Nice hotel - I liked that it was quite small compared to some of its huge neighbours. There wasn’t quite enough shade offered around the pool - could use more than the six or so parasols that get nabbed at 9am every morning. Also I had to unstack my own sunbed from the pile every day, which as a solo traveller is awkward. The pool is lovely. Could do without the annoying entertainment staff who no one seem to welcome the attention of. Food was okay, not a huge amount of choice but it’s not a very large complex. It was clean and tidy throughout and the location is fantastic, right beside one of the nicest little beaches I have ever been on and a little supermarket. Reception staff were lovely and welcoming.

At this hotel the staff are polite,friendly and helpful it's located in an ideal position with lots of amenities in the area. Some of the rooms have been refurbished,they are spacious clean and have basic cooking facilities. There are 2 pools and plenty of sunbeds there is a very relaxed feel about this hotel

On the positive side the breakfast was good with a lovely view of the sea, the WIFI was very good. Unfortunately the building site next door was very noisy we couldn’t access the lift because of an accident which the police had caution off the atrium area. Also the balustrade stairs going up near the breakfast area broken away The main pool was closed whilst we where their so overall a very poor experience

This hotel was like a building site during our stay Constant hammering, even at 8.15 am Pool drained for maintenance for a week, sunbeds cordoned off, bar not open for snacks and drinks No facilities for the week Had to change rooms due to flood in bathroom Hotel not fit to have guests whilst maintenance is being done to such an extent Was not informed about it before we travelled Very unhappy, not a restful holiday!

Fint og barnevennlig hotell. Veldig hjelpsomme og hyggelig personale! Fint bassengområde med flere oppvarmede basseng. Barnebassenget med sklie kunne gjerne også ha vært oppvarmet, da dette er det som passer for de undrer 2 år. Helt ok utstyrt kjøkken til å kunne lage seg frokost/lunsj/kveldsmat. Majority of staff were nice some of which were a bit blunt and rude. Cleanliness was good, few bits of attention to detail required like edges of shower and smeared mirrors/glass. Hotel location was in a great place and the hotel was kept well. The outside building painting needs attention especially on the restaurant side it was all yellow and flacking off. Breakfast was good and evening meal bang average wouldn’t recommend half board

Great hotel, friendly reception staff, large apartment and clean. Really good location as not far from the airport and 2 beaches close by. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, yet no noise at night which was a plus. Only down side is that there aren't enough plug sockets, and no air con in the bedroom, the hotel provides a fan to plug in which did help. Overall, a great stay. They even left a bottle of wine and happy bday note for us as a surprise.

Excelente lugar para vacacionar, muy familiar, personal agradable y una muy muy muy buena comunicación con otros servicios ( playas, supermecados,farmacia, comida, bebidas entre otros). Lo unico es que NO TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO, mi experiencia fue en este mes de MAYO y se sentia calor durante el dia, no imagino es meses de VERANO, de resto no hay nada en negativo para mi gusto ( ojo el hotel ofrece alquiler de ventiladores, pero para mi gusto " prefiero el aire acondicionado ")

No way was this a superior apartment.Bathroom door wouldn't open properly from the inside.One wok or frying paan and one stock pot to cook8n.No anti slip mat in bath.No tea or coffee on arrival.Been here ɓefore but gone down in my opinion.Won't be back.

The hotel is in a great location close to the beach and promenade. There are many shops and restaurants in the area. I arrived in the evening only to be told I had to wait at least fifteen minutes for a receptionist to return from a break before I could check in - it seems the reception is not properly staffed at all times, as the person who greeted me could not deal with check ins. I later discovered she was part of the entertainment team! My suite was lovely- lots of space, tv with many channels including UK regulars and decent bathroom. The lounge area led to a balcony as did the bedroom, but the latter had a single door that opened on to it, and this was not lockable as it had a key completed jammed into the lock on the inside. Preferring to sleep using the bed in the lounge area I had to use two wooden cube coffee tables to wedge up the bedroom door handle as a security measure! The hotel had a pleasant pool area with sunbeds and the grounds were extensive. The restaurant had wonderful buffet offerings for both breakfast and dinner. It was very well run- tables well spaced, excellent service from the manager and all waiting staff but the female chefs were quite rude and almost hostile. The cleaners on the complex did a good job as did one particular female receptionist. The life guard / attendant at the pool area had a main concern of listening to music at the volume he desired rather than laying out sunbeds for arriving guests. Handy supermarket across the road.

Nice hotel, very central in the resort and close to the beach. Super breakfast, great staff, good daytime and evening activities. Really poor Internet, connected fine but unable to do even basic online browsing. 4 euros a night to hire the safe in the room is a robbery in itself

Majority of staff were nice some of which were a bit blunt and rude. Cleanliness was good, few bits of attention to detail required like edges of shower and smeared mirrors/glass. Hotel location was in a great place and the hotel was kept well. The outside building painting needs attention especially on the restaurant side it was all yellow and flacking off. Breakfast was good and evening meal bang average wouldn’t recommend half board

The hotel is in a great location close to the beach and promenade. There are many shops and restaurants in the area. I arrived in the evening only to be told I had to wait at least fifteen minutes for a receptionist to return from a break before I could check in - it seems the reception is not properly staffed at all times, as the person who greeted me could not deal with check ins. I later discovered she was part of the entertainment team! My suite was lovely- lots of space, tv with many channels including UK regulars and decent bathroom. The lounge area led to a balcony as did the bedroom, but the latter had a single door that opened on to it, and this was not lockable as it had a key completed jammed into the lock on the inside. Preferring to sleep using the bed in the lounge area I had to use two wooden cube coffee tables to wedge up the bedroom door handle as a security measure! The hotel had a pleasant pool area with sunbeds and the grounds were extensive. The restaurant had wonderful buffet offerings for both breakfast and dinner. It was very well run- tables well spaced, excellent service from the manager and all waiting staff but the female chefs were quite rude and almost hostile. The cleaners on the complex did a good job as did one particular female receptionist. The life guard / attendant at the pool area had a main concern of listening to music at the volume he desired rather than laying out sunbeds for arriving guests. Handy supermarket across the road.

Great hotel, friendly reception staff, large apartment and clean. Really good location as not far from the airport and 2 beaches close by. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, yet no noise at night which was a plus. Only down side is that there aren't enough plug sockets, and no air con in the bedroom, the hotel provides a fan to plug in which did help. Overall, a great stay. They even left a bottle of wine and happy bday note for us as a surprise.

Fantastic location. Room good. Only used the apartment to sleep in so didn't use the kitchenette. The breakfast was fantastic. Tasty and lots of choice. Nice coffee from machine.Went to dinner once but didn't think there was much choice however we are quite fussy eaters. Would recommend and I'd defo stay again.

Unfortunately there is construction work directly next door so from 8am there is a lot of noise and as it’s only just started looks like it may well be 2-3 YEARS before completion.We stayed in block 11 which was yards away from the site as is blocks 7,8,9,10 so message hotel for a low block.

An inexpensive family hotel. We stayed 1 night before moving to a self catering villa. Gale on Playa was fine for that. Conveniently situated, lots going on for families. Good looking pool. Good breakfast but a very echo/y dining room.

This hotel was amazing! The room was spacious, very comfortable bed, nice kitchen area and sitting area. Balcony had table and chairs as well as sun bed. There were plenty of beds available for both pools. Breakfast had lots to offer - but I'd recommend keeping a member of staff on the desk at all times because we had to wait a while to tell them our room number in order to get breakfast. The rooms were cleaned regularly, anything we needed was given quickly. Staff were all helpful and nice. Entertainment every afternoon by the pool and at the bar at night. It is across the road from a small beach and a 10 minute walk to the big beach. The receptionist booked a taxi for us and was very helpfulness. I loved this hotel I would 100000% recommend.
