Stayed 2 nights

I have stayed at this hotel many times as my daughter goes to school at UofO. I always reserve a room with a king size bed and a couch that has a pull out bed. That is so she can stay with us when we are there. We came to move her in this past weekend and we called up to the front office to get sheets for the pull out bed. The guy at the front office came to our room and told us it would be an additional $20 if we wanted to use the pull out. He told me we didn't reserve a room with a pull out. When I showed him our reservation and proved that we did, he then tried to tell us we had the wrong couch in there, that it was a cot. Said the one in my parent's room (right next door) was different and that was the one we were supposed to have. Said he would remove the couch and bring us the correct one. Upon inspecting the couches they were exactly the same. He then started to try and take it apart and could not. He finally looked and me and said I will just pay the $20 for you. They were trying to find every which way they could to nickle and dime us. I will happily pay the higher rate and go stay at one of the other hotels in Clarksville.

Breakfast was great, room was clean. They definitely spray the whole property for bugs because there were dead bugs all around the outside that the workers would sweep up pretty often. Appreciate that since whole stay in Arkansas was full of bugs. The management was very nice and polite. Will definitely be staying here again when in town.

They have outdoor-facing doors, so it is a motel situation. They have a nice pool area. However, the breakfast was very limited and not a great selection.

Bathroom had caked dirt in the corners. The room floor was dirty - needed to be wet mopped but had not been. Sheets smelled weird and I had a severe allergic reaction to something on the bed. I asked to change rooms, but only got bedsheets, and they smelled odd.

Our room was clean. The air conditioning worked great. It's not a fancy place but very comfortable. Breakfast was a nice touch. The only thing I didn't like is we had a fabric chair in our room that was pretty worn with a couple of stains on it.
