The entertainment was excellent especially Wajde in the animation team. The neds and pillows were really comfortable, but the shower was lacking power. Food choice was limited as was the drinks at lunch and dinner, the waiters were polite and friendly unless you asked for a second drink, you couldn't self serve which was an inconvenience

Die Hotelanlage und die Zimmer sind sauber. Die Lage ist gut, mehrere Strände sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer sind groß mit großem Balkon und funktionaler Einrichtung, dennoch deutlicher Punktabzug für sehr durchgelegene Betten. Frühstück so lala. Personal unterschiedlich, von sehr freundlich bis sehr unfreundlich alles dabei. Außenpool eigentlich super, schön groß, leider unbeheizt und daher zu den Wintermonaten so gut wie nicht nutzbar. Poolliegen ausreichend vorhanden, viele sind allerdings so speckig, dass man sie lieber nicht nutzen möchte. Animation dezent, den einen Programmpunkt pro Tag nimmt man nicht wahr, wenn man nicht will. WLan funktioniert über die gesamte Anlage hinweg gut.

Wir haben uns bei der Buchung bewusst für das Hotel entschieden, weil wir einen entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub genießen wollten. Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartung, was die Herzlichkeit des gesamten Personals, Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit erwartungsgemäß getroffen. Der kleine Fitnessraum und die Sauna runden unseren Aufenthalt ab. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und wissen jetzt schon, dass wir definitiv nicht das letzte Mal hier waren.

A savoir que cet hôtel est particulièrement fréquenté par une clientèle allemande (donc personnels et interactions parfois en allemand ^^, mais espagnol et anglais possibles aussi bien sûr). Seul point à améliorer : la plage d'ouverture relativement restreinte de certains services comme la piscine (9h-17h) et la salle de sport (8h30-20h30). Mais parfait dans l'ensemble.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön (mit Balkon, großes und bequemes Bett, großes Badezimmer). Über Auflagen auf den Balkonmöbeln hätten wir uns gefreut, ging aber auch ohne. Die Liegen rund um den Pool waren leider schon sehr früh am Morgen 'reserviert' und wurden dann teilweise wenig genutzt, das war ein wenig ärgerlich, denn es wäre vermutlich für alle Gäste ausreichend Platz gewesen. Die Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Strand sind kostenpflichtig. Das Essen war sehr gut und eine reichliche Auswahl, am Buffet wurde sehr oft nachgefüllt, egal zu welcher Zeit man kam. Wer gerne Hotelurlaub macht und sich verwöhnen lassen möchte, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Das H10 Playa Esmeralda ist ein gutes Hotel direkt am Strand von wo aus man Kilometer den schönsten Sandstränden entlang laufen kann. Ein Teil davon ist auch FKK Bereich und viele Abschnitte sind auch gemischt. Man muss hier allerdings auf Ebbe und Flut achten um keine Ueberraschungen zu erleben. Das Hotel selbst hat eine sehr schöne Pool Anlage die leider in den Wintermonaten nicht zu gebrauchen ist da das Becken unbeheizt ist. Dafür gibt es aber noch ein Indoorbecken welches jedoch für die Hotelgrösse viel zu klein ist. Das Essen ist guter Durchschnitt Buffetbetrieb und wie das Frühstück in Selbstbedienung. Alles ist aber sehr sauber und es wird überdurchschnittlich gereinigt, im Speisesaal wie in den Zimmern und der ganzen Anlage. Um grössere Ausflüge zu unternehmen und vieles von der Insel zu erkunden braucht es allerdings einen Mietwagen. Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

l'accueil, l'emplacement, la vue la chambre la restauration, la propreté, l'amabilité du personnel tout est parfait. Sauf la piscine intérieur non piscine et le spa non chauffé ( ok pour la piscine en ces temps de restriction mais le spa...). Il faut aussi savoir que c'est un très très grand hotel ... Nous avons préférés un hôtel au nord de l'ileplus intime, aux prestations supérieurs à Corralejo (Maresq...)

La déco de l’ensemble de l’hôtel (style mauresque moderne classe mais simple, qui se fond avec la nature environnante; avec des fleurs fraîches, de la végétation bien entretenue et variée, des tableaux sur le thème marin), la taille, la propreté et l’équipement de la chambre (vue mer, avec petite terrasse pour bronzer en toute intimité). La cuisine est très bonne (miel naturel, crêpes faites en direct, jus naturels, eaux aromatisées, spécialités proposées-Canarienne, Mexicaine, asiatique-. Le personnel agréable et professionnel. L’environnement très à mon goût : immense plage naturelle ventée avec du beau sable et une eau claire; entourée d’un paysage désertique. Petite superette pas loin (15mn à pieds). Pharmacie à proximité. Le spa de l’hôtel est très agréable avec un personnel accueillant et professionnel.

Hotel fantastico, vicino alla spiaggia di Sotavento. È il 4 anno in cui andiamo e le aspettative sono sempre state attese. Ottima struttura, ottima zona, ottimo persona, ottimi i servizi offerti dalla struttura.

Bel hôtel très bien situé juste au bord de la plage de Sotavento mais très (peut être trop) grand, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées avec une belle terrasse, en revanche la vue mer est plutôt un aperçu mer pour certaines, les salles de bains sont à rafraîchir et les chambres manquent un peu d’insonorisation. Nourriture très moyenne en revanche (surtout les viennoiseries), petit dej fait avant tout pour les anglais et allemands, salle de restaurant bruyante, mais avec une terrasse et très belle vue.

Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und für uns sehr wichtig, eine sehr gute Kaffeeauswahl!

Terzo anno presso la struttura. Qualità molto buona con vista fantastica sulla playa di sotavento. Pulizia e personale molto elevata. Posizione buona per visitare tutta la zona centro-sud dell’isola.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff were ok - some better than others. Unfortunately we found the food to be poor, both in choice and quality - certainly not 4*.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables Le ménage est remarquable ! Quelques critiques constructives : Pour la formule all inclusive, il est dommage de ne pouvoir manger au bord de la piscine que des burgers. Un peu de fruit et de crudités serait les bienvenus. Une petite collation vers 17h serait agréable également.

The food was excellent. The pool and pool bar was excellent. The room was comfortable though faces the carpark and had a blocked toilet for 2 days. Checking in and the reception staff were very inadequate. They kept us waiting for an hour to get our room. Wanted loads of pointless information off us when they already had our booking reference and passports we then had to wait another 30 mins for someone to show us the room we could of easily found ourself and then he hung around obviously waiting for a tip???? Two days into our stay after revcirving full payment off us they asked us to reception again to go through all the tedious checking in again because they missed something. I had to tell the confussed girl to do it herslf as i was having breakfast and want nothing more to do with them. After that it was meraculasly all forgotten . I think they need some training put in place as i heard from other people having the same problem with them. I have been to many hotels and never spent more then 15 mins at reception checkong in.

La vacanza è stata positiva, purtroppo la camera non aveva una vista mare come mi aspettavo, in quanto la camera benché prenotata con supplemento vista mare, la vista era solo laterale parziale. L’hotel presenta i segni della sua età.

Es war der schönste Urlaub meines Lebens.😍 Das Hotel ist soo toll. Die Nähe zum Strand, die ruhige Atmosphäre.. das Personal ist superfreundlich...das Essen sehr lecker und mega viel Auswahl....der Poolbereich(man bekam immer eine Liege)....die Ruhe am Pool....das Zimmer war ein Traum, die megaschöne Aussicht. Für mich war das ein Paradies auf Erden. Wenn alles klappt, bin ich bald wieder da😍😍

Here for a one week break and deliberately chose it for reasonable access to Cofete and the beaches around Esmeralda. The drive down from the airport was very easy and finding the hotel was a dawdle too. Food was good and varied, as was the drink. I did feel they were slightly understaffed at times particularly at peak meal times. I would however return, and recommend it to others.

This was our fifth time to stay in this fabulous hotel. Standards remain high and the staff are superb

There is a lovely beach within walking view of the property. The staff were friendly. The hotel was beautifully presented. It was in a quiet location. The entertainment was good.

We went for a complete chill out and that is what we got. Very quiet which is what we needed. Be prepared very windy.

Excellent hotel and facilities. Bit of a walk (sloping with few steps) to beach and bear in mind one has to pay for the sunbeds/umbrella on the beach.

Very laid back, very relaxed feel. Food was 10/10. In a good location with amazing beaches not far away.

Extraordinary hotel regarding the price. Room was very clean, hotel looks very well maintained, especially for the age and climate which is very rare on the canarian islands. The restaurant has the best outlook I've ever had, the food in the buffet restaurant was always great, with a good choice and always refilled on time. Here was the only very slight downside I could find, sometimes the food wasn't perfectly heated and the signes were sometimes misplaced, but regarding that the food was on a 5 star level I can't really count this as a downside.

Zu allererst: Eine absolute Empfehlung die All inclusive Privlige Room Buchung zu tätigen. Zu Privilege gehört: Zugang zu dem sehr leckeren Restaurant "El Jable", All inclusive, ein schönes Zimmer, bei dem die Minibar täglich aufgefüllt werden kann. Nun zu den einzelnen Punkten: Allgemein: Sehr gut fanden wir, dass man praktischerweise eine App haben konnte, bei dem die Abendessen reservieren konnten, Speisekarten angeschaut und auch Öffnungszeiten der einzelnen Angebote (Essen, Sauna, Pool etc.) einsehbar waren. Essen: Das Essen, seine Qualität und auch die Empfehlung hängt sehr stark von den Restaurants ab: Jandia: Ein klassisches Buffetrestaurant, das simpel Gehalten ist, normalerweise war dies immer unsere zweite Wahl. El Jable: Das privilege Restaurant steht Privilege Gästen mit vorheriger Reservierung (!) zur Verfügung und ist Morgens und Abends geöffnet. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen lässt sich sehen und bietet sehr leckeres A la Carde Essen. Stromboli: Das Highlight entpuppte sich für uns als lecker, aber leichte Enttäuschung, da die Vielfalt sehr gering ist und wir leider immer lange auf die Speisen warten mussten. Zimmer: Das Privilege Zimmer war sehr gut, mit Seeblick bei uns und lediglich das Doppelbett, das aus 2 zusammengeschobenen Betten bestand, hat Wünsche offen gelassen. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff were ok - some better than others. Unfortunately we found the food to be poor, both in choice and quality - certainly not 4*.

Ils sont tous adorables et serviables et se mettent en 15 pour vous servir et satisfaire vos besoins. La restauration est riche et variée et de bonne qualité ! Il y en a pour tous les goûts ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables Le ménage est remarquable ! Quelques critiques constructives : Pour la formule all inclusive, il est dommage de ne pouvoir manger au bord de la piscine que des burgers. Un peu de fruit et de crudités serait les bienvenus. Une petite collation vers 17h serait agréable également.
