Said it was pet friendly but there’s a sign in the lobby that said “ONLY SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED”. There were people out side of our door ALL night talking, tons of noise from the truck stop, and they let people park 2 cars deep so when we decided to leave after only sleeping for 3 hours we had a terrible time trying to get out of the parking spot as there was another car RIGHT behind us, it took us 15 minutes to go forward and backwards to get out of the spot so we wouldn’t hit the car parked right behind us. Didn’t feel safe at any point in time there.

This place shows wear but has been spruced up significantly. It is associated with a convenience store and gas station and across the street from a truck stop.

There was animals in room that was given to me. They gave me a one bed instead of a 2 bed room when I purchased a 2 bed

Room was infested with flies, seemed to be coming from the fan area and the ceiling around the smoke detector that was hanging lopsided from the ceiling. Deep scratches/graffiti in the mirror. Drapes were shear, so if a light was on in the room at night you were on view. No light cover in the bathroom, just 2 bare bulbs. Disgusting!

The room is run down and have a horrible smell. Sheet have holes in it. Lack of basic furniture. You don't even have a table to eat on. I honestly worrying if there is bed bugs. I am a trucker and I would rather sleep in the truck then here. Strongly recommend you find somewhere else unless you absolutely have no options

I have stayed at many dozens of hotels of varying types over the years, and I can say without equivocation that this is the worst one I've ever encountered. The building is in a gas station parking lot and has nearly no exterior lighting; it is decrepit and reeks of trash, sewage, and pot and cigarette smoke. Our room featured dirty/stained linens with holes and cigarette burns. There were more burns in the countertop and walls. The furniture is ragged. The smoke detector had been ripped out of the ceiling and wires were hanging down. The tub was rusty and was clearly not clean; the sink had layers of filth. The floor was visibly dirty. The door did not have a deadbolt, and we found out how weak the automatic lock was when, at 2am, random others tried to get in our door with their key and then started pushing on the door. We saw visible light as the door nearly opened, but my husband was able to chase them away. We stayed in the room only because every hotel in the area was booked and we felt less safe (only marginally) sleeping in our car. We tried to block out the filth by watching a movie, but - shockingly - the wifi did not work. They are not even pretending to maintain this property. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The tv didn’t work , we ask 3 times for someone to check and no one did. The room smells like marihuana, and I saw lots of baby cucaraches , had a hole in the siling and a person was wondering with a flashlight around 3:00 am in front of my room , the Handel from the shower was missing .

Worst motel I have stayed in ever. Appears to be a location where displaced or homeless families live. There are long term tenants living there. I heard fights during the night. There were dogs on the rooms on both sides of me. The noise from the freeway behind the building was aweful. Very dirty. Wifi sucked. I could go on. Don't stay here - you will regret it.

They room was quiet dirty and the bathroom door had 4 holes punched in it the door had no second lock except for the metal one you get at the top of the door there were multiple hidden fees when I went to check in and claimed there was wifi but there was none at all if I could I would give this a 0/5 very poor service

Really bad experience. They have bright LED lights in the outdoor walkways and paper thin curtains in room. At 2am it was as bright as afternoon. Wish I could post a picture- it’s crazy. The property is noisy (highway and truck traffic) and tou can hear all TVs and walking around from neighbors. Constant flow of people in/out rooms from 8pm to 6am- disruptive. Cheap but not worth it for a night of rest.

WiFi didn’t work with Apple devices that prohibit older insecure WPA

The room looked clean enough, but then we saw multiple roaches (in the bathroom, on the bed, on the wall. We didn't stay. Very bright & loud in the room from all the parking lot lights/truck stop. The guy that checked us in in the gas station was nice.

Main problem is lack of dead bolts on guest room doors. Also, the WIFI DOES NOT WORK!! Staff barely speaks English also.

This motel is next to the treeway at a truck stop so there is always noise. The rooms are well worn but clean.

Sold me a room that was never available. was never contacted that there was no room so as soon as I try to check in I just wasted my time and had no time to rebook anything because nothing was available

I already made reservations and it s overbooks and I couldn’t get any room at all so hope to get refund back and had hard Time find another hotel and I had to pay another room in diff rent hotel.. very disappointed with their service..

You check in at the convenience store that’s also a motel and truck stop. I guess the staff all have master keys to the rooms. And this is NOT the cleaning staff, these are the convenience store clerks. My door was opened by one. I was told they take naps in the empty rooms. You really can’t make this stuff up. Stay away.

OMG. Where to begin. Without doubt the worse motel I have stayed in. Over 30 years of travel that really is saying something! This motel is located on island of freeways and truck stops. Unhealthy, you could smell truck fumes the instant the door opened. I could not sleep with noise and pollution in the room. Ended up sleeping in the car, the best the6 can do is knock i5 all down and start over.
