I really liked the service at this hotel, the facilities including 3 pools, fitness activities, gym room, good sunbeds, the seaview and the breakfast. The dinner buffée was fine. The wifi was not reliable unfortunately, if that is very important for your stay.

Camera e bagno spaziosi e accoglienti. Pulizia della camera giornaliera Personale tutto molto gentile e professionale. Piscine grandi e pulite. Colazione a buffet abbondante, varia e ottima. Cena discreta “internazionale”. Moltissimi bambini con i pro e i contro che questo comporta. Animazione serale francamente di livello non eccelso. Negli spazi aperti mancano le paratie per ripararsi dal vento che spesso servirebbero. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono

Bell'hotel con 3 piscine, bellissima vista mare. Ottima qualità del cibo sia a colazione che pranzo e cena, sempre grande varietà di portate. Il servizio a tavola eccellente. C'è anche uno snack bar aperto durante il giorno. Due soli aspetti negativi: - porte della stanza e mobilio sono vecchi/rotti. Veramente un peccato che non ci sia una costante manutenzione. - il wifi non funziona

struttura non nuovissima, concepita più per uso all inclusive che per sola colazione, le piscine erano abbastanza fredde ad agosto, e la struttura piuttosto affollata di gente. Wifi in camera con grossi problemi di connessione. Baby club presente (ma non ne abbiamo usufruito per orari un po' limitati). Colazione molto buona ma in sale enormi e affollate. La zona è cima a una salita, quindi difficile muoversi a piedi. Appunto alla camera, ci è stato data una culla (lettino da campeggio) per bambina di 4 anni. Alla fine c'è entrata, ma sarebbe stato meglio un lettino.

Great location, beautiful grounds. Everything was very well maintained, food was excellent and the activities and games each day were so much fun! Shout out to Nestor who was one of the activity staff with great energy and helped make each game we played enjoyable and funny!

Very comfortable hotel, close to beach. Nice view. Very kind and helpful stuff. Free parking outside, safe and plenty of. Paid parking available. Programm for kids and adults. The pool coctails are premixed, not too great, but there is enough to drink and eat all day long. Spa only for "all inclusive plus", which we did not know, we had only "All inclusive". Great possibilities for trips. Walking distance from shops and more shops and night life if needed. We would deffinitely return, family with 2 older teenagers

The food was good in the main hall but in the snack bar flies everywhere... Needs some sort of air con tho keep the flies off the food! The reception staff let the team down whilst cleaning staff were superb. All inclusive doesn't include the putting green! When my son was sick in his room they wouldn't let me take a bottle of wine to stay in the room with him so couldn't enjoy the all inclusive facilities for 2 days. I like a cigar now and again but there are no adequate smoking facilitiesonly standing next to a bin in the sun. I'm a resident in Spain but they wouldn't give me residensia discount!

Das Hotel liegt ruhig am breiten Sandstrand, welcher über die Straße erreichbar ist. Für einen erholsamen Strandurlaub ok. Essenauswahl ist umfangreich. Jedoch sind die Buffets immer zerflückt, sowie die Tische klebrig.

Die Lage des Hotels ist in Ordnung. Das war es aber auch mit den positiven Sachen. Die Anlage ist sehr verschmutzt überall liegt Müll herum. Das Essen ist von schlechter Qualität. Alles schwimmt im Fett und ist teilweise ungenießbar. Im Speisesaal Funktioniert die Abluftanlage der Küche nicht weswegen es unheimlich stinkt und vernebelt ist. Das Service Personal räumt zwar schnell ab aber das ist schon alles positive. Wir haben uns zudem beide auch beim Buffet MagenDarm zugezogen. Die Zimmer sind oke aber werden teilweise nur mangelhaft gereinigt. Wir hatten auch Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Das Prinzip der Karte für das Zimmer ist auch extrem veraltet immer wenn die Karte auch nur kurz in Kontakt mit dem Handy kommt oder anderen elektronischen Geräten, ist die defekt.

Buchung: Deluxe-Zimmer mit Meerblick, Allinclusive Im großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt für zwei Nächte ok. Die Anlage hat viele Pools, ein kleines Gym, ein Spa, Arcade-Spiele sowie mehrere Bars und Restaurants. Auch für Kinder gibt es anscheinend sehr viel Entertainment, sowie separate Spielplätze. Positiv: - sehr freundliches, höfliches und Hilfsbereites Personal - schöner Ausblick - Nah zur Strandpromenade - Spa hat tolle Massagen - ein Pool ist beheizt Negativ: - Zimmer-und Gebäudehygiene (Haare und Flecken im Bad und Zimmer, sowie in den öffentlichen Toiletten die schon etwas verschmutzt waren) - Gebäudeinstandhaltung (abgeplatzte Fliesen, klapprige&lose Armaturen, Löcher in der Wand, aufgequollene Türen…) - Essensangebot (geschmackslos,matschig,nicht viel Auswahl) - Tagsüber: Hauptgebäude ist abgedunkelt (In den Bar-und Aufenthaltsarealen) man fühlt sich wie im Altersheim/Krankenhausaufenthaltsbereich. Keine Musik, sehr einschläfernd. Für den Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten war der größte negative Punkt das Hygieneproblem. Für junge, aktive Paare ist es das falsche Hotel. This hotel is not 4*:not close to the beach, has awful food and drinks and is in desperate need of an upgrade. The family room is in desperate need of renovation since it's very old and outdated .Unfortunately,the cleaning was also extremely poorly done,with cockroaches near the bed and in one of the two bathrooms ,the doors were extremely unkept and the machine where we would insert our card was rusty.The food lacked variety,we almost ate the same thing every day and the drinks were cheap and diluted.

Check Inn freundlich Ziemlicher Fußweg zum Zimmer Bergig nicht jedermanns Sache Zimmer schöne Aussicht/Meer Einrichtung etwas altbacken Zimmer war leider nicht top gereinigt Wollmäuse am Boden Haare auf dem Balkon auch sonst ziemlich staubig Desinfektion ?? Wifi sehr gut Büffetrestaurant Tisch war neu eingedeckt aber augenscheinlich nicht desinfiziert auf dem Stuhl noch Krümmelreste war nach 7 Hotels auf den Kanaren das schlechteste im Covit standart Habe die letzten 12 Monate ca 100 Unterkünfte besucht denke wovon ich rede War schon ein paarmal in diesem Hotel ,aber jetzt das letzte mal :(

ETABLISSEMENT QUI SOUFFLE LE CHAUD ET LE FROID. Séjour simple habituel, en couple, de 10 jours aux Canaries à cette période de l’année BIEN : Emplacement malgré la route séparant de la plage et à condition d’être au dernier étage d’un bâtiment. Piscine chauffée et bonne qualité des serviettes. Choix du PDJ. Bon niveau d’un des spectacles proposés. MOYEN :Etat général en attente de rénovation (sols, boiseries,..) à l’exception du bâtiment principal. Choix de plats du dîner. Restaurant bruyant et un peu cantine… MAUVAIS : Hygiène des tables extérieures au PDJ. Nombreux oiseaux de type aigrette et de taille assez importante marchant sur les tables déjà dressées. Pas d’effaroucheurs optiques ou soniques ou filets. Changement des draps…long ( 1 semaine). Drap petit pour le lit. Restaurant bruyant et un peu cantine… MAUVAIS : Hygiène des tables extérieures au PDJ. Nombreux oiseaux de type aigrette et de taille assez importante marchant sur les tables déjà dressées. Pas d’effaroucheurs optiques ou soniques ou filets. Changement des draps…long ( 1 semaine). Drap petit pour le lit. Struttura appartenente al circuito Barcelò. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima anche se non per tutti se si vuole andare a piedi a Morro Jable. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era di dimensione grande cosi come il bagno, per entrambi il mobilio era però abbastanza antiquato. Il letto matrimoniale era inspiegabilmente due letti a piazza e mezza attaccati l'uno con l'altro. La mezza pensione aveva cibo in abbondanza ma per gusti anglosassoni e germanici e non aveva quasi niente di locale.

Très grand hôtel avec 2 magnifiques piscine. La restauration est de qualité et les buffets très variés. Les chambres sont spacieuses et calmes. Petits bémols, l hôtel est adossé à une colline donc beaucoup de montées pour se rendre d un endroit à un autre. L extérieur de l hôtel : la plage est magnifique, quelques commences à proximité mais pas de bar à ambiance, rien à faire le soir en dehors de l hôtel (séjour en mai).

Bell'hotel con 3 piscine, bellissima vista mare. Ottima qualità del cibo sia a colazione che pranzo e cena, sempre grande varietà di portate. Il servizio a tavola eccellente. C'è anche uno snack bar aperto durante il giorno. Due soli aspetti negativi: - porte della stanza e mobilio sono vecchi/rotti. The staff are mostly hostile and inefficient. The person who checked me in was not very welcoming or willing to help. I arrived in the hours of darkness and had to ask another member of staff where to find my room on the sprawling complex. Two female members of the restaurant staff one evening accused me of avoiding paying for a soft drink. I pointed out that they had no evidence of this and that the fault lay with them not clearing the table from previous guest use. I explained this to the restaurant manager who seemed uninterested and was unapologetic. My request for a high floor room was ignored and I was given the middle floor of a three storey building. the room however was lovely. Very spacious including the wardrobes. There was an easy to operate safe, large tv with BBC 1,2 and 4 and itv, the bathroom was showroom size with lots of space around the basin, bidet and bath that had a marble seating area beside. Sliding doors on balconies and stone tiled floors throughout, so some noise hazards if faced with inconsiderate neighbours! Balconies are not private as they have wooden lattices either side. A 1.5 litre bottle of water is provided each day of housekeeping. Two fans are in the room, a ceiling rotary and one in a sealed unit. Dinner in the restaurant had a superb selection of offerings whilst breakfast was fairly standard with hard overcooked bacon. Some pleasant and sociable chefs. On site there is a small gym and pools on two different levels.

On site there is a small gym and pools on two different levels.

Le séjour s'est globalement bien passé malgré quelques déboires au début , la cuvette des wc fuyait , odeur persistante d odeur dans la salle de bains , au niveau du lavabo , la poignée de la porte fenêtre donnant sur le balcon mal fixée et la fenêtre de la salle de bains qui tombe sur la tête de ma conjointe , ils sont venus réparés la fenêtre et la poignée , rien pour les odeurs et la fuite de la cuvette ( pourtant signalées à la réception). la Direction a répondu en nous téléphonant pour prendre des nouvelles de ma femme , et en apportant une bouteille et 2 verres dans la chambre avec un mot d excuse pour les désagréments. Mention très bien pour le personnel en général surtout les femmes de ménages(merci à Fanny et Nina) , agréables a souhait; Repas excellents et variés , bien cuisinés , bémol la fumée persistante dans le restaurant , aspiration déficiente ? et surtout un micro-ondes pour tout le restaurant. Restaurant ressemblant plus à un réfectoire , trop bruyant . Malgré des efforts du personnel nous présentant des spectacles , le son trop , vraiment trop agressif , nous fonçait à partir , dommage. le concept royal level nous laisse perplexe . Ayant visité l ile en large et en travers , la structure de l hôtel , son emplacement idéalement placé . je vous le recommande fortement en rapport qualité prix .

El Resort en líneas generales cumple a la perfección con su cometido, no hemos sentido muy augusto, el capital humano que tienen es para valorar a todos sin excepción, desde las personas de la recepción que te explican con todo detalle cuando llegas donde están todos los servicios y opciones de las que dispones, la mujer que nos hacia la habitación cada día super amable, Mirta creo que era su nombre, las personas del Buffet, los camareros de los bares, snack...etc. Pueden ser las habitaciones más nuevas o con algun mueble ya pidiendo jubilación, pero repito que más allá de esos detalles, las personas de todos los staff del hotel hacen han hecho que los 11 días que hemos pasado hayan sido geniales en todos los sentidos. Queríamos ampliar la estancia pero estaba todo ya ocupado. Una pena, pero seguro que volvemos, además del hotel la isla nos ha atrapado. Gracias

Wir waren in diesem Hotel schon mehrfach, zuletzt vor ungefähr fünf Jahren. Seither hat es sich absolut verschlechtert. Qualifiziertes Personal ist hier kaum vorhanden. Der Service im Bereich Essen und Trinken ist gruselig. Wir hatten zunächst nur Halbpension gebucht und uns dann überreden lassen, auf All Inclusive aufzustocken. Hiervon kann man nur abraten. Die Qualität ist saumäßig. Das, was man an der Bar zu trinken geboten bekommt, ist noch nicht einmal mit gutem willen zu genießen. Cocktails kommen aus einer Mixmaschine und haben mit den eigentlichen Cocktails, die man erwartet, nichts zu tun. Einmal habe ich einen Cognac probiert. Das war mehr oder weniger ein Getränk, das mit Wasser so sehr gestreckt war, dass man kaum noch schmecken konnte, was es hätte sein sollen. Das Essen ist durchweg langweilig und von miserable Qualität. Einzig positiver hervorzuheben ist hier die super Lage am Strand. Die Zimmer sind einfach und sauber, werden auch jeden Tag ordentlich geputzt. Am besten sollte man dieses Hotel lediglich als Herberge ansehen, bestenfalls noch Frühstück dazu buchen und im übrigen seine Zeit außerhalb verbringen.

Tres bien pour nous ! Pour la periode choisie et l’option demie pension, le rapport qualité prix est bien respecté, le restaurant, le personnel, la propreté, les services, les spectacles et animations ! Tout était tres bien !,, après, on partait profité du soleil, visiter l’île,,on ne restait pas affalés sur les transat à boire des bières et ruminer , Des mécontents de tout et n’importe quoi il y en aura toujours, mais pour nous, sincèrement les 10 nuits passées dans cet hôtel étaient super bien !!! ¡ Muchas gracias ! Viva España !

L'hotel si presenta molto bene, il check-in e il check out sono stati veloci, la camera era pulita, il mangiare discreto, ma abbiamo avuto problemi con il phon e il telefono interno che il primo giorno non funzionavano. Sono stati riparati dopo un' ora ma il giorno dopo il phon ha smesso di funzionare subito. Segnalato di nuovo alla reception il problema, abbiamo aspettato inutilmente un phon sostitutivo per 40 minuti, dopodiché ci siamo stancati di aspettare e siamo usciti coi capelli bagnati .

Das Hotel liegt ruhig am breiten Sandstrand, welcher über die Straße erreichbar ist. Für einen erholsamen Strandurlaub ok. Essenauswahl ist umfangreich. Jedoch sind die Buffets immer zerflückt, sowie die Tische klebrig.

Food was good. Hotel was good if you wanted a swimming pool holiday although the 2 pools and loungers would not be enough for all the guests. The beach is large and sandy but is a long walk down hill from the hotel, you can walk through the hotel down to the beach and then use an elevator into a partly abandoned shopping area passed a under road tunnel used by drug addicts with their discards, graffiti youre not welcome with finger.

Struttura appartenente al circuito Barcelò. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima anche se non per tutti se si vuole andare a piedi a Morro Jable. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era di dimensione grande cosi come il bagno, per entrambi il mobilio era però abbastanza antiquato. Il letto matrimoniale era inspiegabilmente due letti a piazza e mezza attaccati l'uno con l'altro. La mezza pensione aveva cibo in abbondanza ma per gusti anglosassoni e germanici e non aveva quasi niente di locale.

Très grand hôtel avec 2 magnifiques piscine. La restauration est de qualité et les buffets très variés. Les chambres sont spacieuses et calmes. Petits bémols, l hôtel est adossé à une colline donc beaucoup de montées pour se rendre d un endroit à un autre. L extérieur de l hôtel : la plage est magnifique, quelques commences à proximité mais pas de bar à ambiance, rien à faire le soir en dehors de l hôtel (séjour en mai).

The food was good in the main hall but in the snack bar flies everywhere... Needs some sort of air con tho keep the flies off the food! The reception staff let the team down whilst cleaning staff were superb. All inclusive doesn't include the putting green! When my son was sick in his room they wouldn't let me take a bottle of wine to stay in the room with him so couldn't enjoy the all inclusive facilities for 2 days. I like a cigar now and again but there are no adequate smoking facilitiesonly standing next to a bin in the sun. I'm a resident in Spain but they wouldn't give me residensia discount!

Die Lage des Hotels ist in Ordnung. Das war es aber auch mit den positiven Sachen. Die Anlage ist sehr verschmutzt überall liegt Müll herum. Das Essen ist von schlechter Qualität. Alles schwimmt im Fett und ist teilweise ungenießbar. Im Speisesaal Funktioniert die Abluftanlage der Küche nicht weswegen es unheimlich stinkt und vernebelt ist. Das Service Personal räumt zwar schnell ab aber das ist schon alles positive. Wir haben uns zudem beide auch beim Buffet MagenDarm zugezogen. Die Zimmer sind oke aber werden teilweise nur mangelhaft gereinigt. Wir hatten auch Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Das Prinzip der Karte für das Zimmer ist auch extrem veraltet immer wenn die Karte auch nur kurz in Kontakt mit dem Handy kommt oder anderen elektronischen Geräten, ist die defekt.

Wir waren in diesem Hotel schon mehrfach, zuletzt vor ungefähr fünf Jahren. Seither hat es sich absolut verschlechtert. Qualifiziertes Personal ist hier kaum vorhanden. Der Service im Bereich Essen und Trinken ist gruselig. Wir hatten zunächst nur Halbpension gebucht und uns dann überreden lassen, auf All Inclusive aufzustocken. Hiervon kann man nur abraten. Die Qualität ist saumäßig. Das, was man an der Bar zu trinken geboten bekommt, ist noch nicht einmal mit gutem willen zu genießen. Cocktails kommen aus einer Mixmaschine und haben mit den eigentlichen Cocktails, die man erwartet, nichts zu tun. Einmal habe ich einen Cognac probiert. Das war mehr oder weniger ein Getränk, das mit Wasser so sehr gestreckt war, dass man kaum noch schmecken konnte, was es hätte sein sollen. Das Essen ist durchweg langweilig und von miserable Qualität. Einzig positiver hervorzuheben ist hier die super Lage am Strand. Die Zimmer sind einfach und sauber, werden auch jeden Tag ordentlich geputzt. Am besten sollte man dieses Hotel lediglich als Herberge ansehen, bestenfalls noch Frühstück dazu buchen und im übrigen seine Zeit außerhalb verbringen.

This hotel is not 4*:not close to the beach, has awful food and drinks and is in desperate need of an upgrade. The family room is in desperate need of renovation since it's very old and outdated .Unfortunately,the cleaning was also extremely poorly done,with cockroaches near the bed and in one of the two bathrooms ,the doors were extremely unkept and the machine where we would insert our card was rusty.The food lacked variety,we almost ate the same thing every day and the drinks were cheap and diluted.

Bell'hotel con 3 piscine, bellissima vista mare. Ottima qualità del cibo sia a colazione che pranzo e cena, sempre grande varietà di portate. Il servizio a tavola eccellente. C'è anche uno snack bar aperto durante il giorno. Due soli aspetti negativi: - porte della stanza e mobilio sono vecchi/rotti. ETABLISSEMENT QUI SOUFFLE LE CHAUD ET LE FROID. Séjour simple habituel, en couple, de 10 jours aux Canaries à cette période de l’année BIEN : Emplacement malgré la route séparant de la plage et à condition d’être au dernier étage d’un bâtiment. Piscine chauffée et bonne qualité des serviettes. Choix du PDJ. Bon niveau d’un des spectacles proposés. MOYEN :Etat général en attente de rénovation (sols, boiseries,..) à l’exception du bâtiment principal. Choix de plats du dîner. Restaurant bruyant et un peu cantine… MAUVAIS : Hygiène des tables extérieures au PDJ. Nombreux oiseaux de type aigrette et de taille assez importante marchant sur les tables déjà dressées. Pas d’effaroucheurs optiques ou soniques ou filets. Changement des draps…long ( 1 semaine). Drap petit pour le lit. La couette n’a pas de housse et n’est donc pas lavée à chaque changement d’occupant! Personnel de réception très majoritairement peu compétent et système informatique dépassé. WIFI inexistant et non sécurisé même si cela est peu important maintenant avec les volumes de données disponibles en point d’accès smartphone. AU GLOBAL : Avec le beau temps possible si réservé à un prix raisonnable ce qui est tout à fait possible. All inclusive et Royal Level (dans la même salle de restaurant et avec le même choix !) sans intérêt. Il y a nettement mieux aux alentours pour ce type de choix.

The hotel had plenty of amenities and the staff were very helpful and great. Especially Jimmy on reception and Cocca and Lorenzo on the entertainment. The food was plentiful and varied. However the tiles around the pool area and in the pool need attention. Also tea and coffee in the rooms with a kettle would be ideal. Otherwise a great holiday

We upgraded our stay, but it some of the upgrade figures never materialised, even after highlighting this to reception staff, which were rather ignorant. Housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly, big thank you to them. Bar and restaurant staff were hit and miss, some of them were very good, others were not really interested in their job. Overall we had a good time and considering to return.
