Lovely hotel,a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 10 minute bus ride from the city centre.Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated with a nautical theme.Though we didn't use any of the hotel's facilities, there was an on site gym,disco,bar and restaurant.

Good quality hotel overall. Room was comfortable and clean, parking garage very convenient at 18 euros per night. Free on street parking is also available. There is no outside space to relax in, which would have been nice, considering the beach location. We found limited dining options in the immediate area, particularly on a festival day. The town was vibrant with lots of bars and restaurants but is a 30 minute walk. Beaches are lovely and we enjoyed walking along the promenade.

From start to finish customer service excellent. Room decor shower bathroom mini fridge slippers and robes complimentary water and cleaning every day if needed. Free extended checkout for one hour and 10 euro pr hr after that. Massive help. Close to restaurants bars shops ice cream parlours excellent bus service to take you to city centre and towns for €1.30 each way. Taxis and ranks on hand. €6 euro to puerto chico next town full of eateries bars and by harbour. Only downfall of hotel is no pool and not a great menu in restaurant and bit of an odour so never ate there. Has a gym and salons and specialised delicatessan next door.

E' un hotel comodo e grazioso. Grande abbastanza da ospitare costantemente eventi di ogni tipo. Personale gentilissimo e attento ad ogni esigenza. Internet room, 4 sale relax, camere comode e arredate con grande gusto. Ho apprezzato particolarmente l'armadio a 4 ante, il bagno, la camera stile nautico e la silenziosità. Ottima illuminazione facile ed intuitiva. Garage per chi viene in macchina. Insomma, trovarne difetti è un'impresa. Pulito, profumato nella bella e civile Santander.
