LOVED this hotel so much I returned on the same trip for two more nights. The rooms were fab, individually designed, clean, with fab bathrooms. Not at all noisy, even in the road side rooms. Lots of lovely staff. Well designed exterior areas, although I wasn't keen on the white loungers (personal preference). Only negative was the pricey parking. It is possible topar very close for a third of the price. Oh, also in an amazing location and extremely close to the village and all the amenities.

Superb modern hotel within easy walking distance of the town’s attractions. The bedroom was very well equipped and the king size bed was fabulously comfortable. As we had torrential rain during our stay, we were glad of indoor garage. But for the rain, we would probably have tried one of the many nearby restaurants as the hotel only has a limited choice cafeteria but the food and service were excellent and very modestly priced. Breakfast was copious and delicious. We will return!

Good location, excellent welcome. Room was large and the pool and outside bar area were very relaxing. Very good breakfast buffet but the best impression came from the superb staff who were all really friendly, helpful and actually looked as though they enjoyed their jobs. Easy walk into town

This hotel is the best hotel we have stayed in for a very long time. All of the staff we came in to contact with were fantastic nothing was too much trouble for them they are exactly what hospitality is all about. The hotel is spotless and the quality of the food is amazing. We had breakfast and dinner I would 100 percent recommend this hotel. We can’t wait to return.

This hotel was our last stop before returning to Uk and it didn’t disappoint. The decor was outstanding. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything was spotless. The pool area was lovely - very relaxing. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would love to return.

El hotel está muy cuidado, decorado con esmero, agradable y limpio, sus empleados atentos y corteses, buena ubicación por estar cerca del centro histórico, sin estar dentro del mismo, lo que le da cierta tranquilidad y dispone de parking, muy importante en la zona.

Restaurangen har typ bara bara alternativ hamburgare, pizza etc... Frukosten är ok för ca 10€. Personalen service minded - pratar bra Engelska

Moderne gennemrenoveret hyggeligt hotel i helt egen stil. Imødekommende personale. Central beliggenhed i gåafstand til den gamle by.

Hotel Cuevas es un lugar espectacular. Desde su ubicación hasta la limpieza y la atención de su personal. Los muchachos que atienden el restaurante, el area de la piscina y las chicas de la recepción. Todos muy amables. La zona es hermosa y se puede ir a pie a muchos lugares. En fin, es un hotel altamente recomendado!

We stayed for 2 nights as part of a road trip of Northern Spain. This hotel surpassed all our expectations and is a very relaxing oasis in what is a busy tourist town. The staff are all extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

All of the staff we came in to contact with were fantastic nothing was too much trouble for them they are exactly what hospitality is all about. The hotel is spotless and the quality of the food is amazing. We had breakfast and dinner I would 100 percent recommend this hotel. We can’t wait to return.

We stay at this hotel a few times a year. Needless to say we stay here because we love this hotel. The staff is absolutely amazing, welcoming and warm. Each stay feels like coming to visit really close friends. Hotel is clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed. Beds are super comfy which is a must for me. Great breakfast. Parking on site available. Easy to get around. If you stay here you will not regret it you will fall in love with this place like we did many years ago. Thank you to all hotel staff for yet another great stay with you!

Superb modern hotel within easy walking distance of the town’s attractions. The bedroom was very well equipped and the king size bed was fabulously comfortable. As we had torrential rain during our stay, we were glad of indoor garage. But for the rain, we would probably have tried one of the many nearby restaurants as the hotel only has a limited choice cafeteria but the food and service were excellent and very modestly priced. Breakfast was copious and delicious. We will return!

Can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff are a credit to the way it's managed, they're all so friendly, welcoming, professional and amazingly effective that every aspect of the stay became a breeze. They went out of their way to assist when our previous hotel let us down, and when we got there they couldn't have been better. The hotel is immaculate and the pool area (and cocktail van) are such a nice place to spend any amount of time. There aren't many sunbeds (plenty of seated areas) but we never struggled to get a bed when we wanted one. Will definitely become our default choice when next in the area.

I have stayed here before. A comfortable room with wuiet air-conditioning, a good shower, and a jacuzzi (but the wardrobe is very small). The swimming pool and sun terrace is very good, with cute little turtles in the adjacent fishpond. Next year I will use one of their electric bikes to go to the beach.

It is certainly a very good property and it is in great condition. I just didn’t know what to make of it since it was more of a love nest four couples than a Santillana Del Mar appropriate stay. The staff was very informative and friendly and the indoor parking was superb.
