El edificio necesita bastante mantenimiento. No es si la habitación pero sí todo lo que son zonas comunes,bar, paredes..parqué, puertas..etc. el personal agradable sobre todo la chica que nos recibió y que nos ayudó a elegir sitios que visitar en la ciudad y alrededores.

The welcome was good. The receptionist was friendly, quick and efficient. Plenty of free parking. Room overcrowded with an extra bed taking up most of the floor space. Superficially clean but bedside tables were very dusty and best not to look under the bed. Lovely hot shower. The area was very noisy at night. Breakfast was included and was a selection of 2 items from the counter. No vegetarian savoury but huge pastries, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Great value and convenient for the ferry.

We stayed overnight as our ferry back to the UK was midday. It's about a 10 minute drive to get to the Ferry port. Hotel had good size beds, nice hot showers and the food in the café was decent standard at a good price. We travelled with our dog who was allowed in the cafe, which was a bonus for us. There's a restaurant with an outside terrace which we didn't see or use as the weather wasn't good enough. Staff all friendly. Would certainly stay here again.

Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido sin duda la peor que he vivido en todos los viajes a lo largo de mi vida. Llegamos a las 13h como nos indicaba el correo de Hoteles.com. La recepcionista nos informó que el horario de entrada era a las 14h, pero con condescendencia y malos modales. Le dijimos que la página web de reservas nos había dado ese horario y ella nos dijo que no tenía nada que ver con eso. Subimos a la habitación y no funcionaba la cisterna del baño. Bajamos a decirlo y con malas formas y malas caras nos dijo que ya iría alguien a arreglarlo. A las 19h volvimos y nos dijeron que estaba arreglado. NO LO ESTABA. Bajamos de nuevo y les dijimos que nos cambiarán de habitación, su respuesta: imposible. Le dijimos que subiera y lo comprobará, y tras varios minutos, nos cambian de habitación (se suponía que era imposible). La nueva habitación tenía MOHO en el baño y era muy ruidosa, tanto por ruido del propio hotel como por dar a la carretera y la via del tren. En resumen: trato pésimo, lugar insalubre y mucho ruido.

Muy conveniente para visitar Santander. Hay bus a la ciudad a la puerta del hotel, incluido servicio nocturno viernes y sábado. A media hora a pie por alles totalmente transitables desde el aeropuerto. Para mí, es un sitio perfecto para quien busque economizar.

Best thing is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Still using too much plastic though (small plastic shampoo etc instead of big refillable bottles).Also food available for breakfast and dinner needs to be more modern ie. more vegetarian. On the plus side, the hotel is bery close to the airport.

Food was poor, wine was a dribble for €2.50. Waiter never cleared plates even though we left 1.5 hours after visiting. Room was clean, water Luke warm both on arrival and in the morning 9am. Bar closes at 3,, re-opens at 7. No where close y to go. Staff friendly though. Would I stay again, unfortunately not.
