Staybridge Suites Columbia - Baltimore by IHG

Staff were polite, property was nice and room was clean. Elevator needed to be swept as it was being used by the contractors as they were doing some renovating. Breakfast was 'ok'. Seen alot of people bringing in pets, but never heard the first noise.

Very clean and great rooms

Gym and laundry were fine, people were nice. Place was in construction and dirty w the doors open to the outside next to my door the whole time.i couldn’t sleep bc i could hear the next door guests snoring through the walls and then the upstairs guests was very loud at 5:15am. Everything was worn out walls chairs carpets. It felt aweful trying to get to my hotel room while passing construction workers in the building the entire time.

The staff was amazing! The breakfast was amazing! We saw a roach in room 231. The rooms were very clean however they looked like they needed to be upgraded. Outlets didn’t work. Poor paint job. Paint dropping through out. Great welcome/thank you bags . Unfortunately a dog pooped in the lobby and the owner did not pick it up. That is NOT a reflection on your establishment. I just can’t believe someone did that. Lol. I would recommend
