Referbing outside appartment s near pool drilling most of the day work men around us while sunbathing try to relax not very pleasant also the main pub bar was closed for renovation so decided in end not to have all inclusive room was ok but stated pool view all we could see was trees and tables with chairs very dissatisfied as been before and was good not happy about the whole stay 😌

Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. There was a fridge, kettle and microwave on the s mall kitchen area but no dishes etc, not sure if this is because we were all inclusive. The all inclusive was good value and there was loads of variety although it did a bit monotonous towards the end of the week. The pool area was clean but the beds were all on top of one another, too busy for us. There is a small terrace area away from the pool with few loungers there. Wherever you want to sit you'll need to be early to get a place.

Room wasn't ready by check in time and kept getting fobbed off with excuses. The first lot of staff I dealt with weren't very helpful but when they had a shift change at 3pm the new man on reception was much more helpful and offered me a free drink at bar and then had enough of cleaners taking too long and gave me an upgraded Superior Sea View room. Room was very big and stunning sea view. However on reflection I think a pool view would've been better as you only get sun for few hours in morning and it's very windy on the sea front so sitting on balcony isn't very pleasant. Room itself was nice though but don't think the fridge worked properly but didn't raise this issue. Pool is lovely but can be very windy and cold and there are some very sad people who get up in the early hours of morning to place towels on sunbeds and won't be seen until after lunch time, so finding a sunbed can be tricky. Only food I tried was a toastie and fries as a snack, it was ok. As for Costa Teguise itself I can't say I'll be back again as I found it too windy and not much going on there.

Great location- with lots of walks, shops, restaurants etc and beach very close by. Lovely room- clean and spacious The food was great, hot and plenty to choose from. The AI drinks were super! The pina colda was particularly nice. Lovely friendly staff who were helpful and knowledgeable The evening entertainment was FANTASTIC! Amazing singers and we danced all night! Karaoke was a laugh too! Fantastic bar staff- very friendly Honestly- this is our second time coming here- it’s great!

Excellent location in Costa Teguise close to lots of restaurants, bars, bus stops and beach. Nice pool area that gets sunshine all day and loungers always available. Assorted entertainment in onsite pub every night and poolside activities and music. Fantastic selection of different cuisines and dishes at the buffet restaurant and all the staff - from cleaners, restaurant, entertainment and front desk - very professional, polite and friendly. Impeccable service. Small, very basic gym. Had a huge room and bed overlooking the main beach. Unfortunately the patio didn't receive any sunshine at all throughout day and was chilly in the wind. Room had a fridge, cooker, all the main English TV stations and ample storage space and lighting. However no crockery or cutlery in kitchen. Nice bathroom, powerful shower which unfortunately left water on floor of bathroom. There was some building maintenance taking place and was quite noisy. A few very minor room maintenance niggles ie reading light above bed not working and wardbrobe door magnet not holding door shut. Overall a very nice and affordable base from which to explore Costa Teguise. I visited in early February so it would probably be much livelier in peak season.

Great location, the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Unfortunately the gym wasn't great, loads of stuff not working / missing from what was shown in the photos. And my mother's air con didn't work for 2 days, but she was then moved to a very nice room as soon as possible. We'd stay there again :)

Well situated short stroll from restaurants and shops, and rear access to beach. Breakfasts were good. Pool area rather crowded and not enough sun beds. Friendly helpful staff.

Overall an enjoyable trip. Hotel was as expected, generally ok /good. Staff were awesome (Nayara, Rocio, Manuel, too many to name). We booked it as THB Hotel but it's a BE LIVE Hotel, signage Infront is limited. Easy access to the beach/promenade Shops and restaurants close by (many still closed in May) Rooms are ok, the shower room could do with a redesign. Stub your toe on the door stop, have to stand in the shower to open the door. Rooms are clean and towels changed when requested. Some noisy (British) guests in the courtyard and pool area. There's a pool bar, buffet restaurant and second restaurant. Fair selection of food in the pool bar and buffet with small changes to dishes daily. MYLOS has a set menu sadly it doesn't look like it changes, the food was okd we enjoyed the desserts. Advertise 2 pools it's really a children's paddle pool and main pool. People still put towel out before 8am, some leave their towels overnight!! Annoying behaviour because they can hold a pool chair for days and it can be difficult to find a space by the pool in the afternoon They have badminton and table tennis however it's the same space so only one sport at any given time. Parking is not great, there are /- 15 space in front of the hotel. Busy times you have to park further away or wait for someone to leave. They host regular shows and performance which was unexpected and some were enjoyable. The evening bar team are great and make sure you have drinks at your table.

El hotel está buen peto hay aspectos a mejorar. Las puertas de la entrada a la habitacion del blique 4 y 2º piso, estaban muy deterioradas. Les faltaba una capa de barniz. El espejo del baño estaba oxidado y el cristal del lavabo de la habitacion 4310 estaba roto. La lampara de sobremesa tambien estaba oxidada y sabanas en 9 dias que estuvimos, solo las cambiaron al tercer dia , y ninguna vez mas. El suelo no lo barrian, siempre estaba con arena de playa, y la nesa de delante de la tele, nos hicimos un café y se ensució y estuvo así hasta que nos vinimos. Tambien como positivo fuè el comedor, la comida muy bien. Pero esas poquitas cosas hacen que no puedas poner una buena nota. Margarita de Barcelona

La chambre était bien, mis à part une tache de moisi au plafond de la salle de bain. Les parties communes du bloc 2 sont mal entretenues: crépi tombé au sol, auréoles sur les murs, sans parler des odeurs du steak house en dessous… Mais nous ne restons pas sur une note négative, de plus le restaurant est bon et les serveurs très agréables.

El desayuno variado aunque los zumos horribles. El primer día una cucaracha corría por la mesa de los panes. Los trabajadores del bufé y la recepción muy majos y amables, la verdad que lo mejor del hotel. La habitación estaba aparentemente bien a la llegada pero no limpiaron el suelo ninguno de los tres días ni limpiaron el baño, solo hacían las camas, mejor no mirar debajo de la cama. El día de la salida que era a las 12:00 mientras dábamos el último repaso entró la chica encargada de la limpieza a las 12:05 sin llamar y cuando le dijimos que ya salíamos aún así entró sin decir nada y con muy malas maneras empezó a recoger la habitación lanzando las cosas y sin esperar a que pudiéramos salir con maleta. La verdad es que esto hizo que nos fuéramos del hotel con malas sensaciones.

After four nights, I thought it was only OK. I expected a higher level of comfort and maintenance based on the photos. Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful, the beach is very close, and it's an easy pick-up point for the tour companies. Cons: The breakfast buffet lacked the range of flavors, textures, and spices that I would expect from an all-inclusive resort. Unfortunately, the restaurants in the area were equally uninspired. Additionally, the pest control was lacking. My room was above the cafeteria and there was a nightly procession of roaches coming up through the kitchen and bathroom. In the evenings, I also noticed the pool area had large, dead roaches scattered around. I could tell that the cleaning crew was trying to keep up, but it seems like a bigger initiative might be needed.

I feel sad that I have no choice but to give a terrible rating after my stay at THB Lanzorate beach. The hotel has a lot going for it, but unfortunately for us, the following things let it down massively and effected our stay significantly. 1) the aircon, is horrendous. It’s the worst aircon we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. We had it on for our stay, but it didn’t make the room any colder. This unfortunately affected my sleep, as I was too hot at night. We had to leave our barcony door open to try and cool the room. I could tell we weren’t the only people having this problem, as we noticed so many other hotel guests leaving their balcony doors open late at night. 2) the bed is a joke, the beds rolled around as they were on wheels and was so squeaky. Another reason I didn’t get a good nights sleep during our stay, as because whenever I was toss and turn the bed would roll around and make a noise. We requested a double room, we were given two single beds pushed up against eachother. Which is fine, we’ve had this before in other hotels. The issue was the two beds, were not hooked together, so my partner and I basically had a single bed each. These are the two biggest issues about the hotel. The staff were great, the facilities were great and the location was perfect. But due to the above issues, I had a rubbish nights sleep during our 4 night stay. So I can’t honestly give this hotel a glowing review

The staff were great, the facilities were great and the location was perfect. But due to the above issues, I had a rubbish nights sleep during our 4 night stay. So I can’t honestly give this hotel a glowing review

Average stay in strange pink building beside the port. Good location to stroll along the promenade and access the old town. Booked a twin but given a double and a sofa bed that is like a camping bed. Beds wonderfully comfortable though. Tech on tv very dated and bathroom old with weak plastic shower.

Perfect location with sea view, very clean and staff very helpful. One complaint was bed very hard and the pillows were awful rock hard and flat , maybe ok for some people but unfortunately not us.

Referbing outside appartment s near pool drilling most of the day work men around us while sunbathing try to relax not very pleasant also the main pub bar was closed for renovation so decided in end not to have all inclusive room was ok but stated pool view all we could see was trees and tables with chairs very dissatisfied as been before and was good not happy about the whole stay 😌

I thought it was a lot of money for what it was although it was a good location. The breakfast was ok but the hot food was not hot and items did not get replenished so need to get down early if you want choice. Requested a double bed but they just push the beds together which keep moving apart

Staff were friendly and very helpful. We were all inclusive which we felt was poor, food was average at best, drinks werent great. Room was tired, fridge didnt work, telephone didnt work and air con wasnt working when we arrived but they fixed it quickly. Sun beds were good and no sunbed wars which is always a bonus. Location is great and the only reason i would go back but only if it was cheap enough and definitely not all inclusive. The work being completed at the hotel has a totally unreasonable noise level. How they think this doesnt affect peoples holiday i dont know.

when you arrive at thb the entrance looks quite lovely but when you go to your room its diffedent, the balconys are too open no privavy, its aparthotel there is a hob, fridge kettle microwave but no pots! we could nt make a coffee. i went to reception and asked and she said you can ask at the restaurants what pots you want, one day i got 2 cups and a spoon then next 2 platesn 2 fork ,but you feel like you are a pauper goi g asking for them. not good at all. i think they want you to eat in the restaurants. i lot of tbe customers were a little rough, we did nt enjoy our stay, i feel it needs upgradi g and so does costa teguise i won t be going g back

The hotel in general was nice, we were on a weeks holiday with my disabled brother,the way we were treated by the manager AMYA of the pool snack bar was atrocious She should not be in the hospitality field. She has no Customer Care skills and was very disrespectful, she made our whole week, very uncomfortable and spoiled our holiday, apart from her attitude the hotel itself was good, clean entertainment was good,food was OK.

Staff are friendly at all times, always happy to help, most staff are bilingual so understand English really well if you’re unable to learn Spanish. Rooms are immaculate and spacious.

Great location- with lots of walks, shops, restaurants etc and beach very close by. Lovely room- clean and spacious The food was great, hot and plenty to choose from. The AI drinks were super! The pina colda was particularly nice. Lovely friendly staff who were helpful and knowledgeable The evening entertainment was FANTASTIC! Amazing singers and we danced all night! Karaoke was a laugh too! Fantastic bar staff- very friendly Honestly- this is our second time coming here- it’s great!

Good holiday, nice and relaxing. Hotel in the perfect location. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Food and drink as expected in the All Inclusive structure. Overall, I would consider returning to this hotel again because of the location.

Okay. So I didn't do much research and I regret it. But we basically criticized every thing, as we have only ever experienced good hotels.. But what we kept saying back to ourselves was "but it's cheap" yes this place was a cheap stay.. but it definitely is not 4 stars. It's probably a 2. The pictures don't make it out to what it is.. The place needs a lot of work, which they are doing.. they were working on it.. but it's like polishing a turd .. You get what you pay for I guess.. Listen there are positives.. The beach is literally right there and I had a great view from my balcony.. it's literally the best beach on the island. There is restaurants all over and the town is really clean.. The hotel did provide what ever we needed and the kitchenette is really a bonus and we utilized it. The hotel had a great pool and many sunbeds and umbrellas.. The GYM!!! Yeah they shouldn't be allowed to say they have one.. there is literally a 2 and a 12 kg set oh and one single 5kg lol. Oh and two bicycles and a treadmill .. Recommend you hire a car to explore the island. But yeah no parking at the hotel.. we parked at a parking area which was free about two roads up. Overall the view from the balcony made the stay. And yeah staff really friendly .

Excellent location in Costa Teguise close to lots of restaurants, bars, bus stops and beach. Nice pool area that gets sunshine all day and loungers always available. Assorted entertainment in onsite pub every night and poolside activities and music. Fantastic selection of different cuisines and dishes at the buffet restaurant and all the staff - from cleaners, restaurant, entertainment and front desk - very professional, polite and friendly. Impeccable service. Small, very basic gym. Had a huge room and bed overlooking the main beach. Unfortunately the patio didn't receive any sunshine at all throughout day and was chilly in the wind. Room had a fridge, cooker, all the main English TV stations and ample storage space and lighting. However no crockery or cutlery in kitchen. Nice bathroom, powerful shower which unfortunately left water on floor of bathroom. There was some building maintenance taking place and was quite noisy. A few very minor room maintenance niggles ie reading light above bed not working and wardbrobe door magnet not holding door shut. Overall a very nice and affordable base from which to explore Costa Teguise. I visited in early February so it would probably be much livelier in peak season.

The staff were excellent, room was ok. My bed moved as ine leg lower than the other 3, lighting didnt work in the room and it is need of a revamp. Food was terrible. Paid for AI but ate out. Overall not great, but would return on bed and breakfast basis as location was perfect.

The room was not cleaned properly, as there was stuff on the floor and even in the balcony. I do feel it depends on who was cleaning it, as they did the room late. The bathroom was clean well and the bedsheets were shabby but clean andnbath towel were fine. The air conditioning was rubbish to start of with and had to complain twice, but eventually after the third dayit was sorted. But still could have had more power coming through system. But was told there was a issue in that block which was block 2. The lifts weren't on so we had to climb to the second floor which wasn't pleasaThe staff were very helpful and friendly at reception although I found the older ones a bit miserable when asking a simple question. The restaurant had a lot of food but it felt like it was the same dishes everyday but just cook differently and at times cold. Loved the salad and collection of cakes and fruit. The pool restaurant was petty much the same. But always access to drink thoughout the day. The swimming pool was very big and quiet at times. The hotel was situated at a really good spot, where basically all the restaurants, supermarkets and gift shops on your doorstep. The restaurants around the area was responsibly priced & there was so much places to eat out, if you choose half board or breakfast only. The beach to me wasn't appealing and I was happy to stay around the hotel pool. On a whole I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay there again if I went back to Lanzarote.
The room was not cleaned properly, as there was stuff on the floor and even in the balcony. I do feel it depends on who was cleaning it, as they did the room late. The bathroom was clean well and the bedsheets were shabby but clean andnbath towel were fine. The air conditioning was rubbish to start of with and had to complain twice, but eventually after the third dayit was sorted. But still could have had more power coming through system. But was told there was a issue in that block which was block 2. The lifts weren't on so we had to climb to the second floor which wasn't pleasaThe staff were very helpful and friendly at reception although I found the older ones a bit miserable when asking a simple question. The restaurant had a lot of food but it felt like it was the same dishes everyday but just cook differently and at times cold. Loved the salad and collection of cakes and fruit. The pool restaurant was petty much the same. But always access to drink thoughout the day. The swimming pool was very big and quiet at times. Staff were brilliant.grest entertainment by the pool and kids loved the kids club. Amazing views of the sea.food was great at the poolside bar. Rooms kept very clean and beds were comfy.parts of the hotel were under maintenance but all in all great place to stay

Room set up not good no wardrobe just wooden rack with rail so cloths hung over kettle and mirror plug sockets coming out wall hooks on wall hanging off shower holder broke but fixed that lovley sea view and clean enough but sun beds near pool not wiped over and little plastic tables in between never wiped over great central location didn’t eat there but that our choice.Good entertainment and staff pleasant enough.
