Booked a room with a pet. Told check in agent we had a pet, paid and checked all boxes, walked the pet through the lobby two times (checked on video). 1:30 am my husband was stopped while taking out dog, accused by night attendant that he smuggled the dog in, had to wake me up, bc our room was not a “pet friendly” room as if we assigned it, finally proofed we had dog with us upon checking in and the check in attendant was blamed. I think in addition the night attendant could have waited until morning to sort it out. Night light at bed stand was not working even after trying other bulbs. End of hallway (presumably the pet friendly section) smelled. Even without these issues the property certainly is not worth an 8.0 rating as on hotels.com

No elevator. All the rooms on the first floor are pet friendly so if you have pet allergies that is a problem. The room we were given had been smoked in and instead of being properly remediated they tried to cover it up with deodorizers. No working ice machine. Breakfast was pathetic and the floors were sticky. Everywhere I looked it was clear they were just cutting corners wherever they could. This was not a $150 per night hotel. $89 per night and I would have had fewer complaints.

The room was old, musty, and outdated. I would never stay here again. The idea that others rated it well is super disappointing. It was gross.
