This hotel is excellent in my opinion. Very clean and well maintained. Rooms are very comfortable and toiletries are top notch, including large, plush towels. Complimentary coffee and cookies in the lobby. Breakfast was great. The usual fare of eggs, biscuits and gravy and sausage patties. Cereal, juice, coffee, hot water for tea, some fruit, pastry, bagels and cream cheese all available. Extended breakfast hours on weekends to 10:30 am. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ice machines were out of service in the 2nd and 3rd floor. But operational on the 1st. The pool looked clean and inviting. I would stay here again and only wish all hotels were as nice.

Staff were nice. Prosperity cleanliness was okay. Website says they have Laundry utilities however, it’s been gone for a while. I ended up staying for more days then I had scrubs. I had to cut into sleep time to go to laundry mat to wash a pair of scrubs. I had booked this hotel just for the fact they had laundry utilities and the area around it.

I stay at this hotel almost every month, when I come to town. Usually, it is a pleasant, uneventful stay. This time however, I woke at 1:20 am to a fire alarm. It was very scary since I was on the 3rd floor. The alarm went on and off for about 20 minutes. There were no instructions or staff to advise what was happening. The staff, room, and breakfast were great. The elevator would go up to 3rd floor but not down so a lottle inconvenient as I am mobility impaired. Had son walk down to 2nd floor to get elevator and able to go down with luggage that way while the hotel waited for elevator company to show up.

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast in the morning is great. The staff is very friendly only negative that I had on the trip is the fire alarm went off starting about midnight until about 4 o’clock in the morning.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and the staff was constantly making sure the food was available and hot. Parking is easy but they share a lot with the convention center which can make it a little difficult when events occur. It's an older hotel but in very good condition.

The room was horrific! The welcome mat on the elevator should have been the first clue!! Mold/mildew in the shower, desk chair seat ripped, furniture & carpet stains, sheets looked as if they had not been changed with chip fragments. Trash on the floor, dusty, wallpaper peeling off the walls. Roaches. Hallway wreaked of marijuana and the room smelled stale & unclean as if it belonged in a hotel that was boarded up for years.

The carpet was badly stained, there was a brown liquid stain on the floor under the bathroom sink, the sitting chair had a nasty stain on it so you didn’t want to sit on it, the phone in room did not work, the tv was small and had terrible color and it didn’t work when I arrived, and the halls reaked a terrible mildew odor, the water was barley warm in the shower. But the bed was ok.

First off the first thing I noticed was the carpet in the entire building was dirty but in my room it was awful and I took my shoes off and it was worse the carpet in the whole room felt wet then I walked over by the air conditioner and it was a large puddle of water that had the area under the air conditioner soaked and I had this smell that smelled like old mop water but the night staff was really nice and attentive but aside from nice staff I would not recommend this place to anyone

Into the third room before I found one TV that worked. That was a suite that had two TVs and one of those still didn’t work. Clerk wasn’t super helpful or apologetic. Nearly 30 minutes going to different rooms to find one TV that worked. She said she knew they had been working on upgrades, but had no idea that some room said no signal at all

We had a king size bed and a couch in our room, but 4 of the tiniest pillows I’ve ever tried to sleep on. They were couch pillow sized in a regular pillow case. It was disappointing.

The room was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. But it was evident that the hotel needs updating. Many light bulbs were out in the lobby, halls and in our room. Curtains in our room were ripped, the couch had a hole in it and the stuffing was coming out, just to name a few things. However, everything was clean and acceptable for a building of this age. It didn’t hinder our stay. This hotel is in a great location and updating it would definitely be a plus. Complimentary breakfast was very good and we liked the fact that it was something different every day. Audra was very sweet and friendly. She made us feel welcome. Always happy and smiling. She made our stay more enjoyable. Overall was an enjoyable stay. We would stay there again. (Room 322)

Always enjoy staying here. Clean rooms, friendly staff. This isn't a new hotel. It is a bit dated. Occasionally, I get a room where the tv isn't working. This was one of those times. Also, the shower head was awful. The water shot out in one stream from the middle.

Just had a quick overnight stay for 2, but the hotel was pretty nice. The nice lady at front desk was very attentive and pleasant. The room was very comfortable (temp wise) and actually had to turn the a/c up, which is rare in most hotels. The beds were comfy and the room was pretty clean. Only small complaint was that the tub or sink in bathroom didn't drain well, so when running shower, the water kind of filled up, same for sink. Only three towels and one washcloth in bath. No foot towel for shower. Breakfast was pretty decent the next morning and of course was greeted very friendly upon checkout. Just me and my daughter and felt really safe here. Gonna give it 4 1/2 stars, just due to the few small bathroom points.

Terrible refund policy. The hotel itself was great. I’ve stayed there many times. However, on this stay, the fire alarm started going off randomly at 1:00am. After 30 minutes of the alarm going off an on, I decided to check out and find another hotel nearby because it seemed the issue wasn’t going to be resolved soon. I checked out at 1:30am, the gentleman at the desk assured me that I would be refunded. Later, I found out the hotel refused to refund me because, and I quote, “there was a malfunction in the alarm system, and thusly weren’t responsible for it going off”. I talked with them 3 times, and Travelocity tried twice. They wouldn’t budge. So I’m out $100 for a room that I had to leave in the middle of the night because it was impossible to sleep. It was pretty classless and inconsiderate of them. I’ll never go back. There’s a Holiday Inn Express right across the road that I will go to from now on.

The staff was ok but several had a terrible attitude. We were placed in a room that dod not have a working ac and the sofa bed was torn up so bad that my son couldn’t sleep on it. They moved us to a room with a functioning AC, but when I opened the sofa bed it was covered in body hair and obviously had not been cleaned. The place appeared to be under very incompetent management

We showed up at the hotel at approximately at 1830. We waited around 30 minutes for a front desk staff. When Mark, front desk clerk, showed up he proceeded to tell me, a female, he had been in the restroom and he was having issues with his stomach and diarrhea. When Mark, front desk clerk, showed up he proceeded to tell me, a female, he had been in the restroom and he was having issues with his stomach and diarrhea. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and the staff was constantly making sure the food was available and hot. Parking is easy but they share a lot with the convention center which can make it a little difficult when events occur. It's an older hotel but in very good condition.

Breakfast was skimpier than usual, and coffee was very weak. Not what we have had at our precious stays. Staff is wonderful, as always. We had a three night stay and they emptied the trash every day, but it would have been nice if they had swapped out the face clothes and hand towels.

We specifically stayed here because of the “Excellent” reviews. There was nothing excellent about it. The place was old and dirty. There was hair on a few of our towels. Luckily we didn’t see anything on the bed linens. The breakfast was terrible and they were out of waffle batter by 845 and not willing to Refill it. That was the only thing worth eating. Luckily there was a smoothie shop right down the road for breakfast. I will absolutely never stay here again!!

Breakfast was gross and the dining area was an oddly decorated place. Overall the place needs to be updated. My room had damp, cold carpet which was coming up in one spot. The shining bright spot was the front desk, She was amazing and super helpful with advice for places in the area and even let me borrow her phone charger. (I can't believe I forgot mine). She saved me!

I didn't like that breakfast ends at 930 but everything was finished by 830 and guests who were not able to get any food, were told that there would be no more food coming out. Totally unacceptable. Either you are serving breakfast or you are not.

Worst hotel stay ever. We only had one hand towel and one wash rag in our room. When I went down to the front desk to bath towels and more washrags I was told they ran out and there were none available! How is that possible! Went down for breakfast the next morning at 8am and they were out of almost everything. Again how. Staff said the issues were because they were booked full! How does that make sense? You know how many rooms you have and how many are booked so you should be prepared with enough towels for every room and enough food. And then there was the fact the rooms were not cleaned well. Former guests hair in the shower, etc. There were old stains in the carpet. The mustiness of the room had my allergies acting had my allergies acting up so much I couldn’t stand it - eyes watering, headache, etc. Because of these issues we check out a day early - Saturday morning. The lady at the desk told me she would email me a copy of my receipt. Still haven’t received it. And I was charged for the full two night stay. One thing I want to say positive is about the young man that was working the desk Friday night. He was really trying to do a good job dealing with a lot of guests issues. But they were things he couldn’t control and he was there by himself. But overall the worst hotel experience of my life - and I used to travel 85% of the year on business. Just very poor management and ownership.
