Établissement immense et remplie en cette période beaucoup de monde au petit dej et attente pour les ascenseurs Personnel de l hôtel à l écoute agréable et multilingues sauf la femme qui s occupe de la restauration qui nous a parler comme du bétail sans un sourire Hôtel avec animation et grande piscine pour enfants un peu onéreux mais recommandable pour un séjour court en famille

Ca fait la deuxième année qu'on séjourne ici et c'est top, service de qualité, resto super nourritures variés et les équipements sont top (SPA, piscine...) j'ai deux remarques : 1 ère : Payer 3€ pour un frigo / jour c'est pas top franchement par rapport à ça j'ai été choqué 2ème : J'ai essayé de réserver en mode (tout compris) mais je ne trouve pas l'option Merci RH

I don’t like to leave pour reviews but our stay wasn’t the best. Very long queues at reception desk regardless of the time of day and not enough staff to deal with the amount of people. Our check in we was queuing for 35 mins and we arrived in the morning. Unfortunately 3 times my room key card didn’t work and alongside length waits for the lifts on certain days so up and down the stairs to be told I shouldn’t keep my card behind my phone which I DON’T it was kept in my purse. Another time a cleaning lady let us in as I think she could see my frustration. The hotel is either breakfast, half board, full board or all inclusive. This seemed to cause confusion for customers as only certain bars would serve all inclusive. We was breakfast only and was given a time to arrive 9-9:45am well what an absolute shambles!!! No tables, long queues for food especially eggs and by the time you got to your table all food was cold. 2nd day when we waiting and found a table and set it up and got some condiments drinks etc when I got back to the table with just bread as I wasn’t queuing for everything else someone had decided to take our table and was already eating! We just gave up and walked out. The pool area was manic and no beds unless you are down with your towel to put on a bed and then people going for breakfast or out for hours and staff did nothing. 2 life guards spent most of the time just chatting away stood together and no paying much attention to all the children. broken loo

El check-in es muy muy lento. Tardan demasiado con cada entrada. Ya me ha pasado en más de una ocasión. Entre eso y lo complicado que es aparcar al rededor, difícil que vuelva a este hotel. Además es un poco antiguo. Por lo demás todo correcto.

La seule chose de bien dans cet hôtel est le personnel qui est très professionnel et au petit soin pour les clients. Bravo à eux. le reste est médiocre. Lit pas confortable, installation vieillotte, le wifi casi inexistant dans la chambre, salle de bain avec une douche pour enfant. Des que je prend une douche l'eau coule jusque dans la chambre car le rideau est trop court.

L’hôtel est vieillot pas mal d’installations cassées dans la chambre (il manquait un pied à notre lit et chaise cassée etc) Piscines agréables mais transats cassés.

Petit bémol pendant 2 jour le personnel de nettoyage n’ont pas fait notre chambre . Nous sommes allés nous plaindre auprès de la réception qui nous a seulement dit que cela était pas normal mais sans compensation et sans faire appel à une femme de ménage pour au moins nous ramener des serviettes de rechanges , des papiers toilette etc.. nous nous sommes donc adressée direcetement à une femme de ménage dans l’hôtel pour au moins avoir des serviettes de rechanges. Dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est bien situé et beaucoup fréquenté..

Hay más aspectos negativos que positivos ya que las paredes/techos parecen de papel. Se escucha absolutamente. Además, las propias limpiadoras deberían de respetar el descanso de sus huéspedes. Estaban gritando por los pasillos para organizarse su trabajo y me resultó desagradable. Por otro lado, el Chek-out siempre ha sido a las 12:00 y en este establecimiento es hasta las 11:00. En el desayuno, a las 10:00 han cortado hasta las máquinas para ponerte agua en un vaso. Sinceramente, con todo lo descrito, no volvería a reservar en este establecimiento.

Veilige omgeving. Maar extreem luidruchtig klienteel. Luidruchtige party in bar tot kort na middernacht. Personeel vrij kort af: ik had goede week op voorhand garageplaats bestelt bij laadpaal elektrische voertuigen. Toen ik hier naar vroeg trokken ze gewoon hun schouders op en verwezen mij naar publieke parking 1 km verder. Ontbijt onmogelijk door talrijke lokale bezoekers...

I don’t like to leave pour reviews but our stay wasn’t the best. Very long queues at reception desk regardless of the time of day and not enough staff to deal with the amount of people. Our check in we was queuing for 35 mins and we arrived in the morning. Unfortunately 3 times my room key card didn’t work and alongside length waits for the lifts on certain days so up and down the stairs to be told I shouldn’t keep my card behind my phone which I DON’T it was kept in my purse. Another time a cleaning lady let us in as I think she could see my frustration. The hotel is either breakfast, half board, full board or all inclusive. This seemed to cause confusion for customers as only certain bars would serve all inclusive. We was breakfast only and was given a time to arrive 9-9:45am well what an absolute shambles!!! No tables, long queues for food especially eggs and by the time you got to your table all food was cold. 2nd day when we waiting and found a table and set it up and got some condiments drinks etc when I got back to the table with just bread as I wasn’t queuing for everything else someone had decided to take our table and was already eating! We just gave up and walked out. The pool area was manic and no beds unless you are down with your towel to put on a bed and then people going for breakfast or out for hours and staff did nothing. 2 life guards spent most of the time just chatting away stood together and no paying much attention to all the children. broken loo

Petit bémol pendant 2 jour le personnel de nettoyage n’ont pas fait notre chambre . Nous sommes allés nous plaindre auprès de la réception qui nous a seulement dit que cela était pas normal mais sans compensation et sans faire appel à une femme de ménage pour au moins nous ramener des serviettes de rechanges , des papiers toilette etc.. nous nous sommes donc adressée direcetement à une femme de ménage dans l’hôtel pour au moins avoir des serviettes de rechanges. Dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est bien situé et beaucoup fréquenté..

Établissement immense et remplie en cette période beaucoup de monde au petit dej et attente pour les ascenseurs Personnel de l hôtel à l écoute agréable et multilingues sauf la femme qui s occupe de la restauration qui nous a parler comme du bétail sans un sourire Hôtel avec animation et grande piscine pour enfants un peu onéreux mais recommandable pour un séjour court en famille

Ca fait la deuxième année qu'on séjourne ici et c'est top, service de qualité, resto super nourritures variés et les équipements sont top (SPA, piscine...) j'ai deux remarques : 1 ère : Payer 3€ pour un frigo / jour c'est pas top franchement par rapport à ça j'ai été choqué 2ème : J'ai essayé de réserver en mode (tout compris) mais je ne trouve pas l'option Merci RH

The room was tidy and balcony large enough. I liked the pool area although it was difficult to find one sunbed at 11:00 - everything already reserved by towels… The powder coffee is not a real coffee and a choice of some juices (not powder drinks) would make the breakfast feel more like 4 stars hotel. The gym is very simple and is open from 10:00 to 20:00
