Nice pool area

Super convenient to the airport -- BUT only if you have a vehicle, there is NO shuttle service. Uber worked just fine, however a shuttle would have been great. Room was clean, no issue. Decent breakfast included.

This was a good stay for a short weekend. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a little disappointing, and machines in the gym were not working. Pool was also very cold. However, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was very convenient for our trip.

The elevator went out of service on 11/10/24. Had to walk up and down the stairs. The day of checkout (11/11/24), I had to carry my luggage and other bags down 3 flights of stairs which was very difficult. I called for service but no one was available to assist. This was very difficult for me as I have a bad knee due to surgery. This type of service is very unacceptable.

Kiosk access to manager (no manager onsite). Elevator was broken ipon arrival. The hotel manager via kiosk was not aware that the elevator was broken for 18 hours. (I met a person who waked down from the 3rd floor who told me the elevator was broken aince yesterday.) My hotel froom floor was gritty with dirt so i had to rub my feet before laying on the bed

We enjoyed the pool area, although the pool had a lot of stuff floating around on top of the water. I didn't see a skimmer available. I would have used it. There was a young boy running and jumping near the steps to the pool. It made me nervous that he would hit his head. He was alone, and then we learned that he belonged to staff. I wasn't fond of the video check in. It seems so impersonal. The person that was there did a great job, but I would rather see them in person.

Did not like the check in. Pool should have been cleaner. Add some protein to the breakfast not just carbs.

There is no front desk staff on-site. Nobody is around to answer questions or assist you. There is a computer setup in the corner with a video that has someone offsite on the other end. No place to leave your luggage temporarily because there is literally nobody working there. No eggs or fruits for breakfast. Gym was basically a closet with 2 bikes and a treadmill. Pool was ok. Better options are close by.

Very clean, quiet, nice rooms.

Ac was extremely loud and squeaked all night. The shower flooded out the shower and all over bathroom. Lock didn't lock on door. Construction debris in halls- big drywall pieces.

The hotel was SUPER CLEAN as was our room. The only complaint that I had was that there really needed to be a person available to help with questions, concerns, towels, etc. The Kiosk cannot help with those type things. Great location! Will definitely stay here again!!

3 night stay.. first night was good. Second day room began to smell like cigarette smoke (I don't smoke), later in the evening the lightning hit so hard that the fire alarms were going off and it went off for about an hour before they shut off. And the morning of my checkout there was a (live) roach on the bathroom floor. That was first I had seen my entire stay and I assume it came from the drain in the floor but I was very grossed out to the point I had to empty all of my bags and repack to ensure I had no unwanted passengers coming home with me. Also, if you want an actual human person checking you in, this is not the place. They have a computer screen with a live agent to help you check in, I personally didn't care for it. Especially since I was traveling alone (young female) and the volume on the computer was very loud and when he asked how many guests in the room, he repeated very loudly that I was alone. I didn't appreciate that. And because of that interaction, I went out and bought an extra security device to secure the door

Close to the airport. First floor room smelled a bit musty. Thankful for the dehumidifier. Overall the check-in/check-out was okay but would prefer a human behind the front desk. Breakfast was good. Thank you.

The overall experience in this hotel is a -10 out of 5. The hotel per se, is not terrible. It’s remodeled, looks decent enough and the price is ok. What makes this hotel so terrible is the lack of customer service and the utter rudeness and dismissive behavior of the staff. Check in experience was terrible, was done by a tablet with someone overseas. Who was not very nice or accomodating. After I requested a room 3x with a pull out couch for my son, he confirmed they all have and the one assigned to us didn’t. He refused to change the room for us even after he confirmed he had one available. He literally refused and said “this is the room you booked, not me” EXCUSE ME? Besides that, we figured it out and tried to make the best of it only to wake up on Sunday with a completely flooded room with SEWER WATER. front desk attendant was dismissive saying not to worry that it was water from the dehumidifier. I had to argue so he can go check the room, then they realized it was sewer water thanks smelled horrible and had black particles. Other rooms had the same issue and complained as well. Then they blamed the city, not their sewage system. Point blank, don’t even bother. Maybe if they change the staff, it’ll be worth it.

The only problem I had was very little water pressure in the shower and the hot water didn’t last long in the shower, but there was hot water in the sink immediately after my shower

Clean rooms and lot's of space for luggage. Had a sectional sofa in the room too.

Very nice hotel , room was big and beautiful everything was great but the AC. That AC was so loud making all kinds of noise , I was in room 230, if it wasn’t for that AC everything would of been perfect

Best Quality Inn I’ve been to as far as cleanliness and modern! The room was spacious and excellent. The beds were comfortable. Definitely a good choice!

I travel often for work and was surprised to see a virtual desk clerk in a kiosk (clerk in a box) for the first time. He appeared on a display screen and spoke to me live, with me appearing on a camera mounted at the top of the kiosk. He walked me through the typical check-in process and dispensed the room key and receipt through the kiosk. Although it's not what I expected, it works. That said, the whole property is clean, well-lit, and well-maintained and the common areas have modern security cameras. The elevator is located toward the center of the hall. Parking was easy and plentiful. The room and bathroom were large enough, with plenty of desk space and ample lighting options. However, the room does not have carpet; instead, it has some kind of imitation planking. The TV is OK, but don’t expect to link your streaming app; it’s cable without the onscreen guide. The next morning, I was surprised that breakfast did not include fresh fruit, meat, or eggs. Instead, it included only highly processed carb-heavy stuff, including juice, cereal, waffles, and toast. The coffee was very good! There was an apology sign for the lack of eggs due to a shortage, but nothing about the other essential foods. As a result, I had to eat elsewhere. Keep this in mind if you're on a budget and counting on an included breakfast. Although I wouldn't come back here for breakfast, what they do right here is deliver a modern, clean, and safe facility with decent-quality rooms for the price.

There was no front desk staff for assistance. You check in and out on a Kiosk and other than the person keeping the breakfast area clean, no other hotel staff was seen on site. It was a very weird experience and it felt a bit unsafe due to the lack of visible staff in the event of emergency. I don't think I would recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of other choices in Ft Myers at the same or similar price point. I think in a hotel you should have a forward facing staff and not one that you contact via an information kiosk

The check-in takes a while ( no agent or representative) through a screen. Other than that is okay, we stayed one night.

Immediately upon landing in Fla I was texted asking what time I would arrive than more texts asking for an upcharge. When I arrived at the property I was greeted by a virtual kiosk and the gentleman asked me to pay for the upcharge. Rooms were advertised on google for less than I was paying. When I refused to pay the up charge he said he was cancelling my reservation. This is not the level of service I would expect from a Wyndham Property

Very unique first time dealing with a virtual associate, check-in and out went smoothly. However, I was not told that you would be holding $100 on my account for incidentals, and I was charged twice for a one night stay. My account was not credited for several days after my visit, Room was very clean. However, other than seeing the laundry staff, no one else was available. I specifically asked for a room with a bath, only to find out there was no plug for the tub. Tried to reach staff on the zero number that was provided, after five tries over a period of time I finally gave up. So having service staff available 24 ours is not the case. Only other comment is the outside appearance. There’s no signage on the building, and I drove right past it, looks rundown. However, I would stay there again.

I contacted the hotel in prior to my arrival to make sure once I got there (11pm) everything was set to go and they told me it was , when I arrived they told me my room had yet to be ready and they made me pay again when I had asked them about deposits and they were very unclear as to the holds on my cards , whatever we paid we get the keys go up to our room and the keys didn’t work go back and get another set and the second set still didn’t work we had to have a worker come and open the door for us I would say overall my experience was horrible the hotel it’s self was in good condition.

The whole check in process is so through a video camera in a kiosk with some remote oerson and not a live person. It’s the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen. And the the kiosk broke so I couldn’t get keys to my room for over an hour. It was a terrible experience. I repeatedly asked for help and no one came. I called and had trouble getting anyone. Keys take seconds to make but with no staff to fix this simple issue check in was a nightmare. Highly recommend you hire real people to work your most important role - CLIENT SERVICE.

There were no staff at reception, only computers. Our check-in took very long because there was only one computer working, and a guest in front of us was paying in cash (small bills), she had to insert bill by bill, it took forever. Breakfast was very poor too.

Everything and everyone was a very hospitable and friendly. Mary, who takes care of the dining area was the best. Also the cleaning lady who kept the room in order was worth mentioning. I have been staying at your facility and HIGHLY recommend

Nice little hotel near the airport. Very convenient.

In exceptional condition, clean, very pleasant atmosphere. The one improvement would be a mix of thick and thin pillows for those who get neck soreness from thick pillows. Excellent choice! Would come here again without hesitation if in the area. Figurative stones throw from JetBlue Ballpark.

It was very convenient to get to the airport.

Property was clean and in a great location. I stayed on a week night and it was quiet. Not sure about the weekend. The virtual check-in is a new process for me and turned it to be easy breezy. My room was clean and had the basics. Breakfast was average but Cracker Barrel is very close by.

Clean room. AC cold. Currently upgrading property. Check in was strange and was through a virtual agent via monitor. Had no problems with the room and bed was comfortable. Budget friendly room but was not in bad condition or dirty. Breakfast was lacking - although it was there. Waffle maker and standard store bought muffins and cereal. Convenient location to Hertz arena.

The free breakfast was anything starch. No meat or protein. There was no convenient fast food place to get a real breakfast.

Clean, great breakfast in the morning!

Our stay was fine. We were in room 112 right across from the laundry and maid service. It did get a little loud in the early mornings when they started. Also, breakfast was good and your breakfast lady is amazing! It would be great if breakfast could go later than 9 am.

I liked the cleanliness and the staff was very friendly. What I didn’t like is the fact the WiFi connection sucks, couldn’t really watch any good shows or movie because of the remote, there’s no YouTube or Netflix connected to the tv. It would be more enjoyable if we’re able to watch YouTube or Netflix. Another thing is breakfast. There were t many options to eat. Just waffles and apples, muffins. No boiled eggs or scrambled eggs.

It was strange checking in remotely and not with a live person at the desk. We managed and I get it but it was strange. Marie at breakfast was great!
