The room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the in-room coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Being on an extended trip having access to the hotel washer and dryer was a big plus. The hot tub was very nice way to end each day. The breakfast buffet was good. I was in the area for high school and family reunions and would stay here again.

All I can say is the location was great. However, the hot tub didn't work, and both the pool and hot tub were FILTHY. I normally don't complain, but this is my 2nd stay at an AmericInn recently and both times I was disappointed. The front desk staff was awesome, but another employee tried convincing several of us in the pool area the hot tub was a "therapy" hot tub. At this point, I don't know if I am willing to stay at an AmericInn again as it appears ownership is unable to maintain the properties.

We had a room on the 3rd floor, everything was quite. The Fulton area is small but has many things to offer! The only thing that we had issues with is the ice machine on the 3rd floor did not work! Other than that our stay was perfect! This was our second stay and we will be back!

When we opened our room door we were hit in the face with a musty stench. Our room overwhelmingly smells like damp towels that were left at the bottom of the washer for days. There appears to be mold on the bathroom ceiling and everything (carpet, towels, beds, etc) feels damp. I assume this is a humidity/moisture issue but makes the stay unenjoyable. Front desk supplied air freshener but it only briefly marked the scent.

This hotel discriminated against my disabled mother in law and her service dog. They were extremely rude. The rooms had lady bugs and stink bugs all over the place. The hot tub bubbles and heat didn’t work. Nor did the handicap chair lifts for the pool and hot tub. We won’t be coming back here at all. They’ve definitely lost our business and we visit the area often.

My stay was an overall excellent experience. I had booked a room with 2 twin beds and a king bed, but the room hadn't been cleaned. The desk person immediately rectified the issue by giving me two large connecting rooms. The property was clean and comfortable.

Staff had given my prepaid room to someone else with same last name. Actually changed the name and address of my booking (they lived in a different state even) to the other person's info. All of my reservation messages started coming with the other person's name. They did have another room to give me but my receipt had the other person's info on it even though they said they would fix it after taking my photo id. Whole situation made me uncomfortable.

Owner/manager was very friendly and engaging. Was easy stay, especially since we were traveling with a dog--no fuss, no overly complicated process. Continental breakfast was meh, and would probably encourage guests visit 1 of the 3 nearby breakfast spots in Fulton instead.

We picked this AmericInn because it advertised a hot tub. Upon checking in we were told that the hot tub was not functioning. Would not have booked if we had known the hot tub was broke. Also, our toilet ran after each flush and we had to remove the tank lid to realign the stop valve. Finally, the breakfast was below par with limited selections. Will not use this hotel again.
