It was OK, but the photos show a kitchen and it does have a kitchen area. However, there is no dish soap, cups, glasses, utensils or pots and pans which makes it pretty moot. You can't even heat water in the microwave, so I had to go to the Dollar General and get something to heat water in to make coffee.

Important point- NO ELEVATOR IN THIS 3 STORY BUILDING! Either I missed that or it wasn’t stated. That’s a big deal when traveling with someone who can’t manage stairs! The only selling point of our stay here was the front desk staff who was very helpful and friendly. We had two units. Both were very run down and in need of repair and both smelled horrible (think mold, must, smoke, pot, and air freshener). The outside door to get into the building also stopped by our rooms working during our stay. Ironically, the units were clean and housekeeping was good- the place just needs some serious fixing.

Property has a full kitchenette with desk and bar top . Very homey feel. Have to go to front desk and they will supply you with cooking dishes and utensils as well as a welcome kit. Noisy esp during the day and starts vac n hallways at 8am. Has pet potty area with doggie potty bags & disposal.

I won’t blame the staff. They were as helpful as they could be. There are no carts to help with bringing in luggage. Although this stay should accommodate your own cooking, there was no coffee pot, kitchen utensils, tools, plates, etc. Bathroom floor was dirty, and the hotel smells like tobacco. This is NOT wear I want to stray following a really long travel day.

The staff were friendly when I saw them. The continental breakfast is not a breakfast. You’d do better to just offer great coffee. Skip the other items as they are not good even on the low end. The hallway had an odor. The room felt really drab. I believe you could cut the breakfast and add $10 a night and have the finances to do a light refresh to rooms and hire better staff. Those two changes for me would make this a four star.

Not much to like about this place other than the staff was friendly and helpful. Outdated facility that's definitely past it's prime. Sketchy people hanging out drinking in the parking lot at all hours. The bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable that we could barely sleep. Room smelled heavily of cologne that must have been used to cover up the underlying smell of cigarette smoke. The refrigerator suddenly started making sounds like a semi truck in the middle of the night- so bad that I had to get up to unplug it. Heater/ AC unit loudly kicks on about every 10 minutes and wakes you up. We stayed there 2 nights for our son's graduation at nearby Miami University and we honestly got about 3 hours of sleep the first night and only slept a little more the second night because we were so exhausted from the first night. "Breakfast" consisted of packaged muffins and Nature Valley Granola bars. It wasn't cheap to stay here either! Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

My only issue was that the bed that I slept in was the hardest mattress I have ever slept in. I'm a 28 y/o Female and I don't have back issues but after that night I was worried I would lol I woke up at 2:30am and consider if the floor would be a better option. I was very sore the next morning to say the least for my 8:45am interview that I had at the nearby hospital. Please consider better mattresses.

Eric at the front desk was exceptional! Great check-in experience and even called to follow-up to see how my room was and if there was anything else I may need. Convenient area though the property is set off in some trees, so no distracting highway noise. I had a nice view out my second floor window and they’re supposed to have coffee and gran-and-go items in the AM, so that’s a win as well.

Checked in after 12:00 am and was told my reservation was “audited” after midnight through their system so my reservation was canceled without a refund. They later told Expedia that they would give me paper work to refund if I go to see their manager in the morning after 6:00 am. I was homeless and slept in the parking lot in my car all night. The morning manager angrily told me there will be no refunds because I was a no show before 12:00 am and their policy is to automatically cancel reservations after midnight. I asked him to show me where that policy is he didn’t have anything to show. He asked Expedia never showed it to me? I told him there is no such policy from Expedia. I’ve traveled for work and leisure in the US, Europe, Mexico and Asia and have never heard of such a policy.

The front desk person was very nice. I didn't check in until around 10, so she was not at the desk when I got there. She apologized when she got there and gave me a big corner room. She called about a half hour later to make sure everything was ok with the room. Just very nice service.

Very dated. Old furniture. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke. We realized the next morning the smoke detector was covered in plastic & a rubberband. No hair dryer. Complimentary breakfast was definitely lacking.

I enjoyed the stay at extended stay for Thanksgiving and my girls enjoyed it as well. They had fun in the room with activities we brought along and there was a mini fridge to put their snacks and drinks in and even a microwave to warm up left overs from the holiday dinner. The room was very clean and we felt so welcome there. It was like being in a mini apartment and the breakfast was just what the Dr ordered cereals, fruit, juice and milk also donuts, we all enjoyed it. Great job extended stay, we felt right at home. We had everything we needed for the 4 days we were there.
