The staff were very grumpy the whole time he said less then 3 words I asked how his day was and he ignored me then he threw a pen on the counter and the hotel paper and said sign it very angrily. The area was sketchy and our topper to our Tacoma was broken into nothing was taken because we didn't have any thing in there but I'm sure they would have if there was. The elevator made sound like it was going to break down any second. The rooms were smelly and run down. The bathroom was so small you had to stand over the toilet just to close the door. Will not be staying here again.

Only 1 Desk Clerk knew how to extend my stay by a couple of days even when there were rooms available. It would be more efficient if this location trained each desk clerk how to do simple tasks. The Desk Clerk told me there was a bank not far away because there were no quarters on the premises to use in the laundry facilities at this location. There was no way to get quarters to do my laundry.

This hotel should Not be rated more than a 4/10 at Most ! I would not have felt safe here if I was traveling alone. I took photos of the broken light fixture in the bathroom, dirty rugs in the lobby, halls and entry area & damaged rear entrance. The room didn't smell bad but halls & exterior parking lot smelled rank. The building isn't secure with the back entrance door damage leaving it unlocked. Beds were passable for 1 night. I Staff & service was the only thing I could say was good.

Nice staff. Hotel is very close to loud and busy interstate. Incidental deposit is shown as $50 but is actually $100.00. They do return it quickly. Parking lot security is questionable, people hanging around working on cars and playing music. They stopped around 9pm.

The dining area was really small. The washer and dryers were in the same area as you eat. The room was a bit outdated. It’s nice to stay for the night, but nothing if you’re planning on staying for a couple of days.

We arrived at 10 pm and needed to do laundry before continuing our trip the next day. This is the only hotel that wouldn’t allow guests to do laundry any time of the day! Why? Because the laundry is in the small dining breakfast area and a guest room right next to it. The breakfast was extremely very limited. Would not recommend this place!

Worst stay ever and will never be a guest at this establishment again. First I was charged $25 for the pet fee that says it’s supposed to be $15 fee when I told the front desk woman she refunded the $10 but the next day it was no longer refunded. Second the deposit says $50 on here but there they charged $100. Got my deposit back but still charged the extra $10 pet fee. Third the room smelt like piss. I get it’s a pet room but clean up there is no reason for it to still smell like that. Lastly we also found blood stains on our pillows! Absolutely disgusting establishment and when I told the male worker in the morning during checkout he did not even care about my complaints, didn’t even get out of his seat and barely looked up. Was also staying here with family they had another room that their curtains had blood SPLATTERED all over! What the hell. Sick I would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to my enemies. Stay at your own risk. And as far as off leash areas for the dogs it’s a smokers corner and then the open parking lot. Pictures are a lie and not even the washing machines look that clean.

It was horrible to stay even one night. Smells off because of smoke. Flys are in the room. Washstand was not drained. Heater was not worked properly, etc. I would not recommend this facility to any one.

I couldn’t get past the smell in the elevator and the 2nd floor hallways. Like mildew and mangos…or over ripe peaches. Almost as if they were trying to mask something with an artificial fragrance and it didn’t work. Lysol, bleach, pinesol….those are smells that you’re at least trying to take care of it, not fruity sprays.

Older motel, breakfast was simple, waffles were good. The rooms were old and pillows thin. I feel like I paid way too much for what I got. My first room I was given someone had broken a glass of some kind . There was blood still on the floor. The next room it was good. Given the excuse of they have some new cleaning crew that missed. Go to the hotel next door to this one.

A very run-down property, the smell when entering the room was terrible, I had to open the windows and put on perfume, the first day there was only less than half of a toilet paper, the towels were almost transparent, the hotel looked very bad, one of the worst I have ever stayed in in my life.

Had a stay for 5 nights with Family. After check-in I found the carpet of the room is very sticky and stinky. I immediately informed in the reception and they agreed for a vacuum clean next day morning, but next day the situation got more worst. Finally they cover the carpet with blankets to manage to stay. Cleanness if very poor what I found overall , but other area was good. Breakfast was good and very helpful staff.

This was the least expensive hotel I could find for the night and based on price alone it was a great value. The hotel is old and not in the best shape but the room was clean. There was a bit of a smell but the beds were cozy enough and the bathroom was clean and if you just need a cheap place to stay and aren't to picky then this will work perfect.

Hotel is old and not very impressive, but it was clean enough and just fine. Worst part is walls and floors are so thin that you hear noise from other rooms. People in the room above me were jumping, banging, slamming doors, and loud all night so got very little rest.

This hotel is about as average as they come. With the exception of the breakfast area, there was maybe three tables with a total of 12 chairs for the whole breakfast break area. Just another one of those no protein breakfasts. Basically your little Debbie treats type breakfast.Cold air and bed was ok.

I selected on Expedia that I would like to pay at the premises, but I showed a charge of 107 on my bank account before we even checked in. They insisted I had to pay because they did not receive the payment, although the money has been taken from my bank account. So we had to pay with another card and the charge is still on my bank statement for the 107, so I have in essence double paid for the room.

I never really have a complaint about the staff but when I went to check out and get my deposit I was treated very poorly by Jude. I stay at this location very often 2 times a week. The gentleman at the front desk and also Norma are great. Also the lady that works in the breakfast area Lynn is very friendly. I never dealt with this front desk person but she made me feel very uncomfortable slammed her keys on the desk and all just very rude toward me. I never paid a cash deposit so I don't know the rules she was just very very rude to me.

Absolutely terrible experience. We booked the hotel due to a delayed flight, and when we showed up, the hotel staff stated that they had cancelled our reservation due to a “no show,” even though booking information did not say anything about check in time restraints. When I called the next morning, the manager, Mike, would not let me get a word in, argued with me saying they did not cancel the reservation, and told me we would not be refunded. Ridiculous situation handled by ridiculous management.

The gm I forget his name man old man Took my money then wanted more. But then tell me till I got to the hotel When I didn’t have more they didn’t give me a room but they kept my money and here it is 2 days later and still haven’t heard from anybody. Hotels.com bricked just as bad too, but I’m not gonna get into that. I ended up having to go to the car wash to clean myself and I had to sleep in my car that night. NIGHTMARE

A friendly staff with a large-sized king bed room. Great price too! The hotel could use a makeover and note the hotel is essentially on the highway but I was in the back of the hotel so not too much sound at all. Definitely need a car if you stay here as there isn’t much around at all.

Great value for money if using it as a stopover, big clean rooms, small breakfast area and nothing within walking distance like bars or restaurants, but they are only a 10-15 minute drive away. Only 25 minutes from the airport and easy to get to by car.

It was a spacious , clean room . The bathroom sink countertop was a bit small for my needs . The location was very secluded. Perhaps, it was more then it should have been for those who wants eat dinner in a restaurant or fast food place , because there wasn’t any . The closest place was a shell gas station to get snacks . You could slays order food from the local restaurant. Lol

I’ve been to this location twice. It’s not the prettiest and has a couple issues in the room. I didn’t try the breakfast this time because last time it was very limited. Looked like they had some more this time around. This hotel draws a rough crowd. But I decide to keep coming back because you’re away from the Denver traffic. Beautiful mountains in the back. Perfect place for me but not for everyone else.

We were stuck in Denver after our flight was delayed, and this hotel was quick and easy to check in and out of. It had a simple breakfast- waffles, yogurt, bread, and oatmeal - which we appreciated not having to figure out where to find breakfast before our next flight. Our room was as we expected, with 2 queen beds, a bathroom, a mini fridge, and a coffee maker.

It would be nice if there was either whole milk or real half n half available for coffee. It’s all fake stuff and the milk is 1%. And hard boiled eggs would be an easy protein. Besides the lack of healthy choices, everything was clean, well kept and comfortable.

Everything was fine, friendly staff, clean room, quiet, no issues. People expecting a normal breakfast should know it was pretty slim - just juice/coffee/milk, bread items, some (mostly rotten) bananas & waffle batter; no eggs toast sausage/bacon.

The place was what you paid for. It's clean, the price was right, and the breakfast was ok. The breakfast room is TINY but they had yogurt, cereal, bagels, milk, bananas, coffee and waffles. We will stay again
