The stay at the America Best Value in Farmington New York was to see ans spend time with my granddaughter. The staff were very polite and friendly. The continental breakfast was was not great but there was a diner close by. Two gas stations and a few fast-food restaurants. The property was well maintained and updated. It was clean and quite. Very affordable for the week i spent there. Public laundromat behind the property. My granddaughter was very very happy with her stay. There is no pool.

My husband and i stayed here while on our way to drop off diesels and we had 2 other drivers taking other trucks that are traveling with us so we got them a room as well. I was not honestly expecting a room this cheap to be such an amazing room. It was clean (even smelled like it was clean) right down to the curtains being nice and clean. No stains on the bedding, the bathroom was spotless and nice. The bed was so comfortable and so were the pillows. All of the bedding smelled super clean and was soft. Honestly i could spend a week on vacation in this room. It's not a huge room, but it's so nice. Completely unexpected for the low price. We really enjoyed our stay and the lady working the desk who checked us in was really nice and friendly. We recommend this hotel and will visit again. Thank you for an enjoyable night of restful sleep. We needed it.

The room met all our criteria - extremely clean, very cool, and absolutely quiet (cannot hear traffic noise at all). The plus was that the bed was one of THE best hotel beds we have ever slept in and all the linens were tops. Thanks.

Kept our cloths on when sleeping and left as soon as we could. It was very dirty and run down. Sheets and pillows seemed to not have been cleaned. We did feel comfortable enough to shower, it was so dirty.

Overall, I was pleased with the room based on what they offered in comparison with the price. The room & bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast is coffee, juice & danish. There was a minimum amount of amenities. Having said that,the price of this hotel was lower than all the other ones in the area and there were lots of breakfast options in the area and I always bring my own amenities. The hotel is also in a convenient location to highways and tourist attractions. I would stay there again.

Even though this is motel-style property, there wasn’t any noticeable noise outside of our window. The lack of a minifridge is a con, as we had food and drinks in our cooler that needed a place overnight.

Property was ok. Rooms are on the small side. Bathroom paint was chipping around the tub. This is good for a one night stay not a long vacation stay. Staff was kind check in was quick n check out was easy. Breakfast is a simple grab n go snack. Overall if your looking for a place for the night and don’t mind a small room this is the way to go.

We stayed here for two nights. This is a privately owned hotel and the owners are a married couple who were wonderful. The hotel and the grounds were extremely well kept, clean and updated. The owners take enormous pride in their hotel and it shows. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I accidentally left something valuable in the room. Called them and they accommodated holding it for me. So pleased. Definitely will return. The property was well done and spotless. Sheets and towels also spotless. A rare occurrence from our past motel stays.

So I travel a lot and have been to most hotels in the greater Rochester area. I have to say that this hotel was by far superior than in cleanliness. The only issue I had was how thin the walls are. Even so, It was surprisingly quiet except for the noise coming from the next rooms TV. But it didn’t last long because they were decent enough to turn it off at around 10 pm! I stayed for 3 nights and I left a note of appreciation and a small tip. The first time that I’ve done that. Oh, also, they allowed me to check in early so that I could rest after driving 6 hours. They were really nice! Loved it there! Please don’t take this lightly because I am extremely picky. Lol

Checkin took extra time because the credit card reader didn't work properly (my card worked everywhere else on this trip). Breakfast was limited and the juice machine wasn't working. Sitting at the desk in the room was a bit cold as it was close to the door on a cold and windy night. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

We had booked 2 rooms, one of which had a strong animal urine odor in it, despite there being a no-pets policy. (someone obviously violated the policy!) The managers promptly gave us a different room. The office was unmanned, but someone came fairly quickly when we rang the bell, and staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and modern. Perfect for a place to sleep after a wedding.

Staff needed to be welcoming….smiling at least and say hello or greet you some way! The room was great. Forget the breakfast as the muffins are awful and at 9:00 the regular coffee pot was empty???? Really goof room and location though and good value.

Nice place to stay, great restaurants close by. The Breakfast is very limited at best, but the coffee is really good. The staff is great! A small table to sit down to eat you morning snack would be nice. I would recommend.

Convenient place to overnight on a long car trip, just 2 miles south of I90. It is no frills, but clean and had what we needed-fridge plus microwave, so we could make some breakfast in the room. There is also a motel breakfast, but that is pretty basic, so we skipped it.

The apples and bananas at breakfast were very good quality. I went to the lobby 19 minutes before the end of breakfast for another apple and the manager was actually refilling all the fruit bowls even though it was near the end of breakfast. The coffee was also good, and they had granola bars and packaged pastries too.

The hotel is conveniently located, the room was very clean and looked on the newer side. The bathroom functioned but was on the small side. The free breakfast was very limited (no hot food), just fruit, granola bars, packaged pastries, juice and coffee. I paid one hundred seventy five dollars for my stay, which was way too much. I would say a hundred is good if you just want a clean room with a bed and will be eating breakfast elsewhere. Nothing wrong with the place if you get a room for the right price.

Nice, clean, felt safe. I just didn’t like that breakfast only consisted of honey buns, granola bar, apples, banana and coffee. Also had to ask for the iron for use.
