I arrived on Friday around 11 pm I had a report due by 7pm on Saturday. The internet was out the entire day with no explanation. It really threw me behind and I had to get an extension which I don’t ever do. This was a huge inconvenience

Loved the bed, the shower was amazing, they had a free social with free food and nonalcoholic drinks Tuesday afternoon 5-7pm. The free breakfast was quality and different menu each morning. Nice pool and recreational area outside. Kitchen was nice, I was able to cook dinner each day I was there. Great price, exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay there again

My room was nice and clean. Amenities was great gym was in good state and breakfast was a good addition. The staff were courteous and helpful. The area has nearby shops and restaurants and the experience I had was great.

We were there for a sports tournament for our daughter. Upon arrival, we were notified that there was no elevator service because the elevator was broken. They did have a man carrying bags up the steps for us but we were traveling with someone that had a hip issue and climbing 3 flights of stairs for him was more than an issue. It was very inconvenient and uncomfortable for him. Getting into our room, our pull out took up the entire living space, to the point we had to move furniture into the bedroom to be able to accommodate for the pull out. The bed we were staying in had big hole in the headboard where the fabric had been scratched and removed. For over $200 a night, I would expect the furniture and space to be way more up to par. We also found rotten spots in the hallway in front of windows, my son was showing me something out of the window on floor 3, when I stepped in front of the window, the floor sank, like the floor had water damage or was rotten. That is a safety issue that needs to be addressed. I am not sure what room we were by but it was a handicapped suit that our friends were staying in.

My sweetie and I came in for my grandson’s first birthday party. We wanted to be close to their house and this was prefect. Our room was clean with a small kitchen. I didn’t realize it would have an apartment size refrigerator. And it ended up we needed it for the cake and fruit salad. The back yard is nicely landscaped with a pool and barbecues for the guests to grill out. The staff was very friendly. We had checked out when my sweetie discovered he had left some clothes hanging in the closet. About an hour later I went and asked if I could get another key to get his clothes. No problem she coded another key for me and I got his clothes. The breakfast buffet is great with a hot station, eggs, potatoes, and a breakfast meat. There were also waffles, yogurt and fruit, oatmeal and a variety of breads, bagels and English muffins. There was something for everyone.

The staff parks right in front of the hotel. There's not enough parkibg. The carpets are filthy. The place smells. Multiple times all you smelled was marijuana. The one and only elevator broke. Inconvenient when you're on the third floor. 5 day stay and no housekeeping. How much longer are they blaming covid?

I paid in full when I booked and when I arrived they wanted to put a $100 hold on my card for “incidentals”. I refused. There is no reason for that. It also was not disclosed anywhere that would be done. Parking was a joke also. Our room was in the front of the building but we had to park on the other side and hike the whole way through the hotel to get to our room.

The room was nice but the hallways, elevator, stairwells were unkempt and dilapidated. It seems they renovated the dining area and rooms but everything else was very dirty. It made me uncomfortable to walk through the hotel.

I checked into a room on the 4th floor. My feet stuck to the floor upon entering, so I went down and requested another room. 2nd room was on first floor a few doors from front desk...seemed cleaner upon entry, but cars and lights could be seen out front through closed black-out drapes. Okay....need sleep. I began wiping down surfaces and sanitizing to my satisfaction. Shortly after I'd wiped a sofa table and went to sit down there, I noticed a baby roach crawling overly the freshly wiped table. EXIT - STAGE LEFT and outta there!!! PROS: Location, staff CONS: Limited parking for check-ins, hallway carpets throughout hotel are FILTHY (adheres to bottom of your shoes, leaves a sticky trail until they're cleaned), black-out curtains don't close properly due to broken/missing curtain hangers, unpleasant smell like cheap cleaners/deodorizers are used to mask dirt/odors instead of real disinfectants.

Perfectly pleasant spot with a large room including full kitchen, king bed, and sofa for a very reasonable price. The hot breakfast was surprisingly good. Location was more or less industrial but very convenient for my road trip. Everyone was friendly and did not encounter any problems.

We loved the room! We met up with family to attend a concert at Merriweather, our room had separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was so spacious, with kitchen and dining area too! The beds were comfortable also! We will probably stay there again!

Everything was clean, but everything was dated. The mattress was saggy on the sides but not too bad. But it literally took over 3 minutes for warm water to get to the room when you turned the faucet on. This happened both days we were there. So, a decent hotel that is in real need of an update. Not real close but a convenient location for Merriweather Post Pavillion.

Had everything we needed for a fun stay between school shopping and family fun. The breakfast was excellent and the entire staff cheerful and super helpful. Our room was the highlight for adults and kids to relax with plenty of space and a full kitchen and well stocked with necessities. Will def stay here again!

Things to improve on: The perfume in the lobby is way too strong. The breakfast menu needs more variety but the fresh fruit was very welcome. The king bed room was quite small, especially for a long stay hotel. The stovetop didn’t work correctly but eventually we managed to scramble some eggs. The kitchen area is very small. The toaster does hold regular size bread. On the good side the thermostat worked properly and the unit was quiet after we switched to a middle room.

I come to this hotel when I travel before it was Sonesta. My room 119 had a lot of dust on the door for the Ac and the vent had mold and i couldn't get another room due to it being packed Also i couldn't sleep well because there were kids up above us and they were running and jumping so hard It was terrible i dont know if i would stay again it was so hard to sleep it was like 4 in the morning i even recorded it also the matress on the sofa was very thin my son said his back hurt

The property is very clean as conveniently located HOWEVER the front desk staff was checking in people on the 3rd floor and was UNAWARE the only elevator was out of order! How is that possible since there was a sign on the elevator! He then told them they needed to climb the stairs with their luggage offering no assistance.

We have been to this property before and had no issues but this time the manager was overbearing, rude, and obnoxious. He kept asking us if there were any problems reoeatedly and we told him, his response was, "oh well that has nothing to do with the hotel. I cant help you with that." We will never stay at at property again!!

The Clerk Kyle was terrible to my son. (RACISM) He said my son was there fraudulently. I his mom paid for his stay. When vson checked in for 2nd day, Kyle took his key card, wouldn't would let him check in. I happened to be on the phone, I heard everything. So, eventually another Clerk to my payment for incidentals and sending pics of my ID, bank card which I don't feel comfortable with a crazy person like kyle there. Then, when my son checked out the next day, he left a bag in the room. Kyle told him Housekeeping locked it in their closet. Which I knew was a lie bc I worked at a hotel part time for years, property is to be left with front desk. So, I went in and Kyle hid from me, I seen him hiding, I confronted him, my son called the police, he then picked up bag & gave to my son. What kinda crap is that?! We will never return there. My son has never experienced that level of racism before in his life. He was traumatized.

This hotel front desk staff was amazing and very helpful. We booked room for two nights but had to check out earlier after one night stay due to a personal situation. The front desk staff was flexible and worked with me and Expedia to charge me only for one night. Also, the breakfast was very good.😊

The person checking me in was either new or wasn't familiar with the system. When I checked in she told the lady in front of me that the systems were down (they were not). When it was my turn she tried to get me to pay full price for the hotel under another reservation. I tried to explain to her that my soccer club paid for the hotel ahead of time, and it was 11:00 pm at night. Once I got in, the room was mediocre at best and surface clean. You could see dust in the vents and see dirt in the corner of the hard floors. My room had a significant slant in the floor and it was wild to think that was safe (room 350). There was noise and people banging on the walls and slamming doors. When you would walk through the halls there was trash EVERYWHERE - I never saw a housekeeper the entire time I was there. Breakfast was terrible, it looked like a microwave did all the cooking. I would not be back to this hotel based on the lack of knowledge from the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the overall stay was not relaxing at all.

Everything was clean, but everything was dated. The mattress was saggy on the sides but not too bad. But it literally took over 3 minutes for warm water to get to the room when you turned the faucet on. This happened both days we were there. So, a decent hotel that is in real need of an update. Not real close but a convenient location for Merriweather Post Pavillion.

Quick trip for a concert. Room was clean and comfortable, free breakfast was a plus. Staff was very nice when checking in and out. Would definitely stay here again.

One of best lodge at Columbia/Baltimore Maryland close by Washington DC. I would visit the same staybridge Suites again when we plan the visit to Baltimore or DC(Less than an hour Drive from Staybridge Suite). The best part was the great breakfast service in the morning. My kids and parents loved the waffle, hash browns, fruits, scrambled egg, bread, different flavored juice, and many more included with the suite booking.

The front desk was super nice. The breakfast was great and had tons of options. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It did get humid in the room but for the cleanliness, I can’t complain. All in all a great stay!

The room smelled like the last guest fried a bucket of chicken. It was nauseating. We did not request a room switch because we were running a tight schedule for activities we had planned in the area. To top it off what hotel in 2023 does not have nondairy milk for coffee. 9 years ago when I went vegan, I expected that. Today, it is unacceptable.

Things to improve on: The perfume in the lobby is way too strong. The breakfast menu needs more variety but the fresh fruit was very welcome. The king bed room was quite small, especially for a long stay hotel. The stovetop didn’t work correctly but eventually we managed to scramble some eggs. The kitchen area is very small. The toaster does hold regular size bread. On the good side the thermostat worked properly and the unit was quiet after we switched to a middle room.

Acceptably clean and spacious room. Bed was comfortable as well as the pull out couch. The walls are very thin, so the barking dogs and screaming children in our hallway could be heard throughout the day.

The only thing I would suggest is put a fan in the bathroom because it gets really hot in there after a shower. Other than that, the place was amazing!

All was good with the property and the room. Loved the setup: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, with a full kitchen. I loved it. I noticed the bedroom doors did not have locks. I love that each room has everything that a single room needs, and the place was excellent. The front desk agent did not remind me of the time the free breakfast was served. Other than that, my stay was comfortable and nice.
