The hotel was clean and the workers were friendly and attentive. Pool was shut for maintenance. We were looking forward to using it. A heads up that it was closed would have been nice. Overall, the cleanliness made it worthwhile.

Staff was very nice. Room location was terrible on 1st floor close to front with alot of foot and car traffic. We choose this hotel because of pool and hot tub for grandsons. Water was cloudy and lots of stuff floating in the water. Ugh! Would not let grandsons in the water. Front desk staff did not tell me they were charging me for cancelling the second night and i did not see it until we were already on the road. Should have a FULL refund!

What a lovely hotel. Beautiful grounds with a lovely large outdoor porch and a separate fire pit area. Great breakfast! Pool and spa were excellent. We went to get away and relax for a few days and we weren't disapponted!

Everything here was great except the pool. It was green as slime from a chemical reaction they said. And the chlorine was so strong it burned your eyes to sit in the pool room. Other than that everything was amazing. Big variety for breakfast.

We have stayed here before. We love the location. The breakfast is amazing, something for everyone, such a wide variety of food. Comfortable beds. Staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint this time was that there was a large red stain on the carpet between the beds in room 314

I was disappointed that the fireplace was not real, only color no heat, the bathroom was not clean .... stuff on the walls and the toilet was not clean. The hot tub was dirty and smelled like horse.

The one thing that caught us by surprise is that our room wasn't cleaned after the first day we were there. We came back after being out all day to see the same disheveled room that we left in the morning. I don't believe we ever experienced that anywhere else before.

The room was spacious and comfortable and for the most part clean. There was dirty laundry on the bathroom floor behind the door from the previous guest though Otherwise they would have received five stars!!! We had plenty of towels and pillows. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was wonderful. Rooms were large with a small living room/mini fridge/microwave, small table and chairs, and the breakfast included seriously was the best I've ever had, so many items to choose from. I have already praised your hotel with a few people, and I just got home yesterday. I would definitely stay there again. Also, the beds were soooo comfortable as were the pillows.

Great stay as usual. But you need to figure out how to avoid the tvs in your rooms getting constant notifications from other people's phones trying to connect to tvs in other rooms.... in our case it was Stephanie.... Incredibly annoying

Everything was great about the hotel except one problem. The building had a spotlight out side our room window and it was shining into our room all night. we had trouble sleeping as the room was lighted up. I complained to the desk but they said they could do nothing about this. They were willing to have us change rooms. but we said no.

The room was great, Service was great, every was clean. The Jotel was very convenient. I only have 1 complaint. We were on the first floor and the room above us sounded like there was a gymnastic convention or the folks were stomping on the floor and it was very loud and obnoxious ‼️ very hard to ignore ‼️

We booked a stay for two nights (8/4 - 8/5) in this Hotel. Day after checking in my car broke down. The two ladies at the front desk were more than helpful in trying to find an auto shop that was open. They made calls and surfed the internet to find a mechanic in the area. Found one but keep in mind this was a weekend in Amish country so no one seemed to be open. They were persistent and very accommodating. Also had to stay an extra night and was pleased with the price I was given. Best customer service experience EVER!.

I checked in, got a room key for the room I reserved and went to my room on the ground floor. When I opened the door it was obvious someone was already in the room. (Cooler, suitcase, blanket, etc.) Went back to the desk and was told there weren't any more rooms like I had reserved. Upgraded to a king suite, but it was on the third floor and much farther from the lobby and other amenities. Other than that, it was a nice hotel and I might stay there again, maybe.

Apparently they had just cleaned all the carpets, I had an issue with the smell. They let me change the time-frame of my stay and were very accomadating. Also I had booked for Christmas which generally there isn't as much to do there. Very nice staff, very quiet around surrounding area.

This is the best Comfort Suites I have stayed at. Due to many negative experiences I avoid most Choice hotels but on seeing the reviews of this hotel in Berlin Ohio I decided to risk it. This Comfort Suites is a gem and the staff is excellent. Keep up the good work and do not cut corners like to many foreign owned Choice hotels tend to. You are my new favorite in the Berlin Ohio area.

We absolutely loved this property. The front porch with rockers and gliders was fabulous in the morning and evening. Always had a great breeze. Breakfast was wonderful. Even got the recipe for the baked oatmeal. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This is where we will stay when we go back.

Property and stay were great. Comfy bedding, huge rooms were very clean and excellent condition. Breakfast excellent with homemade cinnamon rolls that were delicious! Only downside was check-in fellow was barely courteous and didn’t seem to want to be bothered or care to say hello/welcome/enjoy your stay, etc. Everyone else and everything else was excellent!

The hotel was conveniently located to shops and restaurants, and within walking distance to many of them. The property is well kept and in a quiet location. Our room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good with plenty of seating. We chose to sit out on the large front patio, which is so nice after a day of shopping and eating.

This is an excellent place all the way around. Walking distance to the shopping in Berlin. Lots of safe parking. The breakfast is as good or better than any I’ve had. The room was very nice and clean. Bed was very comfy. Very quiet night. Can’t really say anything bad other than the price was a little high.

Breakfast had only pork options for meats. Bagels were stale. No options for bread. The time we went, there were only a couple of white bread slices. There was no shower / body gel in the bathroom. The shower’s faucet was weird that had same handle with only one function to turn the water on and to adjust the temperature. one should stand in front of it to reach the handle and turn the water on so that they get splashed with freezing water first before they can turn the handle counterclockwise to make it warm. Means faucet is always on the cold side and one can’t adjust the temperature before they turn the water on.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Rooms are pleasantly spacious. Great central location to shopping and restaurants. Quiet safe area. Only issue was the hotel was booked full, and they were not prepared for the breakfast as food was scarce by 830am (breakfast is served til 10am), and was the same choices every day, in which I do not like to eat the same food daily. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here with every trip to the Amish community there.

The location was perfect and the room was wonderful! Super comfy beds and plenty of space in the room. A few little things that could have been a bit better: Front desk staff could be friendlier and more engaging, the breakfast was typical and lukewarm and we are not a fan of the eggs, and last - the sink in the room drained very slow. Overall - we would stay again!

The hotel was kept very clean. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good, especially the "baked oatmeal." The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to eat. The area was nice, countryside and peaceful. The pillows were too soft, but otherwise, it is a place I will visit again.

This is an excellent place all the way around. Walking distance to the shopping in Berlin. Lots of safe parking. The breakfast is as good or better than any I’ve had.
