny Elevators, need to take several stairs to get into the hotel - impossible with stroller and when getting your luggage into the reception area. Staff generally friendly, but service at dinner unattentive - tried to order drink several times bit they never came. Room nice and clean - would recommend side sea view as sea view not renovated.

Lovely hotel. The pool closed one day over noon suddenly and the rest of the day but no information was given to guests lying around. We also had a day of water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom and in the morning contacted the front desk who would call the technician. When we got back in the afternoon it was still dripping and there was a lot of water on the floor. We called again and later when we got back it was still there. We called and were told that the technician had been to fix and it was just leftover water dripping. But the floor was completely wet and not cleandd up after and almost ran out to bedroom. Otherwise super nice hotel and located away from the bar area and with lots of good restaurants. Super views to the beach and sea and overall we had a lovely hotel.

La gentilezza del staff, soprattutto nel ristorante Caty e Neus bravissime! Cibo ottimo! Nonostante siamo arrivati dopo delle 23 ci aspettavano con la cena perché avevamo preso la mezza pensione, brava anche la ragazza dell’Uruguay che ci ha fatto il check in, molto disponibile. La location vicino alla spiaggia, a tanti negozi e ristoranti nell’intorno, piscina bellissima! La camera vista mare! Che era una vista mozzafiato! Più che Consigliato!

This hotel offered an exceptionally good location close to the beach, the city and the airport. It worked especially well for traveling with my mother, who has limited mobility. The hotel was laid out to allow her to enjoy access the beach and neighboring shops and restaurants. The art in this hotel was also well curated and the overall design of the rooms and public spaces made this an exceptionally enjoyable experience. Bravo.

The area was accessible to public transport and was only 15 mins to the town of palma and costs 2 euros each way. It costs 20 euros from the airport. The hotel rooms were clean and had a nice view of the sea. The staff were friendly and happy to help. We came in April so the pool was very cold but we still had a great time. The buffet breakfast was delicious, they had a lot of options, and every night they had a themed dinner. Overall, our stay was excellent. Happy to recommend to family and friends.

Hotell like ved flyplassen, som er sbvært praktisk. Hotellet har høy kvalitet med godt uteanlegg med solsenger og basseng og bare 50 meter til stranden. Rommene var ikke store, men fin balkong, gode møbler og godt renhold. Eneste minus var at badet og WC var lite adskilt fra resten av riommet, med bare en enkel glassvegg og glassdør. Frokost var utmerket med stor variasjon og mange retter laget på stedet av kokkene. Middagsbuffeen varierte fra dag til dag og var utmerket og av høy kvalitet. Spesielt likte vi den asiatiske kveldsmenyen og at det var lokal mat fra MAllorca, men alle middagene var tilfredsstillende.

The hotel has in parts rather the character of a youth hostel and not of a 4 Star hotel. The rooms are very simple and the coffee at breakfast is undrinkable. Service personell is friendly and the access to the beach convenient. The surroundings of the hotel are not very inviting.

Most amazing place to stay - on the beach - very safe, clean. Can just sit in the lobby area, by the pool side or just get the towels from the reception and walk 1 min to the beach. My family loved the stay. In a blink we would booker this place if we travel again. Highly recommended. Another good part were the Indian restaurant and the Sandwich place - and for those who love steak - that’s next door too. I miss the stay personally - wished had more nights to stay.

Das Hotel ist gepflegt und um seine Gäste bemüht, liegt direkt gegenüber dem Meer, umliegend gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants. Palma ist gut mit dem Bus erreichbar und für feierwütige fährt halbstündlich eine Bimmelbahn nach L'Arenal.

Maden er ikke god på hotellet. Der er for lidt ansatte til at gøre rent, så to dage i streg var værelset stadig ikke gjort rent kl. 16. Alt koster ekstra, cykler, at bruge pengeskab på værelset, håndklæder ved poolen, ja selv vand til aftenbuffet.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und wird sauber gehalten. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein. Das Frühstück wäre eigentlich gut, wenn die warmen Speisen auch warm wären. Leider war das Spiegelei, Speck, gedämpften Tomaten immer kalt. Das war schade.

Pas beaucoup de transats. Si le maître nageur voit que vous vous absentez longtemps de votre transat, il se permet d'enlever votre serviette et vos affaires personnelles. Donc attention quand vous vous baignez à la piscine ou vous restaurez, vous risquez ne pas retrouver vos affaires et votre transat. Je n'ai jamais vu cela dans un hôtel, on a été plusieurs clients à être choqués d'avoir vu cela. Le buffet n'est pas varié et les plats mijotés sont très salés. Dommage car l hôtel est très bien situé et face à la plage.

Hotel was better than we expected! Took a last minute break for our 23rd Wedding Anniversary I did inform the hotel beforehand but didn't receive any goodies! If I was to moan about anything its the air conditioning it lets the hotel down it reached 38 degrees when we were there and my husband had to go and buy me a fan as the air conditioning just wasn't cool enough in the rooms but yet the reception and restaurant seemed a lot cooler. The other thing was how noisy the hallways were outside our room the rooms are obviously not sound proofed and you can hear every door closing or should I say slamming shut instead of people holding the door to close quietly not to disturb others like I do, they would just let it slam shut day or night! very inconsiderate including the cleaners who seemed to be the worst for it along with dragging chairs and furniture in the rooms while cleaning. All in all was a very enjoyable stay but would have to sort out air con & sound proofing before I would return shame really as if it wasn't for these 2 problems I would have given it a 10/10 and I'm not easily pleased! lol x

Highly recommend this hotel. Right on the beach across the pathway with beach access at the back of the property. The hotel its self is stunning, modern, clean and a great location for restaurants next to the hotel. We only had breakfast and lunch at the hotel and it was superb. The dinner had themed nights which looked lovely but we never tried. (I wish we did). Breakfast had everything, fruit, yogurts, hot and cold food. Omelets and pancakes made fresh. Lunch we paid for and was lovely. Pizza, chips, chicken wings and salad. Staff were lovely and friendly and made our 2 night stay effortless and relaxing. Would definitely be returning for another relaxing stay. The swim up room we had on the first floor was that added touch of luxury we had with your own shared pool by guests on that floor. Sea view is absolutely gorgeous up on the rooftop with a bar and pool to dip in when getting a hot. Hotel met all our needs and expectations.
