This was a wonderful quick anniversary getaway. The entire staff at the Ritz made it so special. We did a couples massage at the spa and it was lovely and they also had a special anniversary gift for us. Once we got back from the spa the surprises kept coming, a bottle of champagne was sent to our room. This hotel really knows how to make a special occasion feel even more special.

Beautiful area but service was off! Room cleaning never happened unless we called! $700 a night room not worth this price.... Service in bar and restaurant was excellent, valet was wonderful. Service for room cleaning was not good.

My wife and I spent a few nights at this location. Right after leaving, we stopped for gas and noticed that the valet parking service had put large gashes in one of the tire rims. I contacted the hotel management and they took down my information. I later informed them that the dealership said the rim could not be buffed out but had to be replaced. The car is a very expensive car with expensive rims. Hotel management said they turned it over to the loss prevention department and that they would be reaching out to me. It has been a couple months and I still have not heard from them. I have also reached out to hotel management again with no response. We have noticed that this Ritz-Carlton mimics a service mindset with very little follow through. For the three nights we stayed there, our bedding was never made up once, as well as other service issues. This was definitely not our typical experience at a Ritz-Carlton.

Terrible service. Showed up at 12, lots of people inside, nobody greeting. Had no idea where to park and then we found out valet only. Bag help nonexistent. Small rooms, shower broken, would not recommend

Upon entering my room, I was disappointed with the view and felt claustrophobic, as I couldn’t keep the curtains open with people passing by, which made me uncomfortable. When I voiced my concerns, they offered to move me to a different floor. However, I end up staying in the same room because I was too tired to move. I was disheartened because I wondered why my initial request wasn’t accommodated. It felt like my needs were overlooked, and paying $703 for a night in a room where I felt uneasy was not acceptable. It was cold in the room and we had difficulty with the thermostat. we had a very long walk from the lobby to our room and were told that there was nothing else available. Lesson learned request something closer in the future golf cart issues the one night we went to Gaby's for dinner. the staff handled the issues with grace and efficency.
