For a 3 star motel my wife & I found it to be very clean & comfortable the parking needs to be sorted so that you don’t have to go to far to unload you should be able to park near your room. Apart from that we were quite happy with our stay & would recommend it.

Motel isn’t new but all areas in our room were very clean. The room was very spacious and plenty of parking. We were in the area for a dance Eisteddfod for three days / 2 nights being early starts and Kate finishes this motel was perfect for our needs bring in walking distance to eating facilities and the dance venue. Shopping mall wall is also within walking distance. Staff were helpful and polite

This property was great and very family friendly. Easy to park and well attended too. Communication is poor. If you try to call or email for something, it is hard to get an answer. Other than that, everything else was good.

Shower head had almost no water pressure, fittings were leaking and spraying water everywhere. No bedding provided for pull out sofa and when pulled out the sofa was extremely dirty/stained. Ceiling was bowing in shower area and it was clear that it had been painted multiple times to cover mould and cracked paint. Pool was dirty with large dead bugs & what looked to be faeces on the ground around it.

Clean, simple motel in a good location. Property itself (hard and soft fixtures) is fairly outdated but think the price reflects this. It's a good value. We did stay on a Saturday night and it was a bit noisy with music from a venue nearby but thankfully wasn't loud enough to impact our sleep negatively. Bed comfy enough. Large room. Good hot water and shower pressure.

Not happy my payment was taken out three days before my stay without notification as I had selected pay at property. When I called, they didn’t care, was going to call me back in 5 mins but never did. Toilet ran all night, shower cut in hot & cool, shower floor very slippery. One of the single beds rolled on the wooden floor, beds were like sleeping on springs.

The property was largely as described however it is old and has had nothing significantly done as far as upgrades. There was no internet reception in the room we stayed. Minor things like the soap dish being smashed and the clothesline being broken made little difference to us but may have a bearing on others. Noise from bathrooms in neighbouring rooms is significant. Some rooms may have memory foam beds although ours didnt. Would be happy to stay there again even knowing what to expect as it is a value alternative.

Conveniently located and nice exteriors. The room was quite spacious and generally clean, though the bed was very probably on the smallee side of queen. The room has a fridge, microwave, electric kettle. The hair dryer was dismantled from the wall and bit inconvenient to use but nothing major. The blankets didnt seem clean and found something dried in one of them. The turn off for was the ‘free wifi’. The access points do not cover the property and since we were given the corner room near the stairs we got pretty much no coverage. Raised it with the staff twice and pretty much got a nothing we can do attitude blaming nbn (but has nothing to do with nbn). The most surprising and very disappointing aspect was that the staff refused to change the AC remote. The screen could not be read, properly needed a battery change and was very difficult to change the mode or temp. Their response was that they have different brands of AC in rooms and they cannot do anything. I found these aspects quite unhelpful, particularly something as trivial as changing the batteries on the remote. Unlikely to be staying there again and wont recommend.

Great location for us, but the security lock needed to be fixed on our room & the light beside the queen bed was broken, also smoking was outside our room & we don’t smoke do felt that was a little overwhelming- perhaps just a single designated smoking area would be good - it was however clean & beds were very comfortable- thankyou
