Einziger Minuspunkt: keine Parkplätze keine Garage, keine Möglichkeit das elektrische Auto aufzuladen. Rund um das Hotel werden laufend Autos abgeschleppt.

Wir waren 13 Nächte hier und enttäuscht. Zimmer: Groß, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet (Balkon, Minibar, Kaffeemaschine, Sitzecke, Shampoo etc.). Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist ein alter TV ohne Smart-Funktion jedoch nicht zeitgemäß. Eine Flasche Wasser gibt es bei Ankunft gratis, danach kostenpflichtig. Lage & Umgebung: Die Lage ist top – Bars, Restaurants, Clubs, Meer und Busbahnhof direkt in der Nähe. Fußläufig erreicht man alles Wichtige. Sicherheit durch Kameras und Security war gegeben. Essen & Trinken: Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet sowie mehrere Bars und Restaurants vorhanden, jedoch teuer (Abendbuffet z. B. 25 € ohne Getränke). In der Stadt isst man günstiger. Service & Reinigung: Leider mangelhaft. Bei Ankunft schmutzige Bettwäsche und ein unsauberes Bad, trotz mehrmaliger Meldung blieb es bis zur Abreise unverändert. Die tägliche Reinigung ist oberflächlich. Personal beim Buffet war freundlich. Weitere Kritikpunkte: Fahrstühle wackeln, sind langsam und einer war durchgehend außer Betrieb. Really lovely hotel with excellent staff, great breakfast, lovely rooms, fabulous rooftop pool, designer communal areas and huge cinema size screen showing Euro games. Walking around the resort it appears to be much nicer than all the other hotels. Major downside - I have no idea why they believe keeping all pool areas locked and inaccessible until TEN am is a good idea especially when the safest sun is early. Early risers are forced to hang around (or better go for a lovely beach walk) but I think this is ridiculous. Also the a/c unit is in the entry corridor to the room and so is fairly ineffectual at cooling the room even at the lowest temperature. I asked for a kettle as there is a coffee maker in the room but I was unable to work out how to get hot water from it. They said they do not have kettles - it would be very cheap and friendly to maybe buy 5 so that when a guest requests one they can say 'yes' rather than no?? I suggested this and was looked at rather blankly

Très bel hôtel éco responsable. Décoré avec goût dans le moindre détail . Très propre . La restauration est de très grande qualité . Les produits sont issus de circuit court . Le personnel est avenant . Les piscines sont belles . Espace aquatique pr les enfants . Le spa est très bien. Seul bémol, il n y a pas de parking . Du coup il faut trouver un parking en ville . Le bruit de la rue passante . Hôtel en centre ville . Mais rien ne gâche cet hôtel de qualité . A conseiller !

Good location to either stay in Lloret de Mar but also easy access to get out of town. Parking is cheap with the hotel but a 20-25 minute walk. There is a valet service but it wasn’t that available. Wait time was usually longer than just walking unless you are well organized and plan ahead.

Lovely hotel, great room (with excellent lighting), beautiful roof top terrace and pool which is much quieter than the main pool area, excellent breakfast. Only slightly annoying thing is the pool areas are only opened at 10am, whereas I like to sit in the sun earlier before it gets too hot. Impressed that a small fault with the shower was fixed immediately. All round a great visit and I will happily return

Tout était parfait ! Personnel très accueillant, que ce soit à la réception, aux femmes de ménage, cuisuiniers... Les chambres sont très propres, les lits très confortables. Petit déjeuner et diner très bien également. Large choix et de qualité. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation !

I would like to thank the staff providing such a great service. The rooms are kept clean and fresh towels are available on a daily basis. The only inconvenience that it may be noisy at night time, also you may be unlucky with the neighbours.

Het was een goed hotel, mooi gelegen, fantastisch zwembad op het dak, aardig personeel, maar de schoonmaak had wel iets beter gekund. Doordat de afvoer in douche verstopt was door viezigheid en haren op de eerste dag, liep het water bijna de kamer in. Dat werd wel dezelfde dag opgelost. Ook wel wat viezigheid op de vloer. Toen het drukker werd, was het ontbijt nogal chaotisch. Niet genoeg 2 of 4 persoons tafels gedekt en dan weggestuurd worden als je aan een lange ging zitten. Dat kan naar mijn idee echt niet! Als klap op de vuurpijl liep er een zilvervisje door de badkamer op de laatste dag. Vandaar dat ik zeg: schoonmaak en service kan beter

Das Hotel ist an sich sehr schön und das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind größtenteils sauber und bis auf ein paar Flecken auf den Handtüchern war nichts auffällig dreckig. Die Organisation von einem Bus Transfer zurück zum Flughafen gestaltet sich als sehr schwierig weil das Hotel hier nur ein Taxi oder öffentliche Verkehrsmittel anbietet, hier am besten im voraus eigenständig einen Transfer zurück organisieren

Très bon séjour. Cependant nous sommes restés 3 jours et les draps n'ont pas été changé nous sommes arrivé le premier jour, nous avons trouvé une tache de sang sur le drap et de 3eme jour elle y était toujours. Ça été le seul problème...

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à l’hôtel Azure. Excellent buffet matin, midi et soir. Bel établissement, décoration avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons pris une chambre familiale sans faire attention que c’était une seule pièce sans aucune séparation et salle de bain en verre donc pas vraiment d’intimité.

Really lovely hotel with excellent staff, great breakfast, lovely rooms, fabulous rooftop pool, designer communal areas and huge cinema size screen showing Euro games. Walking around the resort it appears to be much nicer than all the other hotels. Major downside - I have no idea why they believe keeping all pool areas locked and inaccessible until TEN am is a good idea especially when the safest sun is early. Early risers are forced to hang around (or better go for a lovely beach walk) but I think this is ridiculous. Also the a/c unit is in the entry corridor to the room and so is fairly ineffectual at cooling the room even at the lowest temperature. I asked for a kettle as there is a coffee maker in the room but I was unable to work out how to get hot water from it. They said they do not have kettles - it would be very cheap and friendly to maybe buy 5 so that when a guest requests one they can say 'yes' rather than no?? I suggested this and was looked at rather blankly

Great hotel, will stay again. Very modern and clean with a great rooftop pool and bar. Comfy beds and plenty of room. Champagne served with breakfast, what's not to like? My only two criticisms (they wouldn't stop me from booking again) are: *You can hear all the other rooms around you very clearly. The air vent in the room appears to be joined to other rooms so you can clearly hear everyone else on your floor, as if they are in the room. Not great at 3am when you're trying to sleep. *The toilet is seperate from the main bedroom by a piece of glass. Make sure you're very comfortable with your partners toilet habits as you're about to experience it all. Like I say, great hotel. Good location, good food, great facilities, very helpful staff. Oh, free champagne at breakfast too ;)

We have a family of 6 - we rented 2 family suites. They were roomy enough, clean with nice bathroom situations. The balcony was huge and really nice with a dining area and a lounging area. Everything was clean. Lights were on until around 11:30 at night (not in our control) and our rooms were right above the Circus Room, where a party goes on until midnight at least on the weekend nights that we stayed there. That kept the sensitive sleepers up until after midnight. It was nice to have a coffee / drinks maker in the room and 2 cans of water in the refrigerator. It would have been nice to get replenishments during our 3-night stay. The pool was clean and not overly chlorinated (I tend to be sensitive). I never got to use the infinity pool. In general, a solid 4-star hotel in accommodation and cleanliness, but I found the vibe not so warm and hospitable. We did receive courteous and adequate service.

The hotel is lovely. Rooms are a bit small. Would have upgraded but too expensive. The food in the restaurant was very good however the food wasn’t very warm infact rather cold at all times which made it an unpleasant experience every day.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien,hacía mucha calor en habitación , decepcionados toda la familia , dormimos mal. Otra cosa negativa fue el servicio a la habitación ( no sirven bebidas sino se consume alimentos). El servicio no es 24hr mi hijo llamó antes de las 23hr para comer algo después de una competición de atletismo y le dijeron que no tenían servicio por lo que se quedó sin cenar y muy cansado. A parte de lo anterior el resto bien

We did not feel particularly welcome. We were confused about the meal service and could not get a straight answer about it. When we asked about a place to eat nearby they just suggested the restaurant in the hotel but then told us it wasn’t open. The location was great and the beds were comfortable. The room was fine but starting to show some wear and tear. Overall ok but maybe not a great place for Americans?

Vi bokade 2 stora familj-rum och fick 2 rum intill varandra vilket var bra men ena badrummet hade läckage, ingenting gjordes förrän 7 timmar före avresa, då vi erbjöds ett annat rum där badrummet fungerade, där fanns dock inte säng utan en obekväm soffa att sova på! Servisen levde absolut inte till beskrivningen då stora delar av faciliteten var stängd pga låg säsong. 2 av 3 restauranger samt tak terass och pool var avstängd. Personalen, städ-personal och aktiviteter likaså, även om man bad specifik att lakan och handdukar skulle bytas hände detta bara en gång under hela 7 dagars vistelse. Wifi var väldigt låg, även smart-tv på rummen kunde inte fungera och hackade pga detta. Det fanns bara en maskin i gymmet. Vi betalade extra för frukosten som vi inte hade bokad men sista dagen fick vi inte nyttja då receptionen inte kunde ge oss frukost att ta med som avtalat första dagen. De tog dock betalt för det ser jag nu på kort-transaktionen.

It's a beautiful new property. The breakfast Buffet was fantastic both with regard to the quality of the food and its presentation. The one area I felt the resort fell short on was with their staff and the amenities. When you requested standard amenities like a shower cap, tissue etc. The staff's first impulse was to say - sorry we don't offer that, but yet if you probed a little bit they were forthcoming with the amenity. So with that said, it's a beautiful Resort. It easily could be a five-star property but the reason it's not is because the actual service by the staff is not what you'd expect in regards sense to the willingness and pamper. I would recommend the hotel because of the property itself you're comfortable

Food is overpriced, repetitive, and not that great. Place the DND sign on my door and housekeeping completely disregarded it banging on my door at 10 pm at night to borrow an iron for another guest. The pillows in the room smells and Not sure if the AC is broken or that’s the way it is, but it was to hot in the that room. Closing the pool at 8pm on a summer night is completely unheard of. The staff is not people friendly asking a simple question seemed like such a bother. 1 star would not recommend

Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist ein alter TV ohne Smart-Funktion jedoch nicht zeitgemäß. Eine Flasche Wasser gibt es bei Ankunft gratis, danach kostenpflichtig. Lage & Umgebung: Die Lage ist top – Bars, Restaurants, Clubs, Meer und Busbahnhof direkt in der Nähe. Fußläufig erreicht man alles Wichtige. Sicherheit durch Kameras und Security war gegeben. Essen & Trinken: Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet sowie mehrere Bars und Restaurants vorhanden, jedoch teuer (Abendbuffet z. B. 25 € ohne Getränke). In der Stadt isst man günstiger. Service & Reinigung: Leider mangelhaft. Bei Ankunft schmutzige Bettwäsche und ein unsauberes Bad, trotz mehrmaliger Meldung blieb es bis zur Abreise unverändert. Die tägliche Reinigung ist oberflächlich. Personal beim Buffet war freundlich. Weitere Kritikpunkte: Fahrstühle wackeln, sind langsam und einer war durchgehend außer Betrieb. Good location to either stay in Lloret de Mar but also easy access to get out of town. Parking is cheap with the hotel but a 20-25 minute walk. There is a valet service but it wasn’t that available. Wait time was usually longer than just walking unless you are well organized and plan ahead.

Todo muy bien con respecto al hotel. El desayuno espectacular. El único problema es que hay un campo de futbol al lado y si quieres descansar y hay partido es muy ruidoso. Por lo demás perfecto.

The hotel is lovely. Rooms are a bit small. Would have upgraded but too expensive. The food in the restaurant was very good however the food wasn’t very warm infact rather cold at all times which made it an unpleasant experience every day.

It wasn't what I was expecting... The room was lovely and very clean. The food canteen was chaotic, full of screaming kids, and average food. We had a room over a football pitch, kids playing football at 6 am and screaming, nearly every day! Wouldn't go back.

Great hotel, lovely staff, my only thing I wasn't particularly happy with was breakfast, seemed chaotic, only went once and that was enough for us.

Hotel was well located, spotless clean and the staff nice. The reception staff were especially nice and helpful.The restaurant was clean but quite manic at times, the range of food was okay with show cooking stations but the food especially at breakfast was often only lukewarm. The rooftop pool and bar was great.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien,hacía mucha calor en habitación , decepcionados toda la familia , dormimos mal. Otra cosa negativa fue el servicio a la habitación ( no sirven bebidas sino se consume alimentos). El servicio no es 24hr mi hijo llamó antes de las 23hr para comer algo después de una competición de atletismo y le dijeron que no tenían servicio por lo que se quedó sin cenar y muy cansado. A parte de lo anterior el resto bien

Check in was smooth, hotel is very clean in all areas. Breakfast was plentiful. Hot options could maybe do to be a bit hotter. The were always tables available at breakfast and they were cleared promptly . Pools - Didn't use the rooftop pool although it looked very nice up there. Need to get there early at the downstairs pool to get sunbeds although it was the height of the season. Overall a very good experience.

I have been in BCN few times by now but this hotel made my stay very special! Comfortable walking distance from the beach and the old town, amazing facilities, rooftop pool and bar/restaurant got my heart, amazing food and the breakfast to 5 star level. I'd recommend to everyone to add the breakfast to their stay. Christina from reception and all the staff was super friendly even though they were very busy and a bit overwhelmed. I work in the luxury hotels industry and I understand how much effort you need to spend to keep up this level. You are doing a great job. Thanks to everyone of you to make my stay so amazing

We loved our stay. The staff were all super helpful, the room was gorgeous, super spacious, brilliant bathroom and great balcony. We especially loved the adults only rooftop pool and bar.
