Travelodge was a great decision for a short stay. The gentleman working the morning shift helped our family check in early. You have to ask for tea service as it is not available in the room. The gentleman in the afternoon/night was not too friendly but maybe he was just about to clock out, not sure. Other than that it is pretty close to the airport via taxi and unfortunately no shuttle.

Modern und sauber. Lage durch Nähe zum Flughafen und gute Zugverbindung in die Innenstadt für unsere Zwecke sehr gut. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Umhebung vorhanden, wenn auch knapp. Frühstück für landesübliche Maßstäbe gut. Für WLAN im Zimmer mußten wir (entgegen Hotels.com-Zusage) 3,90 Euro zahlen, auch wegen nochmals nötigem Vorsprechen bei der Rezeption etwas ärgerlich.

Great property and service. But additional pay for Wi-Fi and parking was a little hiccup. Garage parking height was 2.3m so many vans can fit. Breakfast, for €10 was, good.

The hotel room was spacious, but the Wi-Fi for the rooms was not free; only the lobby area had complimentary access. All the hotels I have stayed in offered free WiFi connections in both the lobby and rooms. Additionally, at breakfast, some of the food was cold when it should have been served hot. Furthermore, the sole reason we checked into the hotel was its proximity to the airport; however, despite being only 12 minutes away, they did not offer any shuttle bus service.

If you are expecting a UK Travelodge type hotel this will disappoint. Rooms clean and adequate but had to ask for extra towels and no kettle or coffee maker in room. Breakfast available for 10 euros which was adequate. Area around hotel is residential and appeared to have shops bar’s restaurants. Main problem for an airport hotel is that there is no shuttle. A metro stop is apparently nearby but we ended up taking Uber to and from AirPower which added about 40 euros to our stay.

Property is Closed to airport, no place to park in front of property to check in if your are driving, you have to park in the street on the back of property or in parking garage with the cost £20 a day , room was ok

Upon getting into our room after check in, we discovered some form of body fluid on the floor that needs house keeping’s attention. Called reception desk to either have house keeping cleaned it or move us to another room. Neither request was granted. I end up cleaning it. Staff said the hotel does not have housekeeping.very annoyed about it but good thing it was a one night stay.

The area around the hotel is nice with excellent bars and public transportation but the very front of the property needs attention and cleaning. The side walk is dirty and planters are unattended and holding garbage. It’s the only hotel that I have stayed in many years that doesn’t offer free wifi, I finally got it but after almost begging and bribing for it. There is not even one free bottle of water on arrival, or a water dispenser in the lobby. Breakfast was very good. Beds comfortable and cleaning is excellent.

Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised. The roof was prepared specifically for my family with 2 extra cots for our family. Staff were friendly and explained some nuances that we were not aware of. They also booked taxis for us when needed. Very comfortable, very clean. Overall - great experience - only downside was the noise levels from outside. Nothing that was affected by the hotel or staff.

The corner room was clean, spacious and had an excellent view. The night desk agent was professional and she did her best to accommodate. The problem was with the morning male desk clerk who had unprofessional behavior, had a rude attitude and was unhelpful. He looks miserable at work and unloads it on to the guests. Also the hotel lobby bathroom being closed to staying guests is bad practice.

Perfect location for concerts at Civitas Metropolitana or the airport. Parking in the garage for only 10 euro per night. Grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants in the area. Close to metro station.

Good option. Near the airport in a good neighborhood with pharmacy, supermarket, laundry, park and dinner options just a few steps from the property. It is far from Madrid downtown’s.

This area is very quiet. The rooms are very roomy, the beds are bigger than European beds. Have a lot of dinning in the area but they don’t serve food till 8pm. Very close to the airport but take 20 mins to the Atocha station by taxi.

La habitación perfecta, muy tranquila y cómoda, pero escogí el hotel por 2 razones, la primera por el parqueadero, el cual toco pagar por aparte 10 euros, y la segunda por la cercanía al aeropuerto, contemplando el desayuno incluído, pero no logro entender que un hotel para viajeros el desayuno lo sirven después de 7:30 un domingo, cuando a es hr debo estar saliendo para el aeropuerto. El desayuno ya estaba pago y fue necesario mostrar la molestia para que entregarán algo temprano antes de salir.

très bien dans l'ensemble, mais petit problème avec le petit déjeuner pour deux personnes ( payé avec la chambre à la réservation) , la serveuse ne voulait pas le prendre en compte, problème réglé après insistance a la réception, petit déjeuner passable , machine a café en panne ( la serveuse aurait pu nous proposer un café fait en cuisine, hors qu' elle la fait a d'autres clients.

There were only 2 bath towels, no washcloths or hand towels, 1/2 roll of toilet paper, very limited drinks and snacks, pizza was small and not good at all.... breakfast was also limited selection @$10....staff was fairly friendly, but seemed annoyed when I came to the front desk n ordered pizza and a beer, no wine... you're unable to order from the room, you must come downstairs.... They called for a taxi quickly and ck out was easy...room was clean but very sparse.... thermostat was confusing...Staff did try their best to be accommodating ....

We enjoyed our stay here. We added the breakfast buffet and it was worth it. Very convenient as we have had trouble finding a decent breakfast location. There’s lots of parking after 7pm and there are a few restaurants at a 3min walking distance.
