There has been construction for months and months with little to show for it. One elevator is still out of service. The other elevator is slow and shakes disconcertingly. The room was ok, but lacking in some basics. There was no luggage stand or place to put luggage where it could remain accessible other than on quite-high desks/counters. There were hand towels but no good place to put them (most hotels have a rod or rack).

The website said that there was free airport transportation. That is why I specifically chose this hotel. However when I got there I was told that they have a modified schedule and would not be able to take me to the airport. I had to pay an additional $22.00 to get my own transportation to take me 4.3 miles.

The facility is under renovation so given that it is fairly clean. One of The elevators is out of order but we are okay with the stairs. The beds and pillows are terrible though.

The whole experience was horrible. We drive up to the property in horror with the roof being under construction. We were then charged a $250.00 incidental fee. There is nothing on the property for us to purchase except for a few items in a small room. That’s a lot of money. Our room had a new carpet but one of the side tables was barely connected to a wall. Water stains on the walls. The sheets were thread bare and the bed covering was old and extremely worn. The bathroom was extremely out dated. In the morning when we showered, there was a used face cloth hanging from the shower curtain rod, which completely disgusted me. The shampoo and condition were either empty or didn’t work at all. The shower handle fell off when I turned the shower off. I had to screw it back on. The freezer in the mini fridge needs to be defrosted. We could not wait to get out of the building. Not sure how people are giving this place such a high rating. I wouldn’t even give it a 1!

A little disappointed because the fireplace in the room didn’t work but it may have been turned off because it wasn’t hot enough outside. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast at this location was our least favorite. No one was tending to the coffee or any of the food and they were mostly empty. This was part of our trip to Maine, Boston and NH.

The hotel was amazing. The $250.00 hold on my debit card was unacceptable. We were not able to do much as that was most of my vacation money. If I had known that hotels.com required that much of a hold over the $50.00 average I was expecting, I would have gone with a different booking service.

Nice hotel, room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was good. Checking in and out were fine. I was surprised though because the front desk ran my credit card for a $250 deposit because I made my reservation through a third party (Expedia). That has never happened before. Otherwise it was fine, we will probably return to this hotel.

Elevator sounded like was going to explode. When we checked in, our other room was not ready-so we went right to eat. Came back & my mom went to her room and my daughter informed they had only 1 bed (we booked 2 queen beds). Manager informed us they “upgraded” our room. Without notifying us? I explained to her we cannot have 1 bed. We need 2 and this is not an upgrade for us. Manager was rude and then proceeded to say-did you use the bathroom if you did I do not have anyone to clean it. I advised, I am a manager-so you will want to get your hands dirty unfortunately because YES after driving 9 hours we had to go to the bathroom. After manager being very rude-we ended up getting the original request. But they cannot just do that

I called the the hotel before booking my room. I had an early morning flight and I wanted to make sure the hotel had a 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. I was assured that they did. When I arrived at the hotel for check in, I was told that they did not have 24 hour shuttle service and the shuttle did not start in the morning until after my flight was scheduled to leave. I specifically asked if the shuttle was 24 hours. I know this because my husband was standing next to me and confirmed he heard the conversation. Please provide proper training to the hotel staff. This mistake costed me a lot of aggregation and $80 in parking fees at the airport.

The property is well-located near the airport and getting there is easy. Breakfast had many options and was more than ample. On the negative side, I am not a big fan of rolling barn doors in place of a normal bathroom door and places to eat were best accessible by car, so if you are walking, it will take a good 20-30 minutes to walk to the nearest restaurant.

Perfect overnight stay on my way to northern New Hampshire. Greeted by a friendly desk clerk, room was ready with AC on, had all the little hygiene necessities, beds was perfectly made and very comfortable. Breakfast was good too, all the American types of choices. I had my coffee to go and the price was excellent. Highly recommend to any travelers.

Nice clean quiet hotel. Easy access to most parts of town by car. Standard hot breakfast & plenty of it. Even though airport is not far there is no air traffic noise. Easy drive to multiple restaurants. Poster child for typical Hampton Inn chain. Recommended!

I had another nice stay at the Hampton Inn - Bedford, N.H. I have stayed here many times and it always is a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and couldn't be more accomodating. It's conveniently tucked away from the bustle of the shopping district. I am sure I will be back soon.

Stated would clean room every other day. First 3 days, put out a sign stating we didn’t need it cleaned. Took it off for last two days to get some to come and clean and refresh towels, but didn’t come at all during my stay. At which point, I could have contacted the front desk, but was too tired and didn’t. Shouldn’t have to. Good breakfast.

The breakfast was your average hotel breakfasts. There was nothing extraordinary that would be memorable about their breakfast, but there was plenty and the area was clean. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the hotel is being remodeled/updated and the noise started early in the morning.

We have stayed at many Hamptons. First there were no restaurants in walking distance like many others. Room cleaning was every other day, which I never experienced anywhere else. Saw a used Qtip in the elevator for 4 days. A/C kept resetting back to 68 after setting it lower this past warm weekend. Breakfast was just ok and not filled up often. Not typically a complainer, but I paid a good amount of money for this room and expected better
