Hampton Inn Cincinnati Airport South

When we got to our room, it turned out that some young people had the next room and were quite noisy. We asked to be moved and the staff understood and were gracious about doing that. Staff was asked and gave us an excellent recommendation of a restaurant. Sheila in both cases was the staff who was so helpful

The room was clean and the staff was very polite and helpful

We had a double queen room. I use a walker to move about and I am not tall. I could not get into the bed without help. The beds are too tall for short people. Also I had to walk sideways with the walker to get into the bathroom, very tight space.

I always stay at a Hampton Inn whenever I travel if it's available. This Hampton Inn however was different. All of the staff were excellent..very nice and helpful. No issues there. The hotel itself seems really dated...and the bed was not very comfortable. Although it was no fault of the Hampton Inn, the noise level at this hotel is insane. Motorcycles, semis with Jake brakes, kids yelling, marijuana smell on the 2nd floor....it was crazy, and made for a horrible night of sleep. The breakfast was good and the coffee was good....but if you need a good night's sleep, I would look elsewhere.
