A bit of center .clean great staff The gym’s equipment does not make much sense … was not put together by a professional( free weights not over 10 kgs) lacking machines … Spacious hotel , great pool . Reasonably priced dining …. Maybe elevators that you dont wait forever .. front desk fast and efficient ( Salvador ?) I had no car so not sure about parking Nudist Beach few Meters away

Very average hotel not deserving of a 4 star rating. Basic gym, staff was in most cases quite unhelpful and misleading at reception (not clear on parking costs etc - and not able to explain random room charges). On our 1st and 2nd night, we did not have any hot water in our room... hotel did little to make up for it... very poor for a 4 star hotel you are paying £150 a night for. Parking was also told to be charged on a per min basis - fine, but we did not have our car for the full time yet was still charged for the duration of our stay at 26euros a day. Food in hotel is okay... nothing great and quite basic and fairly expensive for what it is when loads of restaurants just 5 mins walk away offering exceptionally fresh food and much lower prices. Would I stay again? Not really... having been my first Meila hotel stay, this will probably be my last.

The hotel was superb. It is in easy walking distance to several beaches, the old city, and the harbor with its many nice ocean front bars and neighborhoods. We had booked a room with ocean view, and it did not disappoint. The breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful. The hotel is clean, the staff was courteous, the pool area was very nice, and the hotel bar was well equipped. We would stay here again any time.

Ich fand den Aufenthalt in dem Hotel sehr schön. Das Zimmer war sehr Sauber, Bett war sehr groß und bequem. Der Meerblick aus dem Balkon, einfach bezaubernd. Alles war super sauber und modern angerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

The stay at the Melia Sitges I booked through Expedia was more than disappointing. It’s rated 4 star on Expedia and the place was filthy. When I checked in I was given a room that had been smoked in. As I was about to call desk the cleaning staff came in with an air filter. I’m asthmatic and that’s not gonna get that musty smoke filled smell out in time in order to avoid a crisis. So the front desk changed my room. In the new room I hadn’t noticed the air conditioning vent when I entered room. But in the morning in noticed there was what appeared to be black mold/mildew on and around vents and also on the shower ceiling. I reported it to management and she assured me it would be rectified. Vent was replaced and cleaned. However, when I went to take shower later, in order to keep my balance, I leaned on wall with dark tile and discovered the dark tile wall was also filthy with what appeared to be mold/mildew that got on my hand. Do they think at Melia just because the tile is dark you they have to clean it? Do I have to specify everything that needs to be cleaned? The place is disgusting… all the hallway carpets are filthy and stained.... If you can’t clean the stain replace the carpet!!!

The property was very clean and modern and the staff was incredibly attentive. Our view from our balcony was absolutely incredible. And we were able to watch the sunrise from it. It wasn’t the closest Walt to the center of town but also wasn’t too far.

The receptionist called Faus was excellent. He organised a great room 271 for us. Unfortunately the Aircon didn’t work properly and the room was very hot. Housekeeping sent an engineer who replaced the filter and he told us that the room would cool down in 30 minutes. We went out for dinner and came back at eleven to a very hot and stuffy room. After enduring an uncomfortable night I told the female receptionist about the Aircon when we were checking out in the morning. She couldn’t have cared less. I also emailed the Melia hotel and haven’t heard back. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

To start with the check in was a nightmare. They couldn’t find the booking. After 30 min or so they found it. My room was not ready so they gave me towels to get access to the pool while waiting. When I came back for my keys they had lost the paperwork!!!! After signing a document again the room nightmare started. I booked a family junior suite and they gave me a king size and a couch . My brother upgraded to the same and he did get one king and individuals, exactly as described on their website. I complained as it showed on the website what a family junior suite is. No one cared. The main bathroom was clogged and I took a video . We went for dinner and when we came back the couch was still a couch with no sheets. I had to go downstairs because of course the phone in the room didn’t work well. Around 1 am the sheets came. For $860 a night!!! This is my first experience of a Melia in Europe. In Latin America it has always been good.

Las instalaciones estupendas, el servicio regular, checking on line no funciona, check out on line sí. No responden a la peticiones tipo cama matrimonial y te encuentras sorpresa. Luego lo arreglan. El servicio de restaurante de la terraza funciona tipo chiringuito de playa, copas de vino que pagas por bueno pero no sacan botella ni te lo dan a probar. No cuidan los detalles pero el precio no es el de un chiringuito, copas calientes que si pides te cambian, te traen comida a la hamaca pero olvidan las servilletas.Hay personal más profesional que otro y se nota. Creo que confían demasiado en las instalaciones queriendo ahorrar en el personal y lo sufre el cliente

Hi the hotel is awesome itself When I checked in I have to pay for the 3 rd person eventhough I have already did paid for 3 The next day when I went to the beach I came to room my 3 bed and my stuff was gone. Just because I have no luggage there they assume we not there. They put out stiff into garbich We call management IRENE she said I don’t know. I don’t know where your stuff is. I said where is t Lego and book and my chargers so me clothes. She said I don’t know They did not apologize neither of this. They replace Lego for 10$ instead of 50$ When I said what u goin to do about it she said I don’t know it’s not her fault she said. Irene the manager doesn’t know how to manage the place. More over she asked me to pay for a 3 rd person 3 more night. I said I already paid you the first time I checked in What can I say stay else’ where service is really bad. Nice hotel overall, and very nice staff both at the desk and restaurants. Good location, easy parking. My lower rating on service is based on the experience after the stay. The Hotel Melia sends a ton of emails, but when I needed help with a left bag, they never replied. Not to phone calls or emails. Pretty annoying when the rep from the hotel emails me asking for a review, but can't respond to my email after 4 days, and 2 calls. That is where the poor service was.

The hotel is amazing and breakfast is exeptional. But when we checked out we forgot a jacket in the closets and i called like only 2 hours after check out. But i was informed to send an email. Did that right away. Heard nothing for 2 days. Then i called again and was informed that my mail was sent to housekeeping and they woukd reply. 2 days more i heard nothing so i clled again and talked to a manager. He said he woukd investigate and the next day he wrote that they coukd not find the jacket. Now we know where we forgot the jacket, so either someone has taken it or thrown it out. If reception has reacted when i called the fiest time, this woukd not have happened. I am so disappointed and cant recommend this hotel to anyone anymore. We were there also 2 nights, but the housekeeping forgot to clean our room. But i did not get an discount even that is a part of what i pay for. So what was a good hotel, i was ready to go back to again and again, i now cant recommend it.

From the moment we arrived, to the morning we left we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The room was perfect, with a great shower room, very comfortable bed and view. The buffet breakfast had just about everything you could ask for and again the staff were always friendly and professional. The location of the hotel was perfect for the beach and town. When we returned to our room the chamber staff had ensured are room was as clean and tidy as it was on our first day. Another person on holiday asked why we hadn’t chosen an Air B&B, but we would never have got the high class of service and all the above mentioned service. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special and we will be sure to be returning.

Staff were all very courteous and helpful. I was departing very early in the morning and the staff put together a breakfast bag for me to take with me, this was lovely. Breakfast in the dining room was amazing, lots to choose from. Overall this hotel was great.

The location was a short walk from the town Centre and had a nice pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Alex on reception who was very warm and welcoming upon arrival.

Nice and lean property just by the beach but walking distance to centre. The only negative thing I can think of is that the coffee shop doesn’t open until 9. It’s quite a walk to the nearest other coffee shop.

Sitges is a chill city.. we liked the hotel as it is conveniently located around 20 mins from the center. The walk can be a bit tough as it is hilly but it is nice to see the coast while walking to the hotel. The staff at the hotel are so nice and helpful. The room view is amazing and the rooms are generally clean and comfortable.

Very pleasant hotel - walkable to beach, lovely breakfast, nice room, beautiful port and restaurants. However not good for people who struggle with stairs and walking as town is quite hilly to get to from this hotel.

Staying at Melia Sitges was a great experience. Very comfortable rooms. Great room service and facilities. Staff are really helpfull. It is 20 min walk to the city center and its difficult to find taxi or transport options after midnight, you should consider this if you want nightouts.

Llegué a las 12 de la mañana al hotel y ya me dejaron entrar en la habitación, por lo que estoy muy agradecido. El desayuno es buenísimo, de los mejores que he visto (incluso en hoteles de 5 estrellas) y el servicio al cliente es muy bueno. Lo único un poco negativo que mencionaría es que cada vez que vas a recepción hay cola y tienes que esperar bastante, estaría bien que tuvieran más personal allí
