On town for concert at Gillette Stadium. Easy check in and out. Huge room loke an apartment. Be grest for kong tetm stays. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, living room etc. Bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel was full but very quiet. Nice outdoor sitting space with gas fire pit, patio heater, bbq grill. Decent size indoor pool, outdoor basketball court. Definitely will stay again and recommend.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff friendly and overall enjoyed our stay. A few small hiccups, such as the lobby bar not being open, and lack of coffee at breakfast buffet in morning. Other than that, we were satisfied with our choice.

In a business park close to 495. Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor area (we didn’t use) with sport court, tennis court, outdoor seating area with grill. We were attending event at Gillette Stadium, so location was convenient for that. Variety of hot and cold breakfast food in morning. I thought $7/nt parking fee was silly because they have a large lot with nothing else in area…not in a downtown metropolitan area with limited space.

I have stayed at this property before and have always had a good experience. The facility is nice and the suites are roomy. One thing that was different this stay versus times I have stayed before is that they wanted to charge me $7 for parking. I wasn't told about this fee before hand and it was not charged to me during my initial booking, it was something charged to me after I checked in. They didn't ask me if I had a car but just charged me for the parking. I, of course, do have a car but have never been charged for it at any suburban hotel. I decided to go ask the front desk about it and, to their credit, they offered to refund it. I asked why they have it and was told that a lot of people riding the commuter rail were parking in their lot and leaving on the train. I found this strange because you are punishing the people who stay in your hotel because people not staying in your hotel are abusing your lot. Charging me $7 isn't going to stop those commuters.

We generally liked our stay here. What we didn't like is that there is a daily charge for parking that is not made clear when you reserve. Though eventually I was told I would get this refunded, it was a struggle getting the front desk to agree. Did not care for that. It is also ridiculous to charge for parking in a large open air lot with plenty of spaces. This is not a municipal garage. Other than that, the room was comfortable, quiet, and reasonably clean.

Property was not maintained. Stained tub, stained coffee mugs, pool was very cloudy, found little bugs flying around the room and power went off for several hours. We paid extra for parking that was not advertised. Very unhappy with the cost of the stay.

Housekeeping needs to step up their game. Had to ask for towels twice for a 4 night stay. Never got my trash emptied once, I did it! Hotel definitely needs a renovation and not that clean!! Needed to switch my first room because the carpet smelled like pet urine…yuck!! :(

We were highly disappointed in this hotel. we found a cheese ball under the oven, right in front - easily found. There was a hair in the kitchen sink. The kitchen was poorly lite. The light over the stove did not work. The bedroom remote did not work. There was only one towel rack to dry bath towels. The bathroom fan was very loud and sucked all the warm out and allowed cold air in while taking a a shower. And to top it off - the TV did not include any stations on which to watch the Superbowl!. We will not be staying there again.

The staff were very nice, however the rooms could had been cleaner. We had a 2 bedroom, neither one of the bathroom floors were cleaned, the mirrors has streaks. The drawer at the bottom of the oven was greasy and dirty. If the cleaning would had been done I would have given a 5 star. The staff were great.

This was the most disgusting, run-down, dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The first room smelled like dirty feet, so I moved to another one. That room was better, but there were stains and pubic hairs in the bed. The silverware, knives, and plates were caked in dried up food. The bathroom sink was clogged so it’d fill to very quickly. The shower only had one temperature: scalding hot. I cancelled the next night and checked out a day early. The staff was ok, but they didn’t offer any credit or partial compensation About this hotel if you can.

I did not get housekeeping once the 3 nights I stayed. There were ants in my room as well, in the bathroom. I’ve stayed before and it was fine but this time, not so great unfortunately.

The hotel property itself and lobby looked well kept. The staff at the desk were very friendly and accommodating. There was easy onsite parking. But here’s why I took off two stars: - I couldn’t do a mobile checkin and key until 4:15 which was 15 mins after the checkin time so I had to do a regular checkin. -When I checked out there was a guest/man in his pajamas and no shoes at the desk asking questions (the no shoes is what bothered me) -The pull out mattress is not for anyone over 80lbs. The “mattress” was like sleeping on a thin army cot and the springs creaked and felt like they were going to give way. Also no extra sheets for the mattress pad/pull out in the room. -The refrigerator was so loud it sounded like a Locomotive all night. -The door to the bedroom was cracked and the door handle didn’t really work.

The walls and the ceiling was paper thin, i heard everything that people were talking about in the other rooms, the people above us had kids tha woke up at 5am and just ran around and dropping stuff on the floor. Needless to say my wife and i did not get any sleep.

The power was off for most of my visit. I enjoyed the room up until then, didn’t get to shower or use the pool or even eat breakfast. The staff was amazing and attentive but really disappointed a great night turned out badly.

Front counter gal was not pleasant-kind of dismissive when checking-in and check-out. No greeting or response to thank you. At check-out, I let her know the night before, we had maintenance check out our rooms toilet issues and the toilet issue was still not resolved and all she said was okay your set to go..

Check in time was 3:00 PM we arrived at 4:05 and room was not ready. Returned at 6:00 PM got into our room but delay caused issues with our time table. Otherwise the room was fantastic and we had a comfortable stay.

Front desk needs to know answers when guest ask. Never informed guest that there was a $7 day charge for cars. I’ll pay that when I’m in the city but in the country that’s crazy. Not every one likes dark roast coffee. Better selection.

Samantha was super welcoming upon arrival and explained everything about the property amenities. Erin checked up on us occasionally to see if we needed anything. All the staff were very helpful and polite as we encountered them throughout our stay. The room was exceptional and we had no issues with anything. Beds were ultra comfortable and it was nice and quiet during our time in the room. We were very impressed with our stay and will definitely be back when we return to the area.

Great location and area. Stayed here for a patriots game, it’s only 20 minutes away. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were very spacious. Booked a 2 bedroom room. Had a full kitchen also. Room was clean. Bathrooms were basic, shower with tub. Water pressure wasn’t that good in the shower but are they ever good? Bed was nice, king size. Decent pillows. Each room had a tv. The pool was nice also. Nice size. Property was well taken care of. There was a nice shopping center down the road if you needed anything. Breakfast was also available. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful with any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Easy access to the T for trips into Boston. Franklin is a beautiful New England town--really enjoyed visiting all the shops. The entire staff at the Residence Inn were pleasant, helpful and professional--noticeably so---which was much appreciated.

The hotel was in a great location for us during the holidays. Just a minute or 2 from Rt 495, it was clean and spacious. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was standard but we had what we needed. We were pleased with our suite with a full kitchen, large bathroom and 2 TVs. Only surprise was that the rooms were not cleaned between our first and second night there. Maybe because it was Xmas Day? It was fine, it just surprised us.

This property by far was the cleanest hotel/motel that i have seen in years even before Covid. The staff went above and beyond. And the breakfast in the morning was not juice and stake danish it was hot eggs,sausage,home fries,waffles as well as various toppings for your eggs and yogurt and muffins(english and blueberry) as well as bagels. Place is top notch
