Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner). Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2. The late check out (which is included in the Prestige package depending availability) was a bit cumbersome to get arranged, we ended up having to talk to the hotel manager to use this benefit, but in the end everything worked out and it was great!

Overall place was scenic and beautiful, Staff were excellen, but not happy about the food quality, room toiletries and basic things like providing water for the room.

Generally a pretty good experience overall. Cleanliness in the eating area not always great and food range a bit repetitive after 7 days. Eating out for some of the time was necessary
