The pool wasnt working . I called and asked if it was working before i made reservations thats why we came here so the grandkids could swim. We had to go buy things to do since we were stuck in a room . Black mold in the shower. The shower didnt drain we had to move to another room at 10 pm . Leaves and trash all over on parking lot. Blinds were ripped. Not happy at all. They said we cant help you because ypu made it through expedia. I had reservations somewhere else and cancelled because their pool wasnt working thats why we came here. Aggravated as can be

For some reason the phone in the room rang once the first two nights at 1:26am and 3 times the last night….annoying to say the least?? The hot tub was not functional, appeared to have been down long time. Not a necessity and not affecting my recommendations.

We got there and immediately the clerk said the pool was dirty. We drove a long ways and the kids were set on a pool. We had to drive another 25 miles and pay 70 more dollars for another last minute hotel.

Check in was a little challenging. The electronic keys issued to our room did not work. We got replacement keys that also didn't work. The front desk then issued us a different room. This room had two queen beds rather than the king bed room that I had reserved. When I used my key to get into the exercise room the key also didn't work. I went down to the pool and unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order. I assume that they would have opened up the exercise room for me, but after two rounds of failed keys I didn't feel like going back to the front desk. The room was a little warm, so we tried turning on the air conditioner. The air conditioner was so loud that we turned it off. Overall the room was clean and pretty comfortable, although the mattresses were pretty soft. I did not notice any noise during the night. The breakfast was good and the people working at the breakfast were constantly keeping things clean and filled. Overall, the stay was average. They really need to get their electronic keys working better.

Nice place to stop if you need a nights stay. Right beside Kroger so perfect to walk over and get snacks for the room. Heater was broken for the pool, which we were told of at check in. Still stinks because we were looking forward to that. Room didn’t have a remote for the tv but the front desk was happy to get me a new one

The room was quiet and dark and the bed was comfortable. However, I don’t think this room had been used in a while. There were a few bugs, dust, cobwebs, and hairs in the bathroom. The heat & air worked well and the air circulating seemed clean.

The room was nice…….we had a four night stay with NO HOUSEKEEPING!! Had to ask and go get fresh towels. Had a coffee maker but had to ask for coffee packets in order to have coffee in the room. The fact that the bed wasn’t made or the trash wasn’t dumped for four days was ok…….but should have fresh towels at least every other day!!

Easy access from the freeway. Breakfast was very good. Hotel has an elevator. Room was clean but rather small. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were too small. Bathroom was so small the door opened inward and missed hitting the toilet by 2-3 inches. Distance between the end of the bed and the desk chair was about a foot. Not a big deal but they can make a person's stay less pleasant.

We had room 100 right by a side entrance. A group gathered the night of our stay and were loud and smoking. Unfortunately our air conditioner sucked in all the smoke and we had to deal with that during our stay. Management did break up the party as soon as we called so they did a great job.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is great with a nice dining area. Check-in was quick and efficient. Side door (closer to our room) card key scanner was broke. You could go out, but could not get back in, leaving you having to walk half way around the building to go through front entrance. Pretty quiet for the most part. However, if you happen to get a room next to a louder group or family, you may become frustrated with the noise seeping into your room. Overall a good experience, especially for the price.

This was an awful experience. We stayed on our property near this hotel but due to storms we had to get a couple of rooms. First we were greeted by a lovely woman who was new and trying to work out new computer systems. No worries about that until she got her manager BRENDA,who preceded to profile my son and his multi racial friends by stating all the rules really loud and with a kert tone. She then profiled myself and my friend as our room key wouldn't lock our room. (A problem with the door mechanics) She attempted way too long before offering a different room. Ive worked in customer service for more than 20+ years. I would NEVER speak to guests in the tone and manner we have encountered here. Sadly I may never stay here again unless I become desperate again because there aren't many choices near by. 🙄🙄 worst service EVER at a hotel.

When we checked in, they said that they didn’t receive payment from Expedia, so they charged my card again. I just called the hotel and they said that they would remove the charges. It just added some confusion. Here it is 2 days later and the charges are still pending on my credit card from best western. I called 2 more times. It took 5 business days to remove the charges from my card. Frustrating

Service desk wasnt very helpful, very short with answers had to pay extra fee for pets that i was not aware of when i checked in. Major gap in door, called to see if i could get another room, they couldnt help with that. Main entry had leaves and debris in the hallway. People were hanging out in the parking lot most of the night. shower was not clean, room was in ok condition. Just not a pleasant experience.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre, coffee was horrible. Toilets were incredibly low which was a definite deterrent to ever returning. Having a microwave and frig was appreciated. Having Krogers grocery store, McDonald's, and coffee shop all right there was extremely convenient. The best part of the stay was Dora, the front desk receptionist. She was extremely helpful, very personable, and is a huge asset for this hotel!

Water pressure from shower was outstanding. Purchased a container of orange juice when checking in. Using the O J to take my pills but it didn’t taste good. Looked at the label and it expired in January. I notified the staff when checking out and they refunded my purchase. Also had trouble turning the TV on.might have been a bad battery.

Our 2 room king room suites were absolutely perfect! The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast bar exceeded our expectations and my grand sister ma enjoyed making their own waffles! Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable!
