Was very easy to find, easy to park, very clean amenities were very nice.

The place smells from the cooking in the office. I don't want to smell fish, curry or wet socks when I enter a hotel. This is such a cliche by now, you think people would learn. Use an exhaust fan! I wish they would have their homes offsite. The carpets were getting cleaned but they looked like they needed to have been cleaned a year ago. I did like the size of the room and its layout. But, it seemed like the room was being used as a store room as there were 2 rollaway beds stored within. No washcloth, one thin towel, and I never located the coffee pot. The rollaways turned out to be a lucky for me; The air conditioner was not big enough to cool the room. I ended up taking a roll away bed and putting it right by the a/c. I won't be choosing this brand again. On a good note, I forgot my license at the front desk and they were nice to have returned it to me later that night. Please don't support brands that allow the properties to be run down.

Hotel doing some updating. New carpet, paint etc. Beds very comfortable. 24 hour front desk was great because we attended an event and didn't get to our hotel until 1 am to check in

Hotel was pet friendly...Hotel is dated....and it has no elevator.

Wrong room type was assigned to us - not enough beds so it took time to correct it. Julia at the front desk was new to the job, but very kind and did her best to correct the situation for us. Leather seats in the lobby were in bad shape, and all the plants were dead. Once we got the correct room we had reserved, we had to kill 12-15 stink bugs that were on the curtains, counters, and walls. No option to go to another hotel for the night. We would NOT sit in the lounge chair - it was grossly dirty. Arm was broke off the desk chair which had been glued on previously. Water damage to the ceiling. Broken clothes hangers. Beds were clean and comfortable, which was all we needed for one night, although there were bleach stains on the printed bedspreads. Not enough towels in the room. No sense reporting all of this to the front desk, as Julia was already handling multiple issues all by herself and calling the owners to walk her through problems. Owners did not attempt to come back to help her. We're not fussy travelers, so as long as we had clean beds for the night and a place to freshen up, we're good, but next time I have to kill multiple flying bugs in the room I will opt to sleep in my car instead.

THE MAIN ENTRANCE SIGN WAS NOT LIT. THERE WERE APHIDS & NATS IN THE ROOM. THE MICROWAVE SPARKED WHEN WE TRIED TO WARM A PAPER CUP WITH WATER. THE COFFE MAKER WATER WAS DIRTY-WE TRIED TO RUN CLEAN WATER THROUGH MACHINE TO MAKE TEA AND THE WATER CAME OUT BLACK. WE ONLY RECIEVED ONE TOWEL AND WHEN WE ASKED FOR ANOTHER THEY ASKED US TO KNOCK ON THE DOOR OF THE MAIDS UNIT WHO DID NOT ANWER. bREAKFEST WAS POORLY STOCKED -NOT EVEN BUTTER FOR THE TOAST.

We had wires hanging from the ceiling (not hot) where a light might have been at one time. It was the first stop on a long trip and we didn't expect a lot for the price.

Very dirty, broken locks, missing fire alarm. So dirty we slept on the covers, not in them. Would not stay here again.

Ceiling paint in bathroom peeling. The grout in the bathroom was filthy. The chairs were stained terribly. The only good thing was the bed was clean and comfortable. I would not recommend staying there.

Front desk staff was rude. Scamming people charging for extra people when there was no extra people and you had to pay CASH ($20 extra person) with no receipt. Furniture was stained and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 15 years. Sheets were stained? And we had cockroaches in our room! We left and did not stay and would not give us a refund!!!!!

I booked and paid for a hotel room in advance. At the reception, I was given a key and went to the room. However, the room wasn’t prepared for guests—it still needed to be cleaned. I returned to the reception, and they gave me the key to another room without any issues. Overall, everything was fine, but I wish they paid more attention to cleanliness. The bathroom was a bit dirty, with hair on the floor. Everything else was clean. The room was warm and equipped with an iron, hairdryer, microwave, fridge, and TV. I didn’t have high expectations, so I am quite satisfied with this hotel.

The room had roaches, the tub had hair all in it, the covers had stains on them.

The property has decined in the past few years. We have stayed here several times durung spoon river drive. This year tge room was dirty with dirty towels and dirty underware. The didn't door fid not lock. We will mot stay here again.

My first room looked like someone was staying in it, there was alot of hair in the shower and used towels on the rack. The bed had stains on thei sheets. They switched my room and i had the same problem.

Upon check in the clerk was not friendly or pleasant and took forever. The room had a lot of bothersome flies. I got bites on my neck and torso after lying on bed. The bathtub had no plug tub and the shower mechanics knob was old and creepy.

We stayed only one night, we reserved 2 King rooms, upon arrival only one room was ready and we were asked if we were ok with 2 queens instead of the King, and we were ok with that. We entered the room and one bed was made, I informed the front desk and they quickly got the other bed made and they were so apologetic and said how busy and full they had been the night before, again we were ok with it and told them we understood. The beds were very comfortable, the chairs in the rooms were so dirty and stained they should just throw them out, I would not set on them. I feel a very deep clean in the whole room and hallways would work wonders. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9, I went down at 6:45 am and the lights were not on and the coffee and juice machine had out of order signs on them. There was nothing hot to eat... apples, bread and cereal was it. Very disappointing. The staff was great and tried their best.

Loved the big room I had

The rooms & linens were clean & ready for us when we arrived. Our reservations were easily checked-in & good to go. The atmosphere was pretty quiet. The staff was friendly & helpful when needed. There were some questionable people hanging around downstairs & outside when we got there but the staff quickly made them vacate & were cleaning up the property! It's welcoming & comfortable, even with kids! We enjoyed our stay even though we weren't there for a joyous occasion. We will stay here again!

Well the staff was real nice, but the room smelled, toilet was small and barley flushed, the entire room smelled, Bed was Way to soft

Sid at the front desk is AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond his duties to help me and make my stay easy and stress free .. i had originally booked at another hotel but it had bed bugs and bad and i had arrived in canton late And had one hour before my first day at a new job and had driven all night so his kind and helpfulness was greatly appreciated. THANK YOU SID !! N

Cindy welcomed me at the front desk and was very accommodating with a change I needed. She was pleasant and friendly and greeted me every time we met up. Great job at this location! Clean and quiet and I felt safe.

Needed to cancel my trip, called days before to cancel and all the way to my arrival time to cancel no one ever answered the phone now I’m being charged for my stay. Will not issue a refund because they don’t answer the phone.

The hotel canceled my reservation after I had called to say I would be late. I did not stay and they still charged me full price. I requested a refund and they did not refund me. It was a horrible experience!

I love the area and rhe Ms. Cindy at the front desk is so helpful i love her.

There was a tooth flosser on the floor. People were in the parking lot all night. It had a bed to sleep in that was about all.

Property was old, but also not super clean. Breakfast was waffles and cereal only.

The facility was clean and employees were friendly. Only issues was breakfast wasn't available when we checked at about 8 am. We reserved a room with 2 beds but upon check in this was not available. Luckily a king size bed worked.

It was ok for the price but there was no breakfast just waffle maker, a couple pieces of fruit and a few cups of yogurt.

It is a good place to stay. My only complaint is Breakfast they didn't offer any protein and I have to have protein with every meal.
