Wonderful location just off the bustling square and right near the train stop for the vintage tram to port soller - despite being in the heart of everything once inside the property quiet and staff was great kind and caring - room was great - pool deck wonderful and spa in basement great too - our hostess Paquita was particularly nice

Everything was good ~breakfast & service was perfect. Enough room for the family of 4. My adult son’s could have their own space. What we did not like: for what we pay/night, they should not charge for parking. We had to find another way to park less expensive. Secondly, the pictures of Gran Soller show the pool, and around in a larger space.

Seul hôtel 5 étoiles de notre séjour à Majorque, et pourtant le moins bien. Cet hôtel a peut-être mérité ses 5 étoiles mais il y a très longtemps…. Pas d’accueil en Français malgré la présence d’un drapeau français à l’entrée. Pas de wifi pendant 2 jours (sur un séjour de 3 nuits). Nous n’avons pas profité de la piscine, celle ci était très petite et tous les transats étaient occupés. Le personnel du petit déjeuner est très réactif et fait le maximum pour faire plaisir aux clients, c’est tellement rare que. Léa doit être signalé.

We had a great stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The pool on the roof is small and all the us loungers were taken but we spent some time in the spa which the kids loved. The room was lovely with comfortable beds and they made the kids bed up for us. It’s a great location near the square and is a beautiful old building. We would definitely stay again

This was a truly perfect stay at a hotel where the staff are warm and welcoming to all, the food is amazing and the cleanliness is outstanding. This hotel is a little dated but not in poor repair at all. It is clearly maintained to a high standard and with pride. Bedding was luxury, food was also a very very high standard in restaurant and breakfast and bar snacks. The pool is a perfect spot for cooling down after a busy day. Location could not be better-we were a group of 4 and cannot wait to return

We had a lovely stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel itself and room was spotlessly clean and in good condition. Breakfasts were really great and had something for everyone. The spa facilities were most welcome and we made good use of. Lovely view from the rooftop pool and loungers of the mountain range! The hotel is also nicely situated with the main square and restaurants 3 minutes walk away.

This is a beautiful older hotel in the heart of Soller. All elements of our stay were satisfactory or beyond. The staff, amazing. Breakfast great. Restaurant nice when you want to stay in with very good food and outstanding staff. You can’t go wrong here unless you don’t like an older hotel. It’s a beautiful older building with modern conveniences.

Absolutely beautiful stay at this property! It looks like a castle! The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is delicious. Parking on property is so convenient. Just 1 block away from the center of Soller, but feels like you're in a retreat. Would absolutely recommend this place!

We had a great stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Great stay but the air conditioner was not operating as maintenance guy said their computer controlled and that all windows and doors have to be closed. We may sure our door and window were closed but the air conditioner did not work.

We arrived the day of the storm - everything was just perfect! We arrived before lunch but our room was ready already - they went out of their way to make us feel welcome - nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be going back as we weren't able to get down to the Port because of the weather so I am going to go back!! Thank you!

Everything in Sóller is within walking distance (restaurants, bars, shops, activities) and from there you have great opportunities to explore the island by bus, train, bike or car. A beautiful, classic hotel with very kind and helpful staff. After checkout they stored our luggage while we went to a beach and we were able to freshen up at the hotel afterwards which was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Excellent sandwiches and gelato around the corner, very convenient location with easy parking. Also lots of nice details, like a generous breakfast spread and the work of local artists throughout the hotel. Absolutely recommend!
