Staff unfriendly check in was uncomfortable at best. Staff was watching a soccer game and was visibly upset i was checking in. Security depoait is in cash 100.00 no notice about that until I was at the counter. Included breakfast was a very dry muffin. For the price this was horrible. The smell of weed coming from other guests was also bad. On top of the dog barking at 1 am. So much for no pets. Staff could care less.

There is no breakfast done let it fool you. The cards to the doord give you a very hard time and wont open the outside door. Can tell property has been recently renovated (last few years) the young guy behind the counter was unfriendly and un caring

Required to leave $100 cash deposit for room before entering, in order to prove you won't smoke in the room. The morning attendant physically checks your room before returning your cash. Very unprofessional. There were many overnight work staff staying there. Vending machines empty. Won't be back.

No blow dryer in room and when asked front desk they provided one but did not work tub is slippery should be no skid on shower mat. The website says breakfast included but not provided was told to talk to manager but manager not in till after check out. Hotel not secure back door swipe missing door freely opens for anyone. Would not recommend this hotel

The parking lot was extremely dark parking lot lights were malfunctioning. It was actually quite scary. When I checked out the attendant asked me to sit in the lobby and wait five minutes while he checked the room. I went with him. He proceeded to start moving nightstands, and looking behind them, looking all over the floor for what I don’t know. I would not recommend this property in anyway.

I was disappointed when there was no breakfast; one reason I chose this place was due to breakfast. The hotel did not look like the photos. Room was clean but the hallway only had half the lights working and felt unsafe. It did its job, we rested and survived.

Booked as a night getaway out of town for my boyfriend and I. Entire facility smelt of marijuana. Bed felt like you were sleeping in a sheet of plywood. Had one towel for the room with one washcloth.

The doors do not lock to the outside lot so building is not secure. Building smelled like bleach, mold, and weed. Trash in the parking lot. Bathroom door did not close all the way. Broken down cars in the back of the building. Felt unsafe going to parking lot after dark.

Their idea of breakfast was just muffins, nothing else offered. The bed sheets were dirty and had burn holes in them. While taking a shower the water pressure and temperature kept changing and it fully turned off then back on a few times also. No elevator (at least that I could see). No ac running through the building so the stairway and hallway was scorching hot and the ac in the room was off as well.

Absolutely disgusting...bed bugs, cigarette burns in sheets, stains, blood..the staff rudest people ever

Upon arriving there was a large hair in the hot tub and when leaving i dropped an earing behind the bed and when i went to get it there was a bloody tampon stuck between the bed and the wall. I told staff and he just insisted that i leave it there of course but when we leave he would have his staff remove it i was not offered a discount and i was a little grossed out to say the least

The bedding had some kind of black stains, and the curtains were ripped down slightly, not to mention the vent next to the hot tub was absolutely disgusting

This hotel was extremely clean. We stayed there twice both times. The rooms were very clean. The king beds are very comfortable. Nice big TVs. There’s a McDonald’s right across the street in a very quiet area off the highway. They just have done renovations. Owners are very, very kind.

Not the cleanliness of properties, although I did see a cleaning lady mopping the lobby upon checkout time. The room was dirty, jetted tub was not clean and the “breakfast included” consisted of only muffins left out in a tray. We did not expect a 4/5 star hotel by the photos obviously but we did expect it to be clean in the very least. Roughed it out for the night because property is a non refundable and we were exhausted from driving all day. Do not recommend. Crowd outside was sketchy and property was not up to par to even the photos provided by the location.

The night shift window staff is rude and lazy!! Door cards stop working had to get rep new cards 2 different times beds are wavy not comfy at all. Cheap and efficient pretty much fridge is not cold freezer frozen

Booked the jacuzzi room and glad I did. It filled with quickly and it was more than hot enough. Bed was comfortable and clean. Only are lacking in my opinion is the tv, it was small and the sound wasn’t great. All in all I would stay again for sure.

It had almost no taste. The only thing to eat were some mini muffins. It's a good thing there was a waffle house next door.

When we arrived we went to our room which does not look anything like the photos on here . No iron the desk chair half the weather was missing no bags for your dirty clothes I don’t have any no ice bucket the trim is falling off the walls. We had to watch going out the door because it was hanging in front of the door. Bathroom door would not shut. They whole place stunk I asked for clean towels didn’t have any we didn’t want them in our room, but they had no choice because the maid didn’t come in until 10:00 I asked that they be left at the front desk. They would not do that. They do not have a breakfast like they say. A storm came. We got an alert on our phone to take shelter. I ask where we were supposed to go to take shelter got towed that our room was our shelter. I highly recommend that you do not stay at this motel. It is not what it is supposed to be at all. We were very unsatisfied with our experience and what stayed somewhere else had we not already had this motel booked !! I checked for bedbugs first thing down in between the mattress, and the frame was food This is the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life I would highly recommend that you spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else. This motel needs to be removed from motels.com because what they have pictures of is not correct please be cautious. Whatever they clean the tub in was so slick that my friend fell in the tub There is not enough space for me to type how bad it was literally.

I stayed here several nights at the Middletown , Ohio one across from McDonald’s. I was on contract at atrium so this place was convenient. However , there was always long dark hairs on the towels and wash cloths. They often looked like someone had stomped on them before placing them in the bathroom. There have been times homeless people walked in and around the front doors. One night someone was banging on the door across from me cursing someone out at 3 am then she came back around at 4 am to do that again. The air conditioner was not working in one of the rooms and one of the times I was there the vent cover fell off. There was a room with bright pink nail polish spilled all over the floor. There were a few times my key card didn’t work so I had to go back to the desk to get new one. One time my key card didn’t work at all bc it looked like where you insert the card was malfunctioned so my door just didn’t lock the three nights I was there. The blankets and sheets have what look like food hardened or cigarette burn holes . One night I heard a dog barking even though signs say no dogs allowed. There is a very unfriendly check in guy at 10 pm . Every single time I showed up he never smiled and looked like he would rather be anywhere else. Maybe he is just tired. The only positive things I can say is I didn’t see any bedbugs and I stayed several different times in several different rooms.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Within just an hour of checking into the Super 8 in Middleton, Ohio, we received a rude phone call from the front desk YELLING at us to stop walking around because our room was above their office. This was incredibly unprofessional and upsetting—especially considering our children were sitting quietly eating their dinner. We had already emphasized to them the importance of being quiet since it was late, and they were doing an excellent job. On top of that, we discovered several dead bugs in the room, and there was no remote for the TV. When we went to the front desk to ask for one, we were told to just “find a button” because they didn’t have any remotes available. 10/10 do not recommend staying here. Honorable mention to Expedia for stepping in and trying to help resolve the issues—unlike the hotel staff

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The motel asks for a $100 cash deposit on top of the room price which isn’t mentioned until arrival. To say the Motel was dated and ran down is a nice way off saying it’s a dump, which made me wonder about the deposit. No breakfast as advertised, they put out coffee and 2 small muffins for the entire motel. At check out I was expecting to get my $100 deposit back and a woman who checked the room came up to my wife and told her they’re keeping our deposit cause we burned a hole in the blanket on the bed! First of all we didn’t burn a hole in the blanket, it was already there. I noticed it as soon as we got in the room and pointed out to my wife. Second of all in no way shape or form was that 20 year old blanket worth more than $10. Basics the staff called us liars and refused to give any of our deposit back. I believe they do this as a means to rip off customers. They are nothing more than low life thieves!! If I wasn’t running so late I would have called the police on the employee who stole my $100. She refused to give me her name, refused to give me the managers name, or the owners name! Do yourself a favor and avoid this dump at all cost! It is the worst place I’ve stayed at my entire life. And the rudeness and unprofessionalism is by far the absolute worst if ever ran across!

Staff was prompt and friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms.

They not petty. They cater to your needs for your room, like towels, soap, tissue anytime.

Waited 30 mins at check for an attendant to come to front desk

The desk clerk was by far the rudest person he didn’t say not one word at check in I told him my name have him my ID he slid my key under the window and went and sat back down watching I think was a basket ball game. Don’t tell me anything about the facility where my room was nothing. The hotel looks ran down and old and the room was really horrible. I will not ever stay at that place again.

Night manager at check in wasn’t very nice. Pictures made the hot tub look very large and nice, however it wasn’t. No coffee pot in room, no clock in room. Breakfast consisted of mini muffins, coffee, juice. The coffee pot wasn’t refilled, and juice machine was shut off early

First off, I have never heard of a place requiring a customer to put up $60 to $100 in CASH as a deposit instead of the credit card used to pay for the room. Luckily, I had cash on me. I got up to the room on the second floor and entered the room that smelled like it had been smoked in. The window was open with no screen. A stink bug was crawling on the drapes. The AC unit was off. So I got the stink bug out of the room, closed the window and drapes. Turned on the AC. Checked my bed for bedbugs (none found). Got some sleep. The next morning I went down to the lobby for what their ad described as "free breakfast". It consisted of coffee, apple juice, orange juice and mini muffins. It was a total let down. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be spending any more nights at that property. I would be embarrassed to call it a Wyndham Property.

Its a bit dated. If your looking for a quick night and on the road then its fine. The "breakfast is a complete joke. Coffee and a muffin, again a complete disgrace to call it breakfast.
