Hilton Garden Inn Boise/Eagle

Property is very nice and the service was great. Parking can be complicated because of the restaurant next door, had to circle around hoping someone would leave a couple times.

DeShawn is fantastic at assistance, follow up, and overall friendly demeanor at the front desk. I truly appreciated his prompt follow up regarding getting me in contact with manager to make arrangements with the onsite breakfast cafe. The manager, Desi, was also prompt to follow up. I appreciated her verifying with the kitchen first to see if they would be able to accommodate our large group since we were in town for a family reunion and the hot weather caused a last minute shift in plans that left us looking for somewhere we could enjoy a family breakfast together before parting ways. She was able to advise us on time and give them the heads up in advance there would be multiple separate tickets so they were ready for us on Sunday morning when our family members converged in their dining area. When e arrived, they were ready with tables set up in a way we could easily enjoy one another’s company and converse without getting in the way of other guests. Rebecca had already proven her kindness in the prior days we were there as I interacted with her at the beverage table in the lobby, but she also did an awesome job at providing service to our large group and everyone agreed she was great at taking care of us. Yes, chain hotels are pretty much the same, but this one in Eagle is close enough to everything, has plenty of parking available, is next door to some good local eateries, et cetera. It’s the people working at this one which make the differ

Staff was great to work with. Elevator needs to be checked. The door close button on both elevator’s did not work

The room was very comfortable. It was located right next to an adequate gym and indoor pool. There was an excellent restaurant, right on the property. My only complaint was that my stay was too short.

Very nice place. Carpets need to be cleaned! But was a very safe area. Im at the Garden Inn in Medford. Place is nice. The area is crap! Hopefully my car isn’t broken into!

One of the nicest and friendliest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, truly genuine people running this hotel. My King room was very spacious, clean and quiet, loved my 3 night stay visiting friends, shopping and thoroughly enjoyed the many many amazing restaurants around.

THE RIVER FRONT BALCONY

My room had a lovely view of the mechanical equipment on the roof.

Staff was so happy to see us. Room was clean and had a beautiful mini balcony over looking rhe river. Loved it!

Loved our river view room. The balcony was huge and a great place to enjoy some peace and quiet, just don’t forget the bug spray I got eaten up! The staff was extremely helpful and nice. We had breakfast there and the food was great and the waitress made our stay!! We were trying to figure out where we wanted to adventure to that day, never been to that area, and she gave us directions of hotsprings to enjoy in the area and the best spots to see. Looking forward to our next stay!

Nicest room I’ve ever seen. I love the time I spent here. And I have been to 100s of hotels.

The noise from the room above us was loud. I heard adult footsteps all evening. I was surprised by this. Everything else was great.

Hotel room was large and modern. Breakfast in the morning was one of the best I've had.

Always a hassle to check in

The stay was perfect from beginning to end. Got there early and front desk asked cleaners to get on it and then called me when it was done. Every staff member was friendly and service minded. Room was clean and comfortable. I cannot recommend a hotel more. I don’t know how anyone doesn’t rate this a 10 of 10

This hotel is the perfect escape from the big city. It offers views of the river and direct access to the water. Additionally, there are a variety of excellent cuisine options available to choose from. You can also take a stroll or energizing jog along the Greenbelt. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are warm and welcoming.

This is a lovely property next to the Boise River. I had plenty of places to walk my dog and the breakfast they provided free was delicious and cooked to order. There is an excellent restaurant next door as well, Bardenay that has a great dog friendly patio.

The Boise River ran behind the property and was quite lovely. There was a walking path that you could avail yourself to if so desired. Lots of trees lined the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only real drawback to the property was the traffic on the main street due to the construction.

Great place to stay?! Right on riverside walking trail, comfortable with friendly helpful staff. Great restaurant with lovely patio right next door, and Creamery & Coffee and smoorhie place sharing the parking lot. I plan on returning!

The two ladies serving breakfast were outstanding. Virginia Moreland and Rebecca were the best ever. We ate there all 3 mornings during our stay there because the food was good and the service was outstanding. I didn't see any recycle receptacles around the hotel in or outside.

Breakfast should have scrambled eggs in the baffet. Rediculous to say ever since Covid we can’t have that. Then you have to buy a breakfast to order for more money. Pillows were flat. Thin toilet paper. Nice location overlooking the Boise River with a beautiful walking area. Refrigerator is enclosed in a cabinet that got hot.

For the prices that you charge for this property, it is a so so hotel. Nothing fancy. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the breakfast which is not free was just bad, even the coffee was cold! The staff is very friendly, but it does not have the upscale feel that the price should give its customers. I believe that since you are the only hotel in this general area, you are jacking up the prices.
