Apartment was Spacious for a family of 5. Cot present on arrival. Food was fresh and varied at breakfast and dinner. Facilities were great, outdoor pool had lots of options and the bonus indoor pool was fantastic as the weather was not great. Mini club could have had more activities, seem repetitive after 7 days.

Wir waren 1 Woche mit 2 Erw. und 2 Kindern im Hotel. Das Hauptgebäude mit Restaurant war renoviert. Wir hatten ein Appartment im noch nicht renovierten Gebäude, somit war alles schon etwas älter. Die Dusche war in der Badewanne, die Matratzen im Wohnzimmer (Einzelbetten) sehr hart und im Doppelbett sehr durchgelegen. Safe konnte man gegen eine Gebühr sich einen Schlüssel leihen. Ebenfalls konnte man Handtücher gegen eine Kaution leihen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Eigentlich hatten wir HP gebucht, aber das haben wir direkt vor Ort auf AI aufgestockt, da man sonst auch beim Essen jedes Getränk selbst zahlen müsste. So war auch eine Auswahl an Eis / Slush für die Kids mit dabei. Das Essen war recht gut und abwechslungsreich, Gläser und Teller waren leider nicht immer sauber. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Poolbereich mit div. Rutschen. Es waren mind. 4-5 Aufsichten beim Poolbereich. Einer stand immer bei der großen Rutsche und hat aufgepasst, dass genug Abstand zwischen den rutschenden Kindern war und keiner die Rutschen hochklettern konnte. Wenn es eine kleine Verletzung gab, war immer einer der Aufsichten mit Desinfektion und Pflaster zur Stelle. Es gab immer freie Liegen und der Pool war nie überfüllt. Auch zum Strand konnte man mit den Kids und Gepäck in ca. 10 Min. gut hinlaufen. Zum Hauptstrand direkt in Lloret hätte man mit den Taxi fahren müssen oder ca. 30 Min. Laufen müssen.

Der Pool ist wunderbar, mit drei miteinander verbundenen Becken plus ein Becken für kleine Kinder/Babys und ein mit vielen Rutschen. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Anlage.

Bel établissement, un peu à l'écart et au calme. Superbe accueil, et belle surprise avec surclassement dans un très bel appartement 2 pièces en attique avec terrasse, superbe vue mer.Belle salle de bain, bonne literie, 2 télés etc... Buffets pour les 3 repas, bonne nourriture, très variée. Personnel très professionnel et disponible. Beaucoup d'enfants seuls pour se servir aux buffets, ce qui entraine de gros gâchis alimentaires...honteux de la part des parents !!! Parking souterrain payant, autour de 10 euros par jour, sinon parking gratuit dans la rue.

When deciding on a holiday destination, I did a lot of research before booking this hotel. And I was not disappointed. We have a great time! Food We were all inclusive. Breakfast options include, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, toast, bread rolls, typical English breakfast items, meats, cheeses and pastries. Lunch and dinner options include salads, fruits, hot freshly cooked food including pizza, fish and meat. An array of desserts/ice cream. Snack bar running throughout the day and two bars to get drinks. We were never disappointed with the food. I have a very fussy child and whilst he ate chips practically every day, he always had something different with them. Facilities Great pool area for kids. Be warned, should you choose to reserve your sunbed with towel, it’s likely they will be removed by staff if you are not on the premises. There an ample beds, you will always get one, just might not be where you want. Playground, football/basketball court. Kids club with lots of activities. My kids are 10 and 6 and had plenty to keep them entertained. Service 20 euros to use the safe which is already in the room. Staff very friendly. Loads of staff everywhere and always cleaning. Area Well placed, not in a very busy area but close enough to walk to shops and the beach. Only downside, long transfer from airport. all adults have to pay a ‘visitors’ tax. Works out to be 9 euros each, not a fortune but I knew nothing about it before arriving.

Séjour agréable. Bon rapport qualité prix. L’appartement est propre sauf si on regarde sous le lit… La nourriture est bonne et très variée. Il n’y a pas de parking et c’est très compliqué de se garer autour de l’hôtel c’est vraiment le point négatif quand on a une voiture à laquelle on tient. La piscine intérieure est froide! L’hôtel est vraiment loin de la mer à pieds.

Lovely stay, spacious accommodations! Front desk staff are very helpful. Clean building and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend including breakfast with stay. Easy access to Camp Nuo via city bus (paid $2.35 euro per person, bus driver’s prefer exact amount, will not give change) About 25-30 min cab ride to S. Familia Basilica ($55 Canadian). We did rent a car and parked at hotel ($12 euros per day). Safe and secure parking. Front desk staff were great giving directing and help. Transit passes would be cheaper- we didn’t have time to learn where to purchase one, so just paid cash. Don’t be alarmed by graffiti on area buildings (some people may worry it’s not a nice or safe area). My family felt safe and there were lots of people walking and socializing. Dog park can be a little noisy at times with barking dogs. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Appartement à la décoration un peu vieillissante mais bien équipé et propre/bien entretenu. Les moins : pas de livret de présentation des services dans la chambre, pas d’explications à l’arrivée sur les différences entre pension complète et tout inclus, une signalétique pas assez marquée concernant le tout inclus, si pension complète, bouteille d’eau proposée à 2,80 euros alors que la carafe est gratuite (et non proposée), 2 personnes à l’accueil de mauvaise foi quand on vient demander des renseignements concernant ces faits ou le fait que la piscine intérieure soit fermée en été. Hôtel pour les familles, chambres pas très bien insonorisées.

È il secondo anno che passiamo le vacanze in questa struttura, i dipendenti sono tutti cordiali e disponibili, le attività proposte divertenti, il cibo è ottimo e abbondante, gli spettacoli grandiosi, le piscine pulite con i bagnini sempre attentissimi. Consigliatissimo

Ergenlik öncesi çocuklar için çok eğlenceli bir otel. Bunun yanında tam pansiyon konaklamada dahi tüm içeceklerin ücretli olmaması gerekirdi. Franchement, un séjour fantastique ! L’appart-hôtel est top et les enfants ont adoré. Le complexe est superbe, avec une équipe à l’accueil vraiment géniale : ils sont très sympathiques, parlent français et répondent rapidement à toutes les demandes dans la mesure du possible mais ils font vraiment le nécessaire et je tiens vraiment à les remercier pour ça. Le restaurant en buffet à volonté est un vrai plus : chaque repas, midi comme soir, proposait un large choix de plats variés et toujours délicieux. Mention spéciale au poisson, vraiment excellent ! Côté chambre, la propreté pourrait être un peu améliorée et le confort reste correct, mais ça ne gâche pas l’expérience globale. La piscine, quant à elle, est tout simplement géniale : les enfants se sont éclatés et nous aussi. En résumé, un séjour très satisfaisant que je recommande à 200 % sans hésiter ! Lovely stay, spacious accommodations! Front desk staff are very helpful. Clean building and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend including breakfast with stay. Easy access to Camp Nuo via city bus (paid $2.35 euro per person, bus driver’s prefer exact amount, will not give change) About 25-30 min cab ride to S. Familia Basilica ($55 Canadian). We did rent a car and parked at hotel ($12 euros per day). Safe and secure parking. Front desk staff were great giving directing and help. Transit passes would be cheaper- we didn’t have time to learn where to purchase one, so just paid cash. Don’t be alarmed by graffiti on area buildings (some people may worry it’s not a nice or safe area). My family felt safe and there were lots of people walking and socializing. Dog park can be a little noisy at times with barking dogs. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely fantastic family holiday here. We had 3 adults, 2 teenagers and one almost teen so we're concerned the apartment would be a living small. We were pleasantly surprised....a large hall area, big lounge with table and two single sofa beds and two good sized twin bedrooms plus a large bathroom and sensible kitchen. It was plenty big enough with a nice balcony although we were on the side of the building so didn't get much sun on it. Apartment was tiled so nice and cool with heating / air con that we didn't need to use in April. The hotel was very clean, check in was easy and we were given all the information we needed. 15 minute walk from the bus station with buses to the airport, Barcelona and girona for days out...bus stop to nearby towns two minutes away. Beach was a nice 15 minute walk with two other beaches slightly further. Pools were lovely... outdoor ones very quiet as they were still very cold at the beginning of April....I loved this as I had it to myself a lot of the time but some of the other members of the group stuck to the indoor pool. Didn't really bother with the entertainment....it was quite quiet on our couple of walks past but early in the year. Food....amazing.... plentiful, tasty, good variety and something to please evey. Mooi hotel en zeker de suite is erg ruim. Glijbanen zijn echt leuk voor kinderen tot een jaar of 6 /7. Om de hoek zit een supermarkt. Het hotel is schoon, zwembad mooi en lekker water. Eten is goed. Ochtend alle soorten ei, vers fruit, yoghurt, verse warme broodjes en zoete broodjes, elke dag wafel/ tosti of pannenkoeken. Elke avond live cooking vis en vlees. Daarnaast nog genoeg andere vlees en visgerechten, groente en toetjes. Groot nadeel voor ons: - bijzonder veel Fransen. Kreeg vaak het gevoel alsof zij de “baas” wilden zijn en de rest erbij hangt. Merk je bij de glijbanen, kleine kinderen opzij duwen. Bij het eten voordringen. Maar vooral bij de sportactiviteiten. Bv Waterbasketbal voor kinderen tot 13 jaar, Franse ouders die vanaf de kant hun hand constant voor de basket deden zodat er niet gescoord kon worden. Of ineens zelf mee gingen doen en hard gingen schieten bij waterpolo. Animatie deed hier niets aan (kwalijk!) Niet 1x gebeurd maar meerdere keren waardoor veel Engelse en Nederlandse kinderen niet meer mee wilden doen. Hetzelfde geldt voor de voetbal ‘s avonds. altijd de Fransen tegen de rest. Erg agressieve houding ook. Meerdere klachten ingediend bij het hotel. Deed er helaas niets aan. Beveiliging zou ‘s avonds erbij komen, ja zo heftig was het, niet gezien. Engelsen en NLers zijn op het basketbalveld gaan voeballen omdat de Fransen het voetbalveld claimden. Fransen zijn echt te dominant aanwezig. Zonde voor het hotel, want anders kwamen we zeker terug.

Wir waren 1 Woche mit 2 Erw. und 2 Kindern im Hotel. Das Hauptgebäude mit Restaurant war renoviert. Wir hatten ein Appartment im noch nicht renovierten Gebäude, somit war alles schon etwas älter. Die Dusche war in der Badewanne, die Matratzen im Wohnzimmer (Einzelbetten) sehr hart und im Doppelbett sehr durchgelegen. Safe konnte man gegen eine Gebühr sich einen Schlüssel leihen. Ebenfalls konnte man Handtücher gegen eine Kaution leihen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Eigentlich hatten wir HP gebucht, aber das haben wir direkt vor Ort auf AI aufgestockt, da man sonst auch beim Essen jedes Getränk selbst zahlen müsste. So war auch eine Auswahl an Eis / Slush für die Kids mit dabei. Das Essen war recht gut und abwechslungsreich, Gläser und Teller waren leider nicht immer sauber. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Poolbereich mit div. Rutschen. Es waren mind. 4-5 Aufsichten beim Poolbereich. Einer stand immer bei der großen Rutsche und hat aufgepasst, dass genug Abstand zwischen den rutschenden Kindern war und keiner die Rutschen hochklettern konnte. Wenn es eine kleine Verletzung gab, war immer einer der Aufsichten mit Desinfektion und Pflaster zur Stelle. Es gab immer freie Liegen und der Pool war nie überfüllt. Auch zum Strand konnte man mit den Kids und Gepäck in ca. 10 Min. gut hinlaufen. Zum Hauptstrand direkt in Lloret hätte man mit den Taxi fahren müssen oder ca. 30 Min. Laufen müssen.

Our staying was really excellent. The hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms and cosy beds. We had our own kitchen with all the necessary staff. The hotel has pretty cute aquapark with several swimming pools. We bought FB staying and there were some unpleasant monents connected with drinks. We were not informed by the staff that the drinks are not included at all, even water. We tried to clear out this moment. But one time they said that water is for free. Next time they said that we can't take water. Everything would be great if the personnel had explained in advance what was allowed and what was forbidden. One moment was awful when my son of 10 years old poured water into a glass, one waiter said to him that he should pour it out of the glass as drinks are not included in our staying!!!

Mooi hotel goed eten gevarieerd en veel keuze. Supermarkt om de hoek. Hotel is echt mooi, suites zijn bijzonder ruim, goede bedden, heerlijke douche, koelkastje op de kamer. Zwembad is erg fijn zeker de glijbanen voor kleine kinderen. Wat echt een pluspunt is, is dat er veel mag in het zwembad: ballen, floaties.. dat maakt het erg leuk voor kinderen vaak mag dit niet. Punt ter verbetering: De animatie kan het verschil maken voor een hotel. Helaas was dit niet het geval bij dit hotel. Bij 1 vrouwelijke animator lijkt het alsof zij contact lastig vindt. 2 mannelijke animatoren waren tijdens de activiteiten erg aardig. Bij anderen leek het alsof het een moetje was, even een activiteit en door. Ik heb 5 jongens die het erg leuk vinden om mee te doen met sportactiviteiten. De animatoren maken het extra leuk, grapjes maken, gek doen met de kinderen, helaas hier niet het geval. Gemiste kans… Ook mogen ze meer de leiding nemen bij de activiteiten. Ze lieten eigenlijk alles gebeuren. Activiteiten met kinderen waarbij volwassenen meededen waardoor kinderen geen bal meer kregen. Andersom was het ook, bij activiteiten vanaf 14 jaar deden kinderen mee van 7 /8 jaar waardoor het hele spel elke keer dood lag. Jammer dit kunnen ze beter regelen zodat het voor iedereen leuk blijft. Echt een mooi hotel met goede faciliteiten, jammer dominantie Fransen (zeer bazig en bemoeien zich met alles) en hoe de animatie geregeld was. Als je dit niet belangrijk vindt dan zeker een goed hotel.

Superbe accueil, et belle surprise avec surclassement dans un très bel appartement 2 pièces en attique avec terrasse, superbe vue mer.Belle salle de bain, bonne literie, 2 télés etc... Buffets pour les 3 repas, bonne nourriture, très variée. Personnel très professionnel et disponible. Beaucoup d'enfants seuls pour se servir aux buffets, ce qui entraine de gros gâchis alimentaires...honteux de la part des parents !!! Parking souterrain payant, autour de 10 euros par jour, sinon parking gratuit dans la rue.

Les plus : piscines au top (plusieurs, avec animations pour ceux qui le souhaitent), repas variés et bons, bonne qualité de wifi, bon ménage fait chaque jour, personnel souriant et aux petits soins. Appartement à la décoration un peu vieillissante mais bien équipé et propre/bien entretenu. Les moins : pas de livret de présentation des services dans la chambre, pas d’explications à l’arrivée sur les différences entre pension complète et tout inclus, une signalétique pas assez marquée concernant le tout inclus, si pension complète, bouteille d’eau proposée à 2,80 euros alors que la carafe est gratuite (et non proposée), 2 personnes à l’accueil de mauvaise foi quand on vient demander des renseignements concernant ces faits ou le fait que la piscine intérieure soit fermée en été. Hôtel pour les familles, chambres pas très bien insonorisées.

Our staying was really excellent. The hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms and cosy beds. We had our own kitchen with all the necessary staff. The hotel has pretty cute aquapark with several swimming pools. We bought FB staying and there were some unpleasant monents connected with drinks. We were not informed by the staff that the drinks are not included at all, even water. We tried to clear out this moment. But one time they said that water is for free. Next time they said that we can't take water. Everything would be great if the personnel had explained in advance what was allowed and what was forbidden. One moment was awful when my son of 10 years old poured water into a glass, one waiter said to him that he should pour it out of the glass as drinks are not included in our staying!!!

Mooi hotel goed eten gevarieerd en veel keuze. Supermarkt om de hoek. Hotel is echt mooi, suites zijn bijzonder ruim, goede bedden, heerlijke douche, koelkastje op de kamer. Zwembad is erg fijn zeker de glijbanen voor kleine kinderen. Wat echt een pluspunt is, is dat er veel mag in het zwembad: ballen, floaties.. dat maakt het erg leuk voor kinderen vaak mag dit niet. Punt ter verbetering: De animatie kan het verschil maken voor een hotel. Helaas was dit niet het geval bij dit hotel. Bij 1 vrouwelijke animator lijkt het alsof zij contact lastig vindt. 2 mannelijke animatoren waren tijdens de activiteiten erg aardig. Bij anderen leek het alsof het een moetje was, even een activiteit en door. Ik heb 5 jongens die het erg leuk vinden om mee te doen met sportactiviteiten. De animatoren maken het extra leuk, grapjes maken, gek doen met de kinderen, helaas hier niet het geval. Gemiste kans… Ook mogen ze meer de leiding nemen bij de activiteiten. Ze lieten eigenlijk alles gebeuren. Activiteiten met kinderen waarbij volwassenen meededen waardoor kinderen geen bal meer kregen. Andersom was het ook, bij activiteiten vanaf 14 jaar deden kinderen mee van 7 /8 jaar waardoor het hele spel elke keer dood lag. Jammer dit kunnen ze beter regelen zodat het voor iedereen leuk blijft. Echt een mooi hotel met goede faciliteiten, jammer dominantie Fransen (zeer bazig en bemoeien zich met alles) en hoe de animatie geregeld was. Als je dit niet belangrijk vindt dan zeker een goed hotel.

When deciding on a holiday destination, I did a lot of research before booking this hotel. And I was not disappointed. We have a great time! Food We were all inclusive. Breakfast options include, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, toast, bread rolls, typical English breakfast items, meats, cheeses and pastries. Lunch and dinner options include salads, fruits, hot freshly cooked food including pizza, fish and meat. An array of desserts/ice cream. Snack bar running throughout the day and two bars to get drinks. We were never disappointed with the food. I have a very fussy child and whilst he ate chips practically every day, he always had something different with them. Facilities Great pool area for kids. Be warned, should you choose to reserve your sunbed with towel, it’s likely they will be removed by staff if you are not on the premises. There an ample beds, you will always get one, just might not be where you want. Playground, football/basketball court. Kids club with lots of activities. My kids are 10 and 6 and had plenty to keep them entertained. Service 20 euros to use the safe which is already in the room. Staff very friendly. Loads of staff everywhere and always cleaning. Area Well placed, not in a very busy area but close enough to walk to shops and the beach. Only downside, long transfer from airport. all adults have to pay a ‘visitors’ tax. Works out to be 9 euros each, not a fortune but I knew nothing about it before arriving.

Gail on reception was a lady, gave our smallie a float for the pool Highly recommend. Looking at booking again for next Spring.

Franchement, un séjour fantastique ! L’appart-hôtel est top et les enfants ont adoré. Le complexe est superbe, avec une équipe à l’accueil vraiment géniale : ils sont très sympathiques, parlent français et répondent rapidement à toutes les demandes dans la mesure du possible mais ils font vraiment le nécessaire et je tiens vraiment à les remercier pour ça. Le restaurant en buffet à volonté est un vrai plus : chaque repas, midi comme soir, proposait un large choix de plats variés et toujours délicieux. Mention spéciale au poisson, vraiment excellent ! Côté chambre, la propreté pourrait être un peu améliorée et le confort reste correct, mais ça ne gâche pas l’expérience globale. La piscine, quant à elle, est tout simplement géniale : les enfants se sont éclatés et nous aussi. En résumé, un séjour très satisfaisant que je recommande à 200 % sans hésiter ! On reviendra sans hésitation. Encore Merci

Lovely stay, spacious accommodations! Front desk staff are very helpful. Clean building and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend including breakfast with stay. Easy access to Camp Nuo via city bus (paid $2.35 euro per person, bus driver’s prefer exact amount, will not give change) About 25-30 min cab ride to S. Familia Basilica ($55 Canadian). We did rent a car and parked at hotel ($12 euros per day). Safe and secure parking. Front desk staff were great giving directing and help. Transit passes would be cheaper- we didn’t have time to learn where to purchase one, so just paid cash. Don’t be alarmed by graffiti on area buildings (some people may worry it’s not a nice or safe area). My family felt safe and there were lots of people walking and socializing. Dog park can be a little noisy at times with barking dogs. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely fantastic family holiday here. We had 3 adults, 2 teenagers and one almost teen so we're concerned the apartment would be a living small. We were pleasantly surprised....a large hall area, big lounge with table and two single sofa beds and two good sized twin bedrooms plus a large bathroom and sensible kitchen. It was plenty big enough with a nice balcony although we were on the side of the building so didn't get much sun on it. Apartment was tiled so nice and cool with heating / air con that we didn't need to use in April. The hotel was very clean, check in was easy and we were given all the information we needed. 15 minute walk from the bus station with buses to the airport, Barcelona and girona for days out...bus stop to nearby towns two minutes away. Beach was a nice 15 minute walk with two other beaches slightly further. Pools were lovely... outdoor ones very quiet as they were still very cold at the beginning of April....I loved this as I had it to myself a lot of the time but some of the other members of the group stuck to the indoor pool. Didn't really bother with the entertainment....it was quite quiet on our couple of walks past but early in the year. Food....amazing.... plentiful, tasty, good variety and something to please evey. We'll worth full board with juice and hot drinks at breakfast included and pop or big water bottles e2.50 at other meals. Breakfast was fantastic. However....allergy information was non existent even when we asked

Wir waren 1 Woche mit 2 Erw. und 2 Kindern im Hotel. Das Hauptgebäude mit Restaurant war renoviert. Wir hatten ein Appartment im noch nicht renovierten Gebäude, somit war alles schon etwas älter. Die Dusche war in der Badewanne, die Matratzen im Wohnzimmer (Einzelbetten) sehr hart und im Doppelbett sehr durchgelegen. Safe konnte man gegen eine Gebühr sich einen Schlüssel leihen. Ebenfalls konnte man Handtücher gegen eine Kaution leihen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Eigentlich hatten wir HP gebucht, aber das haben wir direkt vor Ort auf AI aufgestockt, da man sonst auch beim Essen jedes Getränk selbst zahlen müsste. So war auch eine Auswahl an Eis / Slush für die Kids mit dabei. Das Essen war recht gut und abwechslungsreich, Gläser und Teller waren leider nicht immer sauber. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Poolbereich mit div. Rutschen. Es waren mind. 4-5 Aufsichten beim Poolbereich. Einer stand immer bei der großen Rutsche und hat aufgepasst, dass genug Abstand zwischen den rutschenden Kindern war und keiner die Rutschen hochklettern konnte. Wenn es eine kleine Verletzung gab, war immer einer der Aufsichten mit Desinfektion und Pflaster zur Stelle. Es gab immer freie Liegen und der Pool war nie überfüllt. Auch zum Strand konnte man mit den Kids und Gepäck in ca. 10 Min. gut hinlaufen. Zum Hauptstrand direkt in Lloret hätte man mit den Taxi fahren müssen oder ca. 30 Min. Laufen müssen.

Première fois et pas déçu, bon emplacement, mer a 10 minutes, magasins a côté, centre ville a 20min . Ce qui est de l'hôtel chambre propre et spacieuse pour une famille , restaurant au top celui qui ne mange pas a sa faim est vraiment difficile !!!!!. Côté animations : le personnel est super avec les enfants ainsi que les adultes ,ils encadrent très bien les activités avec sérieux et rigolade . Le mini club est super bien géré mention spéciale à Lourdes qui est souriante et fort sympathique tout comme le reste du personnel. Les spectacles le soir sont super et variés et de plus ils font participer le public ( je parle en connaissance de cause 😂😂😂) si il faut trouver des points négatifs : le parking est vite complet , et une horloge vers le snack de la piscine serait bien pour avoir l'heure pour pas louper les activités . Attention nous avons réservé par hôtel.com et sur leur site il proposait pas le tout inclus . Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine avec grand plaisir et nous parlerons de cet établissement autour de nous

Superbe accueil, et belle surprise avec surclassement dans un très bel appartement 2 pièces en attique avec terrasse, superbe vue mer.Belle salle de bain, bonne literie, 2 télés etc... Buffets pour les 3 repas, bonne nourriture, très variée. Personnel très professionnel et disponible. Beaucoup d'enfants seuls pour se servir aux buffets, ce qui entraine de gros gâchis alimentaires...honteux de la part des parents !!! Parking souterrain payant, autour de 10 euros par jour, sinon parking gratuit dans la rue.

Abbiamo passato una settimana meravigliosa, il personale sempre sorridente e disponibile, l'aparthotel è bello e perfetto per famiglie con bambini, il cibo buonissimo. Nelle vicinanze c'è la spiaggia, un grande supermercato. I posti da visitare sono diversi e tutti ben serviti dagli autobus. Da soggiornarci assolutamente

Séjour agréable. Bon rapport qualité prix. L’appartement est propre sauf si on regarde sous le lit… La nourriture est bonne et très variée. Il n’y a pas de parking et c’est très compliqué de se garer autour de l’hôtel c’est vraiment le point négatif quand on a une voiture à laquelle on tient. La piscine intérieure est froide! L’hôtel est vraiment loin de la mer à pieds.

Easy access to Camp Nuo via city bus (paid $2.35 euro per person, bus driver’s prefer exact amount, will not give change) About 25-30 min cab ride to S. Familia Basilica ($55 Canadian). We did rent a car and parked at hotel ($12 euros per day). Safe and secure parking. Front desk staff were great giving directing and help. Transit passes would be cheaper- we didn’t have time to learn where to purchase one, so just paid cash. Don’t be alarmed by graffiti on area buildings (some people may worry it’s not a nice or safe area). My family felt safe and there were lots of people walking and socializing. Dog park can be a little noisy at times with barking dogs. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely fantastic family holiday here. We had 3 adults, 2 teenagers and one almost teen so we're concerned the apartment would be a living small. We were pleasantly surprised....a large hall area, big lounge with table and two single sofa beds and two good sized twin bedrooms plus a large bathroom and sensible kitchen. It was plenty big enough with a nice balcony although we were on the side of the building so didn't get much sun on it. Apartment was tiled so nice and cool with heating / air con that we didn't need to use in April. The hotel was very clean, check in was easy and we were given all the information we needed. 15 minute walk from the bus station with buses to the airport, Barcelona and girona for days out...bus stop to nearby towns two minutes away. Beach was a nice 15 minute walk with two other beaches slightly further. Pools were lovely... outdoor ones very quiet as they were still very cold at the beginning of April....I loved this as I had it to myself a lot of the time but some of the other members of the group stuck to the indoor pool. Didn't really bother with the entertainment....it was quite quiet on our couple of walks past but early in the year. Food....amazing.... plentiful, tasty, good variety and something to please evey. We'll worth full board with juice and hot drinks at breakfast included and pop or big water bottles e2.50 at other meals. Breakfast was fantastic. Wir waren 1 Woche mit 2 Erw. und 2 Kindern im Hotel. Das Hauptgebäude mit Restaurant war renoviert. Wir hatten ein Appartment im noch nicht renovierten Gebäude, somit war alles schon etwas älter. Die Dusche war in der Badewanne, die Matratzen im Wohnzimmer (Einzelbetten) sehr hart und im Doppelbett sehr durchgelegen. Safe konnte man gegen eine Gebühr sich einen Schlüssel leihen. Ebenfalls konnte man Handtücher gegen eine Kaution leihen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Eigentlich hatten wir HP gebucht, aber das haben wir direkt vor Ort auf AI aufgestockt, da man sonst auch beim Essen jedes Getränk selbst zahlen müsste. So war auch eine Auswahl an Eis / Slush für die Kids mit dabei. Das Essen war recht gut und abwechslungsreich, Gläser und Teller waren leider nicht immer sauber. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Poolbereich mit div. Rutschen. Es waren mind. 4-5 Aufsichten beim Poolbereich. Einer stand immer bei der großen Rutsche und hat aufgepasst, dass genug Abstand zwischen den rutschenden Kindern war und keiner die Rutschen hochklettern konnte. Wenn es eine kleine Verletzung gab, war immer einer der Aufsichten mit Desinfektion und Pflaster zur Stelle. Es gab immer freie Liegen und der Pool war nie überfüllt. Auch zum Strand konnte man mit den Kids und Gepäck in ca. 10 Min. gut hinlaufen. Zum Hauptstrand direkt in Lloret hätte man mit den Taxi fahren müssen oder ca. 30 Min. Laufen müssen.

Our staying was really excellent. The hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms and cosy beds. We had our own kitchen with all the necessary staff. The hotel has pretty cute aquapark with several swimming pools. We bought FB staying and there were some unpleasant monents connected with drinks. We were not informed by the staff that the drinks are not included at all, even water. We tried to clear out this moment. But one time they said that water is for free. Next time they said that we can't take water. Everything would be great if the personnel had explained in advance what was allowed and what was forbidden. One moment was awful when my son of 10 years old poured water into a glass, one waiter said to him that he should pour it out of the glass as drinks are not included in our staying!!!

Superbe accueil, et belle surprise avec surclassement dans un très bel appartement 2 pièces en attique avec terrasse, superbe vue mer.Belle salle de bain, bonne literie, 2 télés etc... Buffets pour les 3 repas, bonne nourriture, très variée. Personnel très professionnel et disponible. Beaucoup d'enfants seuls pour se servir aux buffets, ce qui entraine de gros gâchis alimentaires...honteux de la part des parents !!! Parking souterrain payant, autour de 10 euros par jour, sinon parking gratuit dans la rue.

When deciding on a holiday destination, I did a lot of research before booking this hotel. And I was not disappointed. We have a great time! Food We were all inclusive. Breakfast options include, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, toast, bread rolls, typical English breakfast items, meats, cheeses and pastries. Lunch and dinner options include salads, fruits, hot freshly cooked food including pizza, fish and meat. An array of desserts/ice cream. Snack bar running throughout the day and two bars to get drinks. We were never disappointed with the food. I have a very fussy child and whilst he ate chips practically every day, he always had something different with them. Facilities Great pool area for kids. Be warned, should you choose to reserve your sunbed with towel, it’s likely they will be removed by staff if you are not on the premises. There an ample beds, you will always get one, just might not be where you want. Playground, football/basketball court. Kids club with lots of activities. My kids are 10 and 6 and had plenty to keep them entertained. Service 20 euros to use the safe which is already in the room. Staff very friendly. Loads of staff everywhere and always cleaning. Area Well placed, not in a very busy area but close enough to walk to shops and the beach. Only downside, long transfer from airport. all adults have to pay a ‘visitors’ tax. Works out to be 9 euros each, not a fortune but I knew nothing about it before arriving.

Franchement, un séjour fantastique ! L’appart-hôtel est top et les enfants ont adoré. Le complexe est superbe, avec une équipe à l’accueil vraiment géniale : ils sont très sympathiques, parlent français et répondent rapidement à toutes les demandes dans la mesure du possible mais ils font vraiment le nécessaire et je tiens vraiment à les remercier pour ça. Le restaurant en buffet à volonté est un vrai plus : chaque repas, midi comme soir, proposait un large choix de plats variés et toujours délicieux. Mention spéciale au poisson, vraiment excellent ! Côté chambre, la propreté pourrait être un peu améliorée et le confort reste correct, mais ça ne gâche pas l’expérience globale. La piscine, quant à elle, est tout simplement géniale : les enfants se sont éclatés et nous aussi. En résumé, un séjour très satisfaisant que je recommande à 200 % sans hésiter ! The rooms were excellent, spacious, modern and very comfortable. The buffet was also very good, with plenty of choice, and the hotel in general was clean and well maintained. The only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is the price.
