El hotel debería estar cerrado mientras toda la recepción está patas arriba por obras. La zona del desayuno es una sala en el -1 con techo súper bajos que no creo ni que sea legal. La habitaciones están muy bien.

Housekeeping every single day, nice people at the front desk, little croissants, and expresso coffee available 24/7. Plates and silverware available if needed. Refrigerator in the room. Nice breakfast. The rooms are big and beds are really nice. Even with the renovations going on and the noise it was 100% worth it! Would stay here again in the future. There is a Mercadona supermarket behind the hotel, restaurants close by, recommend Daytona restaurant. 2 minutes walk. Everything was good!

Visitamos Madrid y rentamos un auto , nos pusimos mover muy bien y la pasamos muy agusto en el hotel, el desayuno no es muy variado , solo unos panes y jamones , queso , torta de huevo , para nosotros un poco elevado para su oferta , lo que si nos dieron cafés ilimitados y las habitaciones limpias y cómodas

Struttura dotata di comodo parcheggio, molto pulita e ben tenuta. La camera dotata di tutto il necessario, letto confortevole e pulita. Colazione buona e nota più che positiva, distributore di acqua e bevande calde arrivo 24h e gratis. Personale cordiale, gentile e sempre sorridente ( il che non guasta mai). Siamo arrivati all'hotel quasi alle due del mattino e ci hanno comunque accolti senza farci pesare il ritardo.

Struttura dotata di comodo parcheggio, molto pulita e ben tenuta. La camera dotata di tutto il necessario, letto confortevole e pulita. Colazione buona e nota più che positiva, distributore di acqua e bevande calde arrivo 24h e gratis. Personale cordiale, gentile e sempre sorridente ( il che non guasta mai). Siamo arrivati all'hotel quasi alle due del mattino e ci hanno comunque accolti senza farci pesare il ritardo.

Un buen sitio para pasar la noche, eso sí la habitación que nos tocó tenía problemas con las cañerías del Baño ya que despedia unos olores de mal gusto. fue de agradecer que la cama y el baño estuviesen distancia y el tener una ventana cercana ayudo bastante, aunque el temporada de invierno no creo que sea buena idea dormir con la ventana abierta (espero solucioinen ese problema)

Nos encantó el servicio, fue increíble la atención. Todo el tiempo dispuestos a ayudarnos. El desayuno fue rico y llenador, todo está súper limpio y ordenado, todo el personal es muy amable. Sin duda regresaremos ahí.

O quarto estava impecável! Ótima limpeza, conforto, duche relaxante, apesar do suporte de duche estar quebrado. O café da manhã é completo e muito saboroso. O staff é simpático, educado, todos queridos. Foi uma excelente estadia.

The bed was super hard, not comfortable at all. The area itself was ok close to the metro. We had issues with the air conditioning unit as the room was always hot when we put the ac on it never cooled the room. Also the shower head did not stay position by itself so when you turned on the shower if the water was on to high it would spray. Overall 3/5

Sehr spartanische Zimmerausstattung - sieht auf den Bildern besser/schöner aus, als es tatsächlich ist, aber bei dem Preis kann man sich da eigentlich auch nicht beschweren. Wenn man in dem Hotel nur übernachten möchte und den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, reicht es aus.

Sehr spartanische Zimmerausstattung - sieht auf den Bildern besser/schöner aus, als es tatsächlich ist, aber bei dem Preis kann man sich da eigentlich auch nicht beschweren. Wenn man in dem Hotel nur übernachten möchte und den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, reicht es aus.

El hotel está excelente. La zona es segura y hay diversas tiendas y restaurantes cerca de la zona. La única desventaja es que está alejada de las atracciones turísticas de Madrid y si te desplazas en trasporte público necesitarás un billete que es un poco más caro aún así la estación de metro está cerca al igual que muchos buses. Creo que conviene si vas en plan de negocios y tienes auto. Si vas como turista ten en cuenta que harás al menos una hora en llegar al centro de Madrid usando el transporte público. Aún así el precio y lo que ofrece el hotel es excelente. La pasamos muy bien.

The hotel was ok, a little far from the center of Madrid but near the line 12 of the underground and 492 bus stop which take you a little near. Area is quiet and looks safe.

El hotel debería estar cerrado mientras toda la recepción está patas arriba por obras. La zona del desayuno es una sala en el -1 con techo súper bajos que no creo ni que sea legal. La habitaciones están muy bien.

Housekeeping every single day, nice people at the front desk, little croissants, and expresso coffee available 24/7. Plates and silverware available if needed. Refrigerator in the room. Nice breakfast. The rooms are big and beds are really nice. Even with the renovations going on and the noise it was 100% worth it! Would stay here again in the future. There is a Mercadona supermarket behind the hotel, restaurants close by, recommend Daytona restaurant. 2 minutes walk. Everything was good!

Experiencia buena, atención buena, desayuno muy caro, bufe de una calidad muyyy mala , productos de baja calidad, sin yogures (LO QUE DISPONEN no es un yogur, se considera preparado lácteo) , ni un poco de jamon serrano, los embutido curados y cocidos( sin comentarios ) bananas por plátano, etc. bandejas sin un papel para proteger tus alimentos , ni un solo mantel en las mesas , todo muy desagradable, todo lo bueno que tiene el hotel , limpieza, personal , atención , el desayuno lo estropea

Visitamos Madrid y rentamos un auto , nos pusimos mover muy bien y la pasamos muy agusto en el hotel, el desayuno no es muy variado , solo unos panes y jamones , queso , torta de huevo , para nosotros un poco elevado para su oferta , lo que si nos dieron cafés ilimitados y las habitaciones limpias y cómodas

Nos encantó el servicio, fue increíble la atención. Todo el tiempo dispuestos a ayudarnos. El desayuno fue rico y llenador, todo está súper limpio y ordenado, todo el personal es muy amable. Sin duda regresaremos ahí.

Struttura dotata di comodo parcheggio, molto pulita e ben tenuta. La camera dotata di tutto il necessario, letto confortevole e pulita. Colazione buona e nota più che positiva, distributore di acqua e bevande calde arrivo 24h e gratis. Personale cordiale, gentile e sempre sorridente ( il che non guasta mai). Siamo arrivati all'hotel quasi alle due del mattino e ci hanno comunque accolti senza farci pesare il ritardo.

O quarto estava impecável! Ótima limpeza, conforto, duche relaxante, apesar do suporte de duche estar quebrado. O café da manhã é completo e muito saboroso. O staff é simpático, educado, todos queridos. Foi uma excelente estadia.

Tudo muito bom! Hotel limpo, arrumação diária, cama e toalhas de qualidade, café da manhã adequado além de disponibilizarem água, suco, café e alguns pães e croassants gratuitos durante todo o dia. Não tenho do que reclamar, nota 10!
