Cleaning crew is a little lax. Lots of spider webs and the TV did not work. They did fix that issue. They have a single serve coffee maker in the rooms but parts we missing so was unusable. Parking was great. Overall my experience was pretty good. Will probably stay there again next time I am in town.

Overall me & my family enjoyed our stay. The AC wasn’t as strong as we would have liked & the bed was smaller than I imagined. It was soo hot in the lobby & we had to wait to check in. But the pool was really nice & the property was well kept. I would stay again.

Staff very friendly. Check in a breeze . Gave me a room where I wanted. Pool was excellent. Lots of sun. Hotel is nice and quiet. No scumbags, party types or loud "urban" types to make noise all night. Also the Mint Indian restaurant in the lobby is EXCLELLENT. Their naan bread is some of the best I've had. Made in a tandoor oven so that tells you. The bar in the lobby is good. New bar staff so be patient. All in all a nice weekend getaway from work.

False advertisement! When we booked it said the property had a restaurant/lounge on site, pool and hot breakfast. When we arrived to check in we were told it was under “ new ownership” and that the pool was closed along with the restaurant/lounge. We were told that breakfast would be a “cold” breakfast of just muffins. Rooms were very dirty and smelled. The room had a very dirty dehumidifier in it that was not running. We actually had to go get dinner since the restaurant was closed and when we returned we decided not to stay at this hotel. We were told that since we checked in 3 hours earlier they would not refund any of our money.

Horrible doesn’t begin to describe it. The only good thing I have to say is we didn’t see any bugs. To start off, the room keys did not work consistently, requiring one of us to traipse back to the check in desk twice in a 19 hour stay. The room was 60 degrees when we arrived. The door would not lock unless you slammed or pulled it. There was dirt in the corners of the floor and, to top it off, the floor of the shower was streaked black with dirt that looked as if no one even tried hard to clean it. Do yourself a favor and buy a tent and sleep outside before staying here.

Mold in bathroom, hole in wall, broken desk chair and lamp, stain on comforter, and outdoor chairs in front of rooms like people live her all the time. Did not feel the safest. Now I know why I had to sign a no refund contract when we checked in. The lobby was gorgeous, the rooms…not so much.

It’s okay. I’ve stayed in the past they had a hot breakfast. Not this time only bagels and cereal. Same as before room is ok as far as clean except behind furniture super dirty and dusty. Next time I’ll try a different hotel. Ok stay if you don’t care about breakfast and like a simple room.

The first thing we saw when opening the door was a roach crawling on the side of the bed. The coffee maker still had an old coffee filter inside and not a single cup in the room.

2nd time staying at this hotel, it was not as clean as the first time I stayed. It was dusty and pillow covers had stains. I called for new pillows and was given new pillow covers to put on myself. At least they were clean. Maybe the front desk clerk misunderstood I wanted new pillows. The service is great the front desk girl was very planet and helpful. I still recommend hotel I might try them again.

Charleston area. Has an outdoor pool. Big parking area. Beds are small (like smaller than a full size but a little bigger than a twin) but comfy. Doors on the outside. Room was clean. Water doesn’t drain real fast in the shower or sink. That was kinda inconvenient waiting 10 minutes for the water to drain before the next person could shower. Fridge and microwave in the room. Brick House restaurant sucked- 3 of us showed up. Only one table was occupied but the server spent 10 min talking to them. I went up to the other two servers who were sitting down eating. They said “she’ll be right with you.” Instead of offering to help us. I asked for a menu- they don’t have menus, our waiter will tell us the specials. By this point we hadn’t been offered any drinks, no service, no menu- we left. Breakfast is complimentary, but wasn’t great. The hotel is situated on the outside of town, not real close to any eating establishments. We won’t be staying here again.

The staff was so friendly. I'm disable and they had us on the 2nd floor at first and they cleaned a ground floor room for me. The lobby and restaurant was clean and beautiful. The only thing that I had a problem with is the bed is too hard. But overall I would stay there again and recommend it to my family and friends.

The staff was wonderful. Victoria checked me in and out and was very kind. We left a purse behind and a staff member called me as soon as they found it so I was able to go back and get it before i got too far away. The only issues I had were the beds are very hard and uncomfortable and also the wifi didn’t work in the building I was in. Overall our stay was fairly good.

I thought this was going to be an excellent property coming from a 3 hour drive. The television stopped working after a couple of hours of checking in, we called the lobby multiple times so they can reset the DirecTV system but nobody answered. The shower can be misleading. The shower sprinkler did not work at all. Will not be staying here again.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff polite and friendly. Room was clean. Only complaint I had was they didn't have any USB ports to use so you definitely have to have a plug in charger to charge phones and other electronics.

Will definitely be back! For my business purposes, I rely heavily on the wi-fi connection. Amazing speed! Probably the best signal I've had anywhere!! Room was very clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast in the morning was great. I didn't catch her name, but the girl at the desk recommended a great place to get food that evening. I tried to find a negative, but really couldn't find one.

I picked this place due to the outdoor pool and having a bar and grill attached. The pool itself was ok and had nice chairs but the pool deck had leftover clothes for 2 days, no pool towels the first day and the garbage can was overflowing. The bar and grill had been closed for renovations and should have been made clear before reserving a room. Rooms need updated. You had to absolutely slam the door to get it to close right. Staff was not professional and hard to find when we had a problem or a question. Unless there are some major changes I would not recommend staying here.

When we got to the room and checked the bathroom, it didn't have a shower curtain. We reported it very quickly and they told us they would come when they could. They never came. Then I called around 4:00 in the morning to see if they could bring the curtain before we showered, but nothing happened. The air conditioning didn't work very well either. I was a little disappointed since it's a clean and comfortable hotel near the university.

Our night was interrupted by the neighboring occupants. The had a physical fight in front of our door at 3am. When we went to the front desk in the morning no one was there. No one was at the desk when we checked out either. After being told they would refund the night of the fight, they still charged us for it. Won’t stay there again.

I was overcharged. They have made an incorrect charge to my account, adding a day for which I did not stay. They charged another person's room to my account. I cannot get the owner or management to rectify this situation. Very frustrating to put it mildly.

Charleston area. Has an outdoor pool. Big parking area. Beds are small (like smaller than a full size but a little bigger than a twin) but comfy. Doors on the outside. Room was clean. Water doesn’t drain real fast in the shower or sink. That was kinda inconvenient waiting 10 minutes for the water to drain before the next person could shower. Fridge and microwave in the room. Brick House restaurant sucked- 3 of us showed up. Only one table was occupied but the server spent 10 min talking to them. I went up to the other two servers who were sitting down eating. They said “she’ll be right with you.” Instead of offering to help us. I asked for a menu- they don’t have menus, our waiter will tell us the specials. By this point we hadn’t been offered any drinks, no service, no menu- we left. Breakfast is complimentary, but wasn’t great. The hotel is situated on the outside of town, not real close to any eating establishments. We won’t be staying here again.

I picked this place due to the outdoor pool and having a bar and grill attached. The pool itself was ok and had nice chairs but the pool deck had leftover clothes for 2 days, no pool towels the first day and the garbage can was overflowing. The bar and grill had been closed for renovations and should have been made clear before reserving a room. Rooms need updated. You had to absolutely slam the door to get it to close right. Staff was not professional and hard to find when we had a problem or a question. Unless there are some major changes I would not recommend staying here.

This property has recently changed owners. At this time, they no longer offer coffee makers in the rooms. They also don't provide a continental breakfast. It is now a grab and go consisting of bagels and two choices of cereal. The Brickhouse restaurant is closed as well. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean.

It’s okay. I’ve stayed in the past they had a hot breakfast. Not this time only bagels and cereal. Same as before room is ok as far as clean except behind furniture super dirty and dusty. Next time I’ll try a different hotel. Ok stay if you don’t care about breakfast and like a simple room.

Restaurant is closed. There's no coffee maker in the rooms. Breakfast is cereal and cheap pastries which is sad since they use the restaurant area and obviously have access to ways of providing some hot breakfast options. It is a quiet area. Staff was nice.

Overall it was very nice. Ceiling in bathroom should be fixed as stucco was falling down. Room was very clean though. Breakfast was to be served at 6:30 and it wasn't ready by 7:45.

Will definitely be back! For my business purposes, I rely heavily on the wi-fi connection. Amazing speed! Probably the best signal I've had anywhere!! Room was very clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast in the morning was great. I didn't catch her name, but the girl at the desk recommended a great place to get food that evening. I tried to find a negative, but really couldn't find one.

After arriving late at night and going to sleep, I woke up and realized the bed I was sleeping in was filthy. The shower did not work and the bathroom vanity was unfinished. I packed my things back up and checked out being told I would be refunded. No response when I reached out twice in the Expedia app. I called the hotel and was again told I would be refunded. This was 3 weeks ago and no refund. This place is just awful.
