If I wasn't traveling alone I probably would have gone somewhere else. The place was a dump. The pool was not working (2 ft of stagnant water). there were dead bugs on the floor but hopefully I didn't get bed bugs.

We stayed One night and that was enough. Problems with the room, small if only one or two was present. We found a smoke detector base on the ceiling but no smoke detector, the light over the sink and vanity was broken very low 'mood lighting' level, there was a built-in location for Kleenex but no tissues, toilet paper spindle was missing, tub has a round crack/damage, TV controls wouldn't allow you to change channels, the Pool was an eye sore/rusted/gravel & debris, the parking lot was pitted and had garbage that hadn't been cleared as of our leaving one day after we arrived, breakfast was underwhelming: only a carafe of coffee, a gallon of milk, two cereal choices, one banana, and 4 apples. No OJ/yogurt/hot water for tea as listed on their posted menu. When I called the front desk at approximately 7pm for assistance no one answered. I tried every button on the phone, because none was labeled 'front desk', and 'O' for the operator. No response! What if there's an emergency? I have stayed at several Days Inn and this one is a disgrace to the name and I can't believe that Wyndham is associated with it!

THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. Seats in the rooms are so bouncy and low that to sit in front of the mirror by desk unless you're 6 ft tall you can barely see yourself. Had to do this because I couldn't curl my hair in the bathroom area because the outlet didn't work so therefore had no way to dry our hair because the hairdryer is connected to the wall! There were 4 of us and when we got there we had 2 sets of towels and 1 cup and 1 roll of toilet paper with no extras! Not ready at all for people to stay there. Plus the cushion toilet seat is so unsanitary. The pool was not usable and the breakfast was so poor. 2 types of cereal to choose from. apples and clementines where one clementine was moldy plus the juice machine was out of order. No water to give anyone to replace the machinre not working just coffee and hot tea but not everyone drinkls that! Very disappointed!

The hotel room was filthy. Upon arrival there was no towels, hair dyer didn’t work, lamp never worked, the TV was Spectrum and it kept going out and you had to reboot. The hallways had flying bugs everywhere and the floors were filthy. After speaking with the front desk, i was advised that they were under new management and they were in the process of remodeling. You could tell that wasn't the case, because you never saw any type of maintenance working in any areas. The outdoor pool wasn't in operation and hadnt even looked like they were even attempting to fix it. There was about one foot of dirty green algae water in the pool. The parking lot area was potholes and trash laid outside the entrance for 2 days. Ive stayed in Hotels up and down the east coast and this one was in no doubt the worst ive stayed at.

All I can say was it was a place to rest our heads for the night but we wont plan on staying again. The beda were small and uncomfortable, the room was not very clean, pillows had yellow spots that here hidden under the pillow cases. Outdoor pool was closed and disgusting looking. By the looks of it, it has not been operational for a long time. The breakfast that was offered was only cereal with beverages of coffee ,tea and juice. The pictures of what I booked and what we got were very deceiving. The parking lot was run down with pot holes and needs repaved. The hotel could definitely use a good update! The only plus was customer service was good and staff was friendly. Again wont stay again.

Place was clean. However there is no elevator so if you are on the second floor, you are taking your luggage up the stairs. It was party central…heard people all night…at one point heard a girl scream and then laugh….did not feel safe there…entrance doors are always unlocked. I would not stay there again.

I would not recommend this hotel. Poor customer service, the front desk clerk couldn’t be bothered to leave the chair in the lounge area to come and ask how my stay was. The clerk stated while playing a cell phone “ leave it on the counter.” The clerk didn’t make any eye contact, say thank you, or have a good day. Very rude. The pool was supposedly closed down for maintenance but there was trash at the bottom and weeds growing everywhere around the pool, it looked like it hadn’t been open for a very long time. It was advertised and pictured online as being open. I was very disappointed with this property.

This property has false advertising. The pictures are not from this site. There is no swimming pool that is available, the staircase that I used to go to the second floor smelled of cat urine, the walls in the room had stains, it was in dire need of a paint job. The bed was extremely hard, as if you were sleeping on plywood. The sheets were stained, and one of the lamps was broken.

7-Eleven microwaves are cleaner than the microwave in this room. Afraid to open the mini fridge. Mystery booger/poop on the wall. mystery stains on the drape. carpet was sticky, did not take shoes off. Was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke. No ice machines. Ice bucket had mystery stains in it. And hair. Air return cover was not on the wall completely and had about an inch of dust. The only items available for the continental breakfast were cold cereal a bottle of orange juice in the refrigerator that was not exactly the cleanest, and coffee which had no lids for you to take it back to your room. Said it was under new management, they clearly didn’t clean the rooms well. The only redeeming quality was that the towels were very clean and the toilet worked. Low pressure on the shower. Police patrolling the area. Employees leaving their own garbage in front. If you are desperate and need cheap this is your place. Wyndham should not associate their name with this place. Just saying

Entry door very dirty with hand crud. Evidence of attempted painting of hallways and stairwell by inexperienced children. Dirty stairs. Mold in tub area and in tile grout. Only positive was the sheets were clean. All other hotels had been booked out when we reserved weeks ago. We had to stay at this Days Inn for several nights due to our son’s graduation ceremony from Oberlin College.

Hallways, especially the carpeting on t. The stairs were filthy. They had obviously not been vacuumed in some time and had not been shampooed in an even longer time. There was a small pile of dirt in the bathroom of our room. There were no glasses in the room and no shampoo or soap.

If it was cleaner and they had cleaner furniture/beds, the stay would’ve had a higher rating. But the rooms we booked had multiple no no’s. One room had blood stains on the wall, hair dryer, and the outlet near the bathroom sink. Our other room had blood stains on the mattress. And our third room we had had dirty linen and smelled and felt thick. They did give us two new rooms but I wouldn’t say it was a big upgrade.

This property is the worst by far and should close down. The room was stinky ,filthy and unkept., sink faucet was not working and dusty curtains. Complained to front desk, they came to spray the room but the smell was still there. They said they were fully booked at my check in date. The following day I was moved to a different room claiming it was a renovated room. My goodness, when I pulled the curtain the dust hit right in my face, the TV was not working and the bathroom wall next to toilet looked like it had poop. At this point I couldn’t complain anymore but just had to get out of this damper of a hotel. Not forgetting that the bed is cheap metal that drums whenever you turn. It was a terrible experience for me. The hotel manager didn’t want to refund but I couldn’t careless because I just had to get out.

The room was pretty clean except for a random balled up paper towel in the bathroom that I wasn't about to touch. No thank you. Also, new pillows please for the bed & change out the carpet. For the most part, it's a decent stay for the money.

The drain for the tub/shower did not drain well. It was like taking a shower with a full tub. If the staff could not fix the problem before our arrival, the room should not have been available for guests. We reported the problem and it was not corrected. We expected higher standards for Days Inn. The hallway was smelly, like cigarette smoke!

Since we weren't going to spend much time at the Hotel, we got a inexpensive Hotel. It was a basic room, nothing fancy. Does need to be remodeled. Bathroom door frame had lots of chips in it. When we asked at the desk, he said something about having to check on something. It was ok for what we needed.

I stay at this location because it is cheap, but with all the renovations it is still amazing that it remains in business. The doors don’t close properly. There’s a half inch gap underneath the door rust through the door jamb, the friendliest staff in the universe cannot make up for the pitfalls and the deplorable conditions of this Choice hotel. I submitted this review because you asked for it. Be careful of what you ask for.

Two out of the 3 door locks were broke on the room door, holes in the walls, grille missing on the heating unit. Inside of tge door was dirty. Did not stay there, left and went another inn.

We arrived later than expected approx. 11:45 Pm. paid for a king nonsmoking room and were put on the second-floor smoking room with an ashtray that was absolutely filthy. Ice bucket with no liner, no cups, no TV remote, no receptacle cover with burn marks on the wall. The room smelled so bed of cigarette smoke that it was sickening.

So many things things about this hotel. First, the staff was very nice. Check in was super quick and easy. Now, the door had issues ooe ing, and it took so.e work to get in the room. The room was clean. The bathroom... oh my,. The shower walls were gross. The tiles around the faucet were caved in and looked luke they were about to fall off. The toilet ran constantly. All. Night. Long.

The room looked clean but felt dirty, there wasn't a coffee maker in the room. Chairs were worn looking. Two small pillows on the king bed. The picture on the web showed a building with a central hallway. But room assigned was an exterior door. But hot water was great and immediate.

Very rundown property. Bed had a sheet and a "wafer-thin" blanket--with no additional blankets in the room. There were also 3 small pillows for a king-sized bed. There was an ice bucket but not a single plastic cup from which to drink. Basic amenities were definitely lacking

Had to be given 3 different rooms to finally get one that the lights worked in. Stains all down the walls. First room even the handle on the night stand wasn’t even screwed in and was hanging off. Asked for towels two nights in at 9 am. Was told they would grab old ones and put new ones in. Came back around midnight and they took the towels but didn’t replace them. Dark areas and almost no lighting turned on. Breakfast is just two types of cereal and coffee. Juice machine is out of order and no fruit or anything. Not even close to being worth staying in.

I was very disappointed by my stay. I usually stay at this hotel. After this stayi will be looking for other places. They're renting out their rooms like a homeless shelter. Trying to check in i have to listen to people argue with staff about paymemts and try 50 different credit cards to pay ! I came an hour early to check ina.d was told it would be a 35 dollar early check in fee. I said fine we will be back in an hour. The worker said no its ok you can check in now no priblem! We said not for 35 dollarsits not. She says its ok i will take care of you. Checks me in then days the room you ordered isnt ready, so im gonna give you adiffrent room with 2 beds. Thats no big deal but then charges my card a $25 early check in fee and a $25 dollar security. After paying for the room and all my fees this worker charges me and extra 50 which i have never had to pay before there. The room was dirty, paint peeling off the walls and doors, the toilet every time you flushed would almost over flow if you didnt hold the flusher for about 2 min. They would only give us 1 key card . We stayed there for 3 days and every day when we left the room the key card would stop working and lock us out of the room.

My air conditioner was broken The first night. When maintenance came to fix it they left my door open. The safety bolt for the door was broken off. That was never fixed. The staff was not helpful.

We booked a room with 3 beds. When we got there the staff said that room wasn't available and just moved us to a smaller room with no compensation. Breakfast was a box of cereal on the counter. We couldn't close the bathroom door. The smoke detectors in the hall beeped like the batteries were dying both days that we were there. Had to ask 4 times for an extra blanket and bedding for one of our kids to sleep on the floor. The staff was to busy playing cricket outside instead of attending to the desk and to our requests. Do not stay there.

It was just a place to sleep on a long trip to our destination. Place was dirty, door didn't work correctly, general disrepair. This is a place where homeless individuals who are using drugs stay when they have a few bucks. At one point during the night 3 police cars were in the lot one room over. I was concerned my car might be vandalized but it was not. Wyndham shoule be ashamed to own this hotel. Dont stay there.

I did not like that there is drugs being sold in the park lot several rooms near me the people staying in other rooms were outside screaming at each other all kid of bad words thank God that I did not have my family I was by myself the room was dark some of the lights need light bulbs I guess the bed was hard as a rock I was afraid to my belongings in side the room one good thing is that the police were there a lot driving by that is the worse holiday inn I have ever stay and probably the last time someone need to do a inspection there from the corporation

Decent room for the price. Property was a little hard to find, tucked behind another business. The room had a funny smell and was old, but seemed to be clean. No garbage cans in the room. Not for discerning travelers, but the price, it was functional.

Pillow and comforter were dirty and stained, had to request new sheets. Room was very cold and requested extra blankets which were provided with no issue. The front lobby had a smoke detector with a dead battery that beeped throughout the entire night. In room 102 right near the lobby, this beeping continued through the entire night and kept waking me up. Breakfast was provided with 2 options of cereal, bananas, tea coffee and juice. The outdoor pool was closed for maintenance. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores within walking distance.

Hotel is unkempt in stairways. Breakfast was a choice of 2 dry cereals with milk.That has not been breakfast since i was 8. Room was freezing cold when we entered and it took the better part of 3 hours to getto a reasonable temp.
