Nice hotel, yes it's dated and the rooms don't have AC but it was a good price and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast didn't have the biggest selection but again nice and good quality with staff to cook eggs to your liking. A reasonably small hotel which means you don't get the big groups of younger people coming in at all hours of the night. Bar was also very cheap for a drink around the pool. It's obviously not 5 star but it doesn't claim to be and you also don't pay 5 star prices. Good location, 5 minutes from the beach.

Lovely little pool with sunbeds, which was a sun trap in the afternoons. Approximately 150 m from the beach so very convenient. I will definitely be returning to this lovely little place.

Ich habe 1980 meinen ersten Urlaub im Vorgängerhotel „Sanco“ gemacht und dort meine große Liebe kennengelernt. Jetzt 42 Jahre später, haben wir dies zum Anlass genommen, einen Urlaub im Magnolia mit Halbpension zu buchen, dort, wo im Prinzip alles für uns begann. Dort angekommen, wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und unsere Geschichte machte es auch für den Besitzer zu einem besonderen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer waren einfach, aber absolut top sauber! Das Frühstück war spartanisch, die Backwaren sehr lecker, der Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten lecker. Nur die über dem gesamten Zeitraum gleichbleibenden drei Sorten frischer Aufschnitt, das war dann schon etwas einfallslos. Käse, Kochschinken und eine Art Jagdwurst. Das größte Problem war das gebuchte Abendessen. Es gab keinen Koch mehr im Haus. Dies wurde uns auch bei der Ankunft direkt mitgeteilt. Durch Corona, kein Personal, aber Goyo der Barkeeper wird euch zubereiten was immer ihr wollt. Damit fing abends das Dilemma an. Dosenessen, Fertiggerichte, Mikrowellenessen, es war bis auf wenige Ausnahmen frischem Fisch nur fertigessen. Weiße Bohnen in Tomatensoße mit Frikandel, Bratkartoffeln in Olivenöl "gekocht".Goyo mag ein guter Barkeeper sein, aber seine aufgezwungene Rolle als Koch, war sehr schlecht. Der Fehler lag nicht an ihm, sondern am Besitzer. Laut Aussage waren wir die letzten, die Halbpension gebucht haben. Ich wünsche mir für die noch kommenden Gäste, dass es auch wirklich so war!

Très bel hôtel situé à 300 m à pieds de la plage - Accueil très chaleureux - Très beau jardin avec piscine - Chambre spacieuse, propre, avec salle de bain, douche, baignoire et petit balcon - Ménage fait impeccablement tous les jours Les 2 seuls petits bémols sont : - l'absence de climatisation, mais en laissant les vitres ouvertes la nuit, c'était finalement très supportable en cette période de fortes chaleurs - choix restreint pour le buffet du petit déjeuner, où des légumes auraient été les bienvenus À part ça, le petit déjeuner pouvait être pris en terrasse, ce qui est très appréciable, aucun autre hôtel ne me l'avait proposé lors de mes séjours précédents. Heure de check-out non indiqué à l'arrivée, parking difficilement trouvable (21 euros la nuit ...). Le matin la femme de ménage nous réveille à 10 h, l'heure du check-out. En moyenne je déconseille Lloret del Mar.

Die Lage des Hostal ist einfach ausgezeichnet. 7 Minuten zum wunderschönen Strand und 1 Minute zum Supermarkt. Auch die Strandpromenade ist keine 10 Minuten entfernt. Das Personal ist das freundlichste und herzlichste was wir je erlebt haben. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber. Die Einrichtung ist nicht die modernste, dafür aber alles sehr familier. Wir würden jederzeit hinkommen.

Nice hotel, yes it's dated and the rooms don't have AC but it was a good price and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast didn't have the biggest selection but again nice and good quality with staff to cook eggs to your liking. A reasonably small hotel which means you don't get the big groups of younger people coming in at all hours of the night. Bar was also very cheap for a drink around the pool. Arrived early hours of the morning and was met by a very friendly gentleman who welcomed me to his establishment. My room was spotless and adequate for what I needed as I was only staying 3 nights. Lovely little pool with sunbeds, which was a sun trap in the afternoons. Approximately 150 m from the beach so very convenient. I will definitely be returning to this lovely little place.

Die Lage des Hostal ist einfach ausgezeichnet. 7 Minuten zum wunderschönen Strand und 1 Minute zum Supermarkt. Auch die Strandpromenade ist keine 10 Minuten entfernt. Das Personal ist das freundlichste und herzlichste was wir je erlebt haben. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber. Die Einrichtung ist nicht die modernste, dafür aber alles sehr familier. Wir würden jederzeit hinkommen.

Ich habe 1980 meinen ersten Urlaub im Vorgängerhotel „Sanco“ gemacht und dort meine große Liebe kennengelernt. Jetzt 42 Jahre später, haben wir dies zum Anlass genommen, einen Urlaub im Magnolia mit Halbpension zu buchen, dort, wo im Prinzip alles für uns begann. Dort angekommen, wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und unsere Geschichte machte es auch für den Besitzer zu einem besonderen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer waren einfach, aber absolut top sauber! Das Frühstück war spartanisch, die Backwaren sehr lecker, der Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten lecker. Nur die über dem gesamten Zeitraum gleichbleibenden drei Sorten frischer Aufschnitt, das war dann schon etwas einfallslos. Käse, Kochschinken und eine Art Jagdwurst. Das größte Problem war das gebuchte Abendessen. Es gab keinen Koch mehr im Haus. Dies wurde uns auch bei der Ankunft direkt mitgeteilt. Durch Corona, kein Personal, aber Goyo der Barkeeper wird euch zubereiten was immer ihr wollt. Damit fing abends das Dilemma an. Dosenessen, Fertiggerichte, Mikrowellenessen, es war bis auf wenige Ausnahmen frischem Fisch nur fertigessen. Weiße Bohnen in Tomatensoße mit Frikandel, Bratkartoffeln in Olivenöl "gekocht".Goyo mag ein guter Barkeeper sein, aber seine aufgezwungene Rolle als Koch, war sehr schlecht. Der Fehler lag nicht an ihm, sondern am Besitzer. Laut Aussage waren wir die letzten, die Halbpension gebucht haben. Ich wünsche mir für die noch kommenden Gäste, dass es auch wirklich so war!
