숙소의 위치가 신야마구치역 및 버스터미널 바로 앞에 있어서 가깝고 편리했습니다. 옆 건물에 편의점도 있어서 잘 이용했습니다. 이외에 상업시설은 많지 않으나 신야마구치역 건너편에서 필요한 상업시설을 찾을 수 있습니다. 숙소의 시설도 필요한 것이 모두 구비되어 있고 깨끗했습니다. 테이블은 노트북으로 업무를 보는데 불편이 없을 정도로 넓어서 좋았습니다. 조식도 넉넉한 종류를 구비하여 만족스런 아침식사를 했습니다. 다음 번 신야마구치에 들를 때도 다시 이용할 예정입니다.

新山口駅の北側に位置します。駅のすぐ前なのでアクセスは抜群に良いですが、駅の北側は南側と比べて閑散としているため少々寂しさは感じます。コンフォートホテルは、全国で何度も利用しているので、安心感があり、朝食も美味しく気に入っていつも利用しています。なお、駐車料金は、1泊450円必要で早いもの勝ちなのでそこだけ注意が必要です。

It’s decent for a budget hotel. Stayed at the hotel for a night as was visiting a friend who lives at Yamaguchi and this property is a stone’s throw away from Shin-Yamaguchi. Loved that there’s a decent spread for breakfast (free with booking). The aircon in the room was very dusty and some mould in the toilet but as mentioned, decent for a budget hotel!

ロビーに入るとタバコの臭いが充満しており非常に不快である。また、バスルームのコップに毛が付着しており清掃が行き届いていない。チェックイン時の男性の対応は素晴らしく気持ちの良いものだったが、チェックアウト時の女性の態度はいただけない。

It is okay just for sleeping in as the location is extremely convenient, right opposite Shin-Yamaguchi station so easy to get to locations such as Hagi Castle Town and Akiyoshido Caves. Free Breakfast was included but the offerings were basic in my opinion so I didn't go back after the first day.

周辺で週末にフェスがあり、宿泊料金が通常の倍以上になっていました。それは致し方ない事とは思いますが、一方で部屋のエアコンの効きが悪く、蓋を開けたらフィルターに埃がびっしりついている状況です。自身で外して洗い取り付け直したら効き始めました。こう言った部分の事前準備ぐらいはやって頂きたい。高くても仕方ないかな、と思わせれる努力は必要だと思います。

出車站過馬路就到飯店, 地理位置很優, 房間過小, 打開一個大行李箱就已經很蠻勉強, 飯店不是太新不敢將行李箱塞到床下怕有灰塵, 另一個只好架高, 被子看的出來洗過很多次上面有黑色棉粒, 早餐還行, 空調不能調, 隔音極差, 可能是離車站近+樓下有居酒屋的關係, 半夜2點多酒客大聲喧嘩的聲音清晰可聽, 吵到睡不著.

I 've stayed here before and gave it a perfect 10the last time. This time it did not live up to my expectations. We love the hotel so much that I "wished" to extend it another 3 days. So in the original booking I was upgraded to a nicer room. Just because I "added an additional 3 days to my booking, they said the room was no longer available. I was willing to stay in my original upgraded room for the original booking period, and transfer over to the other room on the other days, but was told it was not possible. Also 2 e mails on seperate occasions have still gone unanswered to this day. The room we stayed in this time was not as well maintained as our first time. The proximity to the shinkansen station is fabulous as well as the free breakfest in the morning. I guess the bar was set to high from my first stay, which resulted in me not being being impressed this time.

I 've stayed here before and gave it a perfect 10the last time. This time it did not live up to my expectations. We love the hotel so much that I "wished" to extend it another 3 days. So in the original booking I was upgraded to a nicer room. Just because I "added an additional 3 days to my booking, they said the room was no longer available. I was willing to stay in my original upgraded room for the original booking period, and transfer over to the other room on the other days, but was told it was not possible. I 've stayed here before and gave it a perfect 10the last time. This time it did not live up to my expectations. We love the hotel so much that I "wished" to extend it another 3 days. So in the original booking I was upgraded to a nicer room. Just because I "added an additional 3 days to my booking, they said the room was no longer available. I was willing to stay in my original upgraded room for the original booking period, and transfer over to the other room on the other days, but was told it was not possible. 出車站過馬路就到飯店, 地理位置很優, 房間過小, 打開一個大行李箱就已經很蠻勉強, 飯店不是太新不敢將行李箱塞到床下怕有灰塵, 另一個只好架高, 被子看的出來洗過很多次上面有黑色棉粒, 早餐還行, 空調不能調, 隔音極差, 可能是離車站近+樓下有居酒屋的關係, 半夜2點多酒客大聲喧嘩的聲音清晰可聽, 吵到睡不著.

숙소의 위치가 신야마구치역 및 버스터미널 바로 앞에 있어서 가깝고 편리했습니다. 옆 건물에 편의점도 있어서 잘 이용했습니다. 이외에 상업시설은 많지 않으나 신야마구치역 건너편에서 필요한 상업시설을 찾을 수 있습니다. 숙소의 시설도 필요한 것이 모두 구비되어 있고 깨끗했습니다. 테이블은 노트북으로 업무를 보는데 불편이 없을 정도로 넓어서 좋았습니다. 조식도 넉넉한 종류를 구비하여 만족스런 아침식사를 했습니다. 다음 번 신야마구치에 들를 때도 다시 이용할 예정입니다.
