Clean helpful pleasant staff, overall good, units have a fridge that’s a necessity for long stays, access to microwave in office during office hours. Only complaints for long stay microwaves in units and coffee machine are both important that are not provided

I didn’t like that the towels that they provided was so thin and medium size than what we normally use at home. Plus, the bathtub faucet was loose that was hard to control the amount of water. But, the bathroom and room looked like it was renovated and clean. The negative thing was there was only stairs and no elevator, so we had to haul our big heavy luggage’s up stairs.

Very clean hotel with nicely appointed rooms. The bed is very comfortable. The property is very well lit and feels safe. Thank you. My only recommdation is to use pump bottles for personal products (shampoo, lotion, etc) instead individual soaps and mini bottles of shampoo.

Close to freeway, Parking Available. A great value to stay a night, then be on your way.

This hotel is very simple and doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles. However, it is clean and the parking is safe and ample. The room has a very comfortable bed and satisfactory pillows. The TV remote was a bear to understand, but we finally got it to work. There is a minifridge, but we didn't need it. The hotel could do with some fluffier towels. They give you the bare minimum and they are pretty scratchy. Overall i would give this hotel a 7.5 out of 10. Bare bones but comfortable.

In this price range, I can say it is a high end motel. Room, bedding ‘and furniture were clean. The property is fenced so no homeless or stray drug dealers. You get tv and refrigerator. It is not a five star hotel so expect what you pay for. If I want to stay in Long Beach I go back there.

Perfectly for my Trip. Possible to Park the car on Site and as a starting Point for my Trips through the city

We had a 2am check-in, they were great, friendly and fast to get us to our room. We were traveling with a toddler and the place was clean enough that we were not scared to let them walk around. Would have liked a microwave in the room, but they had one in the office to use. Still a good visit.

1.Only amenity in the room is a broken small refrigerator. Freezer is thick of ice, cover is missing. 2. Does not replenish plastic cups in the bathroom everyday, we had 7 days accommodations. 3. Advertised for Sound proof rooms, but can hear noises from the street. 4. Male manager is not friendly to customers.

Very clean, the bathroom was a lot nicer than other affordable inns! I don’t mind the cleaning each day that happened, the cleaning staff was very sweet! The parking has cameras and feelings very secure it felt!

WARNING!!! Disgusting.. Roaches in the room, stains on the sheets, and pillows looked lika they havent been washed. Checked out within minutes. No refund was issued, lost hundreds.

Property had easy parking seemed clean and when I entered the room everything also looked clean until I started seeing bed bugs and tiny roaches. Had to leave early because I started feeling itchy

When I arrived, I was surprised by the $100 deposit — honestly, a bit steep. Once I got to the room, I immediately checked the sheets (something I always do), and unfortunately, I found hair on them. I also checked the bathroom, only to discover hair in the tub as well. To say I was disgusted is an understatement. I went to the front desk and calmly explained the situation, even showing the staff member the pictures I had just taken. I wasn’t asking for a room change, just clean sheets. However, instead of truly listening, he seemed more interested in brushing off what I said and assuming the rooms were clean. I stayed respectful, not upset or angry, but it felt like he was only listening to respond rather than genuinely hearing me out. ( he did give me a new sheet though and he wasn’t a bad guy he just need to listen before over talking a customer and not assume that they’re just saying anything) No guest wants to pay for a room and then find dirty sheets or a dirty bathroom. Cleanliness should always be the top priority, regardless of the price point. Unfortunately, my experience made it clear that there’s no real standard being upheld here.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The man who seemed to be the owner — I’m assuming based on how he kept saying “my rules” — was rude from the moment we arrived and treated us like an inconvenience. The room was filthy, with dust, a dirty fridge, no lamps, and a strong smell of weed, smoke, and damp mildew even though it’s supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. He threatened to keep our $100 deposit for any rule-breaking, yet the room already smelled like someone had smoked heavily inside it. The entire room felt damp and muggy, and there even appeared to be mold or mildew along the bathroom caulking, which is a huge cleanliness and health concern. Everything was extremely outdated, and the towels were supposedly “clean” but had hairs on them, were paper-thin, and barely usable. Housekeeping themselves were lovely and polite, but the owner made their visits stressful by insisting that guests leave the room for 10 minutes if they needed to clean. The next morning, when I said good morning, he didn’t return it — instead he questioned whether we had extra people in the room, even though we followed every rule and had no visitors. It genuinely felt like he was looking for a reason to keep the deposit. For what they charge, the minimum should be a clean room and respectful treatment. I’d strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Unless you want to be supervised with every move you make, don’t stay here. The two front desk workers would just stare & monitor every time we left & came back to our room. No where does the policy say we can’t have visitors, yet they made it a point to do so. Besides their uncomfortable actions, the room is unkept. There’s mold forming around the sinks, dusty furniture, occasional bugs, & could use an overall deep cleaning. Would not stay here again.

It was good enough for an overnight, but the walls are thin, you hear everything from street traffic to babies crying in the middle of the night.

For the price, a good, clean place to stay. The traffic noise was bad. Be sure to bring earplugs for sleeping well.

Internet didn’t work when I checked in, showed the front desk that the Internet didn’t work, he told me that it was working in the office and too bad. Talked to a neighbor in the next room over and he said that the Internet hadn’t worked in 2 days. Just took my cash deposit and went somewhere else, needed to have Internet to work and manager wouldn’t give a refund for the night booked. Waste of money,

For whatever reason the room had a very weak wifi signal and made using my laptop difficult ...range extender ???

I didn't like that you had to uae a QR code to log into wifi which was only available to do in the front office. Thw QR code should be available in each room

There are no microwaves, phones, radio or clocks in the rooms. There is nothing special about the property or surrounding area. Its an ok place to stay but nothing to brag about.

Value Inn is a very pleasant place to stay in. Staff is very friendly.

The hotel needs to advertise they close office early. I was left on the streets on the first night.

The room was clean but the office employee was very rude to me for no reason. I was very uncomfortable after the way he treated me. I wish I could have canceled but I would have been charged. So I had no choice but to stay.

I booked 2 nights & first night i arrived at 6am & had room service knock at my door around 11am , i told them i was Okay didnt need room services. Latter that night the owner wanted to kick me & family out for denying room service. I told him it was wrong of him to do that . I mentioned to him i was tired & didnt need room service & that it was a optional thing , he said it was mandatory & i explained & ask to show me where does it say that .. he refuse to show me or ever explain this when checking in. I had a talk with room service ladys & they mentioned to me that owner makes them go into room without asking anyone & thats why owner doesnt have door signs of "do not disturb" . Whorst places Every !! DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL ! I also have prove of all this !

Extremely sketchy crowd making noise all night. I had 1 visitor for 10 minutes and after he left the manager called screaming that I had too many people in the room and everybody had to leave in the next 5 minutes or he would check me out on the spot. Great stay! The management team was friendly and very nice! The cleaning staff did an amazing job cleaning and respecting our personal preferences! Will absolutely be staying again for future visits! Thank you!

Stayed for two nights, no issues, room was fine. Needed to check out early in the morning to catch a flight home, and no one was at the desk so I rang the bell multiple times, and after about five minutes left the room keys and took off. When I called out getting the security deposit back they said they needed the card it was placed on to refund it - can't happen when I'm about to board a flight. Scammed out of $100, other than that stay was good.

The property manger was super unfriendly and acted like he was doing me a favor for staying there. Upon arriving, he told me that everyday house keeping is mandatory. I was confused at first but said okay and if they could come do my room last since I work graveyard shifts. He basically told me no and it can be anytime between 10am - 1pm and of I don't like that I can go find another place to stay. I asked for his name and he didn’t want to tell me and basically walked away and hide in the back office. Super shady and would highly NOT recommend!

Nice place. Recently refreshed and conveniently located. We arrived super late (2 am) and the checkin was still a breathe.

Quiet, clean, non-smoking, inexpensive and near(10mins drive) to where i work. I’ll stay here until i finish my travel assigment and already made reservations for the next weeks.

We had a wonderful stay at Value Inn in Bellflower. My wife and I thought it was clean, very close to everything we needed to do and the 605 fwy is right around the corner. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. We will definitely stay there again. The price was reasonable and the area was quiet. This was a hidden gem, glad we found it.

I liked the convenience of the location to my family.
