Posizione ovviamente meravigliosa. Vista da qualsiasi punto pazzesca a 180 gradi su scogliere e mare. Ma il servizio? Quasi inesistente e davvero poco poco professionale. All'arrivo nessun aiuto a scaricare e portare le valige nella lobby. Check in lento. Nessun aiuto a portare le valige in camera. Staff in generale svogliato e davvero poco preciso e di aiuto. Bagnino in piscina giovane ed inesperto. Staff bar molto sulle sue e poco di aiuto. Piscina sprovvista di servizio bar. Staff ristorante poco prepararo e un po rude. Insomma un disastro. Quindi i signori devono migliorare il servizio che e davvero da 1 stella quasi.

Die Pools waren bereits geschlossen. Das war sehr schade, weil es einer der Gründe war, warum Werbung für das Hotel entschieden hatten. Die Innenpools wurden uns nicht als Alternative angeboten, was ich erwartet hätte. Sondern sie wollten 40€/Tag für die Nutzung und 20€/ pro Kind. Das war unverschämt teuer! Warum bleiben die Pools nicht geöffnet, wenn Leute darin baden wollen, egal wie kalt es draußen ist??

Beautiful hotel and location. Enjoyable stay and excellent facilities. Only slight negative was AC randomly coming on middle of first night despite room controller being off, but this was fixed second night. There is a bit of nouse from other rooms.

Emplacement exceptionnel. Hôtel rénové moderne. Et chic Par contre. Dommage que la gym soit si munuscule 10 mètres carré maxi et sur rendez-vous. Un par un Dommage aussi que la piscine intérieure soit payante 40 euros par personne me paraît abusif Et concernant la literie peut mieux faire lit de 140. Cm vraiment petits Manque aussi une boulloire. Et machine à café dans la chambre pour hôtel de ce standing

The hotel lacks any kind of entertainment. There could have some music in the pool or saloon. Or someone playing piano . Also some chess sets and playing cards. A shuttle to the surrounding areas even if 2-3 times per day would be nice

Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage aber hier und da könnte es besser sein. Wir hab das Hotel gebucht wegen Bildern, die auch einen Innenpool zeigten. Es war aber ein Pool im Spa Bereich und dafür hätte man noch mal 35 EUR / Person pro Nacht zahlen müssen. Ich finde, dann hätte man das Bild auch nicht veröffentlichen dürfen. Es suggeriert, als ob das inklusive wäre und 35 EUR für Schwimmbad ist völlig übertrieben. Wir brauchen ja nicht das ganze Spa. Kamin im Lobby, von dem auch schöne Bilder gibt, war aus und blieb auf Nachfrage ihn anzumachen trotzdem aus. Zimmer ist zwar super schön gemacht aber sollte langsam einiges erneuert werden: Handtücher waren sehr alt mit kaputten Fäden, Fugen in der Dusche an manchen Stellen schwarz vom Schimmel, Heizkörper in der Dusche hat Roststellen, Wasserflecken auf der Armatur in der Dusche und am Waschbecken, Möbel an ein paar Stellen kaputt und könnten repapiert werden. Im Zimmer war nicht mal ein Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine oder eine Flasche Trinkwasser waren zu finden. Kühlschrank in einem Schrank ungünstig eingebaut, kein Wärmeabgang. In einem 4-Sterne Hotel erwarte ich außerdem einen Bademantel und zwei Weingläser im Zimmer.Die Tassen unten im Außenbereich, die jemand von den Gästen dort stehen ließ und die von unserem Balkon sichtbar waren, standen mindestens 2 Tage. Insgesamt hätten wir in so einem Hotel keine solche Macken erwartet. Das Hotel hat unserer Erwartung nicht entsprochen und es ist kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

El hotel tiene un entorno espectacular; en ese sentido, el sitio es un 10. El servicio en general estuvo bastante bien, aunque hubo algunos inconvenientes que restaron a la experiencia. La habitación no estaba preparada con la configuración de cama doble que había seleccionado en la app; me dijeron que no lo garantizaban, aunque en la aplicación sí aparece claramente como una opción a elegir. Me ofrecieron cambiar a otra habitación (con peores vistas) o esperar a que unieran las camas antes de las 7 p. m., algo que finalmente pasó a ser después de las 8 p. m. Son pequeños detalles que, al llegar, te van condicionando y te hacen pensar que quizá sería mejor reservar directamente con el hotel y no a través de una plataforma. En cuanto a la restauración, el arroz negro del almuerzo estaba demasiado salado y el sándwich de la cena llegó frío. Como detalle personal, la iluminación de los salones me pareció poco acogedora. Por la mañana, el equipo de limpieza hablaba bastante alto en los pasillos, algo que deberían cuidar más para no molestar a los huéspedes. Lo mejor: la habitación y las vistas, realmente increíbles.

Die Lage, die Architektur und die grundsätzliche Ausstattung des Hotel sind fantastisch! Allerdings gibt es inzwischen schon einen erheblichen Sanierungsstau am Hotel und der Service und das Restaurant sind alles andere, als es einem 4-Sterne Hotel entsprechen würde. Folgende Mängel sind uns im Zimmer/Hotel aufgefallen: - In der Dusche waren sämtliche Fugen verschimmelt. - Die Einbaunische des Kühlschranks war komplett schief und wackelte. - Der Klorollenhalter hing lose herunter. - Das Bad war bei Ankunft nicht ordentlich geputzt. - Die Prallplatte im Waschbecken wackelte und das Wasser lief nicht ab. - Die Teppiche auf den Fluren im ganzen Hotel hatten viele unschöne Flecken. - Überall waren Macken und Furnierabplatzer an der Einrichtung erkennbar. - Der Pool hatte viele braune Flecken und die Farbe des Beckens war deutlich ausgeblichen. - Die Fassade des Hotels müsste dringend an vielen Stellen neu gestrichen werden. Leider wurden die Mängel im Zimmer auch nach Reklamation nicht behoben. Am schlimmsten war aber der Zustand des Restaurants, bzw. die Qualität der Speisen und der Service. Wir hatten zweimal dort gegessen und waren sehr enttäuscht. Optisch und geschmacklich wenn überhaupt nur 2-Sterne-Niveau. Frisch ware das Essen definitiv auch nicht, da es uns beidesmal im Anschluss schlecht ging und wir uns nach dem zweiten Mal sogar Übergeben mussten!

Très bel hôtel et emplacement mais les services laissent à désirer. Rideau occultant trop petit donc quasi inutile, ménage fait très tard dans la journée donc souvent dérangeant pendant la sieste, joints de la douche sales, peu de propositions de boissons pour enfant (pas de sirop par exemple)… Je trouve dommage pour le prix de l’hôtel!

Es war aber ein Pool im Spa Bereich und dafür hätte man noch mal 35 EUR / Person pro Nacht zahlen müssen. Ich finde, dann hätte man das Bild auch nicht veröffentlichen dürfen. Es suggeriert, als ob das inklusive wäre und 35 EUR für Schwimmbad ist völlig übertrieben. Wir brauchen ja nicht das ganze Spa. Kamin im Lobby, von dem auch schöne Bilder gibt, war aus und blieb auf Nachfrage ihn anzumachen trotzdem aus. Zimmer ist zwar super schön gemacht aber sollte langsam einiges erneuert werden: Handtücher waren sehr alt mit kaputten Fäden, Fugen in der Dusche an manchen Stellen schwarz vom Schimmel, Heizkörper in der Dusche hat Roststellen, Wasserflecken auf der Armatur in der Dusche und am Waschbecken, Möbel an ein paar Stellen kaputt und könnten repapiert werden. Im Zimmer war nicht mal ein Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine oder eine Flasche Trinkwasser waren zu finden. Kühlschrank in einem Schrank ungünstig eingebaut, kein Wärmeabgang. In einem 4-Sterne Hotel erwarte ich außerdem einen Bademantel und zwei Weingläser im Zimmer.Die Tassen unten im Außenbereich, die jemand von den Gästen dort stehen ließ und die von unserem Balkon sichtbar waren, standen mindestens 2 Tage. Insgesamt hätten wir in so einem Hotel keine solche Macken erwartet. Das Hotel hat unserer Erwartung nicht entsprochen und es ist kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Auf den ersten Blick ein tolles Hotel mit großen Zimmern, aber auf wenn man richtig hinsieht, sieht man dass es ein altes und verwohntes Hotel ist. The views were beautiful. I really did not like the lighting throughout the hotel. It was way too bright. at night you cannot enjoy the outside view because the inside was so lit. Emplacement exceptionnel. Hôtel rénové moderne. Et chic Par contre. Dommage que la gym soit si munuscule 10 mètres carré maxi et sur rendez-vous. Un par un Dommage aussi que la piscine intérieure soit payante 40 euros par personne me paraît abusif Et concernant la literie peut mieux faire lit de 140. Cm vraiment petits Manque aussi une boulloire. Et machine à café dans la chambre pour hôtel de ce standing

Posizione ovviamente meravigliosa. Vista da qualsiasi punto pazzesca a 180 gradi su scogliere e mare. Ma il servizio? Quasi inesistente e davvero poco poco professionale. All'arrivo nessun aiuto a scaricare e portare le valige nella lobby. Check in lento. Nessun aiuto a portare le valige in camera. Staff in generale svogliato e davvero poco preciso e di aiuto. Bagnino in piscina giovane ed inesperto. Staff bar molto sulle sue e poco di aiuto. Piscina sprovvista di servizio bar. Staff ristorante poco prepararo e un po rude. Insomma un disastro. Quindi i signori devono migliorare il servizio che e davvero da 1 stella quasi.

Mitt opphold hadde vært bra om det ikke var for den dårlige servicen på dette hotellet. Det virker som de ansatte er overarbeidet (det er for lite folk på jobb) som resulterer i at de blir gretne og sure. Dette er ikke verdig et slikt flott hotell med så bra beliggenhet.

El hotel tiene un entorno espectacular; en ese sentido, el sitio es un 10. El servicio en general estuvo bastante bien, aunque hubo algunos inconvenientes que restaron a la experiencia. La habitación no estaba preparada con la configuración de cama doble que había seleccionado en la app; me dijeron que no lo garantizaban, aunque en la aplicación sí aparece claramente como una opción a elegir. Me ofrecieron cambiar a otra habitación (con peores vistas) o esperar a que unieran las camas antes de las 7 p. m., algo que finalmente pasó a ser después de las 8 p. m. Son pequeños detalles que, al llegar, te van condicionando y te hacen pensar que quizá sería mejor reservar directamente con el hotel y no a través de una plataforma. En cuanto a la restauración, el arroz negro del almuerzo estaba demasiado salado y el sándwich de la cena llegó frío. Como detalle personal, la iluminación de los salones me pareció poco acogedora. Por la mañana, el equipo de limpieza hablaba bastante alto en los pasillos, algo que deberían cuidar más para no molestar a los huéspedes. Lo mejor: la habitación y las vistas, realmente increíbles.

Magnifique !!! Le site est incroyable et j ai eu la chance d avoir une des plus belles chambres pour mon anniversaire C est fantastique !! Par contre le restaurant n’est pas bien : ambiance trop éclairé le soir et pas de qualité (parrilada trop cuite et trop salée) par contre le restaurant de plage toc mar est délicieux

Très bel hôtel et emplacement mais les services laissent à désirer. Rideau occultant trop petit donc quasi inutile, ménage fait très tard dans la journée donc souvent dérangeant pendant la sieste, joints de la douche sales, peu de propositions de boissons pour enfant (pas de sirop par exemple)… Je trouve dommage pour le prix de l’hôtel!
