This was our 6th visit with our dog. As always the staff were very friendly and accomodating. It is easily accessible from the motorway. The rooms are always clean and tidy if slightly basic.

Perfect for one or two nights. Traditional Spanish older hotel. Very clean and well-functioning. Dog friendly hotel (but not allowed in the restaurant). Very good location, walkable to town center. Lots of free parking.

Nice 5 min walk to centre of old town. We didn't intend to eat at the hotel but the menu and price was so good we ate at hotel, very good meal. There was the option to pay €7 for secure parking but the open air car park seemed safe enough. We will stay here again

El hotel está aceptable para un hotel de paso, pero es cierto q le falta mantenimiento y limpieza, por ej había telarañas en las habitaciones, faltan enchufes en las mesillas y el personal del bar no era muy amable, en cambio en la recepción y el checking fue todo correcto.

Eerst enkel wit toastbrood, wat charcutterie, kaas en zoet beleg, cornflakes. Pas laat een warm eiergerecht en enkele stukken (opnieuw) wit stokbrood. Koffie uit de kan. Sinaasapoek als fruit. Potjes yoghourt. Lekkere ontbijtkoek met chocolade. Op de sobere kamer kwam het stukwerk van het plafond. Wel goed verwarmd na het diner. Geen airco op de kamer. Goed diner.

We’ve stayed here several times en route to Santander as it is ideally situated only 3 hrs from the Ferry. The hotel accommodation is tired & in need of an upgrade, & our room on this occasion was particularly tatty. Firstly the bedroom door wouldn’t open with the key despite jiggling & pulling & pushing whilst turning the key, so we had to return to reception & the staff member kindly assisted. Even she found it difficult but at least got it open. There was a loose floor tile in the entrance to the bathroom which moved & creaked when stood on. There was fluff on the bedroom laminate floor, & small spiders & cobwebs on the walls above the bed. We had the menu del noche in the restaurant, but it wasn’t a pleasant experience due to an excessive amount of flies invading the table whilst we were eating, even to the point of landing on the food we were putting in our mouth. There seemed to be nothing in place to deal with this problem e.g fly traps, electronic zappers etc. We won’t be eating or staying here again during the summer months.

Very outdated room, Gaps in skirting boards For potential insects to come in…. Flooring was warped. I take it due to pets….. Smell of sewage in downstairs Room… Food in restaurant was okay but Service didn’t start service till 8:30 pm And we wanted to go and see the sites didn’t leave the hotel till 10 pm. Unfortunately, didn’t take any photos of the Room….. Plus, when we arrived at the hotel about 3:30 pm, there was three coach loads of children arriving for meet ups, Very noisy

Hotel Alisa is a no frills hotel which is perfect for an overnight stop. I had a meal and breakfast in the bar which was absolutely perfect and very reasonably priced. All the staff from the reception to the bar staff are welcoming and friendly

Accueil détestable. Chambre donnée (lits jumeaux) ne correspondait pas à celle réservée . Il nous a fallu redescendre pour en demander une autre avec lit double. L’hôtel est globalement bien, mais la personne qui nous a reçu n'a pas à être à l'accueil.

De receptioniste van de incheck was niet klantvriendelijk daarin tegen was de receptioniste die de uit check deed de volgende dag, zeer klantgericht,vriendelijk. Maar kan het hotel aanbevelen qua prijs kwaliteit verhouding is dit een prima hotel.

The rooms were very basic. No air conditioning. The hotel food was terrible. Dinner inedible and breakfast so disgusting we left every item. The majority of the staff were very rude . Anna was the only nice one.

Hotel Alisa is a no frills hotel which is perfect for an overnight stop. I had a meal and breakfast in the bar which was absolutely perfect and very reasonably priced. All the staff from the reception to the bar staff are welcoming and friendly

Es ist wohl eher ein Durchgangshotel. Das tägliche Menü war aus unserer Sicht eine qualitative Katastrophe. Insbesondere der Fett- und Knochenlappen, der sich Steak nannte. Ungeniessbar!

We’ve stayed here several times en route to Santander as it is ideally situated only 3 hrs from the Ferry. The hotel accommodation is tired & in need of an upgrade, & our room on this occasion was particularly tatty. Firstly the bedroom door wouldn’t open with the key despite jiggling & pulling & pushing whilst turning the key, so we had to return to reception & the staff member kindly assisted. Even she found it difficult but at least got it open. There was a loose floor tile in the entrance to the bathroom which moved & creaked when stood on. There was fluff on the bedroom laminate floor, & small spiders & cobwebs on the walls above the bed. We had the menu del noche in the restaurant, but it wasn’t a pleasant experience due to an excessive amount of flies invading the table whilst we were eating, even to the point of landing on the food we were putting in our mouth. There seemed to be nothing in place to deal with this problem e.g fly traps, electronic zappers etc. We won’t be eating or staying here again during the summer months.

A quick stopover on our journey South. Traditional Spanish hotel. Full of charm but spotlessly clean. Room was large and a good bathroom. Didn’t dine in the restaurant but had a snack and a couple of glasses of wine in the bar/cafeteria, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Needed to be on the road so didn’t have breakfast but I would recommend the hotel and definitely stay there again.

Poor breakfast but it was cheap. Excellent bar, closed in the evening. Bed very uncomfortable, No English language TV. Reception staff tried to help but couldn’t speak English. Shower was good, parking just outside the hotel. A basic rundown hotel. Lerma a short walk, nice town.
