Hotel com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. Viajei com a minha mulher e as minhas filhas de 2 e 5 anos e a experiência foi muito positiva. O único ponto negativo, é não existir um parque gratuito no hotel, tendo de deixar o carro na rua e rezar para ter um lugar perto para estacionar, principalmente quando está a chover. O pequeno almoço era bastante bom, dentro das nossas expectativas.

Hotel com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. Viajei com a minha mulher e as minhas filhas de 2 e 5 anos e a experiência foi muito positiva. La habitación era grande y la cama cómoda. La zona es tranquila y se puede aparcar en la calle fácilmente. El personal es amable y servicial y como única pega puedo comentar que la habitación estaba limpia pero el baño tiene los típicos hongos negros en los azulejos que se producen por la condensación i se podría limpiar con algun productos para sacarlos.

Courteous staff, easy check-in. Paid parking but you can street park if you don't want to pay in the weekend. Room was clean and comfortable. Only downside the gym was a storage room not a gym. Breakfast was delicious. Close to a nice park with playground for the kids and adults outdoor gym. 30 min drive from Madrid.

En general todo bien, sin embargo el sofá cama tiene un colchón muy mejorable. Me ha dejado la espalda fatal. Por lo demás , todo bien. Lo recomiendo para pasar unos días en Madrid.

Anna, the night check-in staff was very nice and helped us booked our extra luggage fee over the phone with the bus company. We greatly appreciate it since next day is a Sunday and the bus station office is closed. The Hotel is very good and I definitely recommend it.

Lleve una muy mala experiencia, cuando sali de mi habitación la primera noche deje dicho q no hicieran limpieza en mi habitación y no hicieron caso , entraron a mi habitación hicieron limpieza y se llevaron mis audifonos airpods pro max connun costo de 600 dolares llame al hotel para poner mi queja y me dijeron q eso era imposible llame. Expedia pero tampoco tuve ayuda asi que tengan mucho cuidado con sus pertenencias de valor cuano se hospeden en este hotel

A fantastic, quiet hotel in a town north of Madrid. Only 10 minutes from the commuter train station, it’s extremely quiet, has large clean rooms and comes with a good breakfast buffet. I really can’t complain and recommend it to anyone looking for a good night’s sleep! I’ll

Perfect for our requirements. We flew in and out of Madrid with a one night stay at this property either side of a week in Alicante. Tres Cantos is easy to reach by train or taxi from Madrid and the nightly rates at this hotel are much lower. There is a nice park nearby, grocery stores and some low key restaurants. The hotel breakfast is very nice and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. Viajei com a minha mulher e as minhas filhas de 2 e 5 anos e a experiência foi muito positiva. O único ponto negativo, é não existir um parque gratuito no hotel, tendo de deixar o carro na rua e rezar para ter um lugar perto para estacionar, principalmente quando está a chover. O pequeno almoço era bastante bom, dentro das nossas expectativas.

La estancia ha estado bien. El desayuno se quedaba un poco escaso en cuanto a variedad para el.precio que tenia, esperaba algo mas. Y en cuanto a la habitacion que pasa con la escobilla del water? Ya no ponen en las habitaciones?

Courteous staff, easy check-in. Paid parking but you can street park if you don't want to pay in the weekend. Room was clean and comfortable. Only downside the gym was a storage room not a gym. Breakfast was delicious. Close to a nice park with playground for the kids and adults outdoor gym. 30 min drive from Madrid.

Stayed during extensive renovations of lots of the rooms which didn’t really impact our stay. This hotel is part of a business park, so was mostly deserted on our Friday night / Saturday morning. Staff were helpful, spoke better English than my Spanish, dealt with a room swap due to cigarette smoke smell quickly. Room was nice, newish bathroom installation with acceptable workmanship, aircon unit was a bit beaten up by the conversion to wall control, but worked nicely. Odd car parking situation with dubious free on-street availability, reasonable charge (€12) for basement parking and stupid charge (€19) for business park open-air parking. Parking access passes are treated as if they were tiny VIP guests that keep trying to sneak away - presume they must be expensive to replace! In-house restaurant evening meal offering was nice, catered to our family well. Breakfast was standard continental buffet which would’ve had higher turnover on business days. Good location which suited us well before driving to Madrid airport.

Clean rooms and very helpful staff! I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because there is a grocery store around the corner with amazing prices and great breakfast options. I didn't use the hotel parking either, as it was very easy to find parking on the street. A few things to note: the rooms do not have mini-fridges, and in our room for 3 people the sofa bed wasn't too comfortable. Also in the room we had the shower is inside a bathtub, which could be difficult to step into if you are traveling with little kids or elderly family members.
