This property needs a serious update, we spent two nights in one room that had no TV reception, the hairdryer did not work, the attachment on the bath was broken so you could only use the shower. Fortunately we were able to move to a better room. However each morning during our stay we were woken up at 8am on the dot by workers digging the pavement up right outside our room. No bar area or water available at the hotel, ultra basic for the price charged.

Exquisite hotel. Hotel staff went above and beyond even providing beach towels and umbrella for our stay. Pool was relaxing and standard size for lap swimming in the mornings. AC was wonderful, bed sheets and pillows soft, small fridge, and finally a hotel that appreciates nice towels. The port has a walkable strip to cute restaurants, next to the fabulous beach, we loved it. A must stay.

I would not choose to stay there again. I would like to point out that the lady managing the breakfast was fabulous! She was very friendly and welcoming! The hotel is built against a rock and when coming or going to the city center you have to climb up/down a steep flight of stairs. When you have luggage its quite a hassle. Many architectural specialties of that place are super weird. It has many dead corners and doesn't feel right. The room was very small and had one window. There are no coffee facilities and no complimentary water. When arriving late at night we had to go to the vending machine that was empty. When going to the pool there are no towels offered. Summing it up... if you look for a bare minimum of well feeling during your holidays its your place. Else, there are much better options in Sitges.

Lovely pool area. Clean rooms with good facilities but why on earth would they put the bathroom (toilet and shower) in the bedroom? Why not put a wall there? The strangest thing I have ever seen. Extremely quiet hotel. No pool bar or any bar to have a drink by the pool. Hotel kept very clean though!

Shower gel available was not the one labelled on the bottle (the bottle was from a known brand but it was most probably refilled with a cheaper one).

I was in a room with a view to the marina. It was clean, but very basic for a 4* hotel. Furniture and bath tub a bit worn. No coffee maker / kettle / tea that you usually find in 4* hotels. Most annoyingly, there was just one wall socket in the room, and that’s where the fridge was plugged. So you have to choose between having cold drinks or charging your gadgets. There was another socket in the bathroom. Since this is a beach town, inevitably you will bring in traces of sand on your shoes, regardless of how careful you are. You’d expect the cleaning staff to sweep the floor, at least every other day; they didn’t. Since I am a gold member, I was supposed to get a free bottle of sparkling wine for my stay. I asked the staff on 2 occasions about this and they promissed they would get it sorted; which they didn’t. Not bothered about a bottle of cheap wine, but it’s a matter of principle. Don’t promise something and then refuse to honour it.

The property has the basics. Fridge in room is a “cooler”, no tea/coffee making facilities, not even a cup or spoon. Building and rooms clean but outside needs a paint and tidy up, sauna no longer in action, breakfast not available. Great location if you are simply going out, pool also good.

Hotel is in great location close to the beach and great restaurants along the Port. Has a nice pool. Service was good and the people are kind and attentive. I do question the rating of the hotel (at 4 stars). Also recieved none of the promised VIP amenities, so am not sure if I would stay here again. Bookers need to know that toilet and bedroom are all one room - so dont be surprised when you see it

Fabulous location facing the marina and next to the naturist beach. Our room was a studio with ensuite created from opaque glass shower area. Clean room, huge bed with fridge and kettle supplied on request. Staff friendly. Buffet style breakfast with wide choice served but no other meals available. 20 min walk to station. Great location for a more rekaxing visit to Barcelona and environs.

It was a nice basic accommodation. Beautiful view of marina. It’s a good, kinda long but manageable walk to downtown. Pool was closed which I didn’t understand as the weather was nice and it was full and clean.

There's an air conditioner in the bedroom and in the main area they barely work. Had issues with staff and regards to the booking. The general area is extremely expensive. Parking the vehicle for 24 hours costs approximately $45 Canadian. Driving was mentioned as one of the available items to do but it's not available. Champagne or sparkling wine supposed to be given with the stay and it was not. The hotel is fairly old and definitely needs upgrades. The shower sprays all over the place and the handle was broken. I could go on but you get the point

Die Lage des Hotels ist für unseren Geschmack sehr schön. Es befindet sich am Ende des Yachthafens und ist angenehm ruhig. Es gibt einen großen Pool, und rechts um die Ecke kann man direkt nach ca. 5 Gehminuten an den ersten Strand (auch FKK) gelangen. Zur Altstadt sind es aber noch weitere 10 Minuten, hier kommt man dann an die größeren und belebteren Familen-Strände. Am Hotel befindet sich direkt daneben, ein nicht überdachtes Terrassen-Restaurant mit guter Küche, wenngleich die sprachlichen Kenntnisse des Personals ausbaufähig wären. Ca. 100 m weiter gibt’s noch jede Menge weitere, gute und gehobene Restaurants. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber nicht unbedingt abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, und man kann sein Frühstück auch auf der Terrasse zu sich nehmen. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer, in dem sich die Toilette, Dusche und Bett in einem Raum (!) befanden - ohne Trennwände – aber mit Terrasse. Daraufhin haben wir sogleich das Zimmer gewechselt, denn dies ist für unser Empfinden höchstens für eine Einzelbelegung zumutbar! Das andere Zimmer hatte dann wenigstens ein abgeteiltes Badezimmer mit Toilette – allerdings nur Schiebefenster und keine Terrasse !

As a gold member of Expedia, I should get free breakfast and parking credits. I don’t even talk about room upgrade since it is very subject to availability. But when I checked in I was not recognised as a value Expedia gold member. The front desk staff said only room was booked and I had to pay the breakfast and parking. Exquisite hotel. Hotel staff went above and beyond even providing beach towels and umbrella for our stay. Pool was relaxing and standard size for lap swimming in the mornings. AC was wonderful, bed sheets and pillows soft, small fridge, and finally a hotel that appreciates nice towels. The port has a walkable strip to cute restaurants, next to the fabulous beach, we loved it. A must stay.

This is a very substandard and strange hotel, and definitely no where approaching 4-star class. First- the young man who checked us in couldn’t have been any LESS welcoming. No please, no thank you, no smile- infact his demeanour is best described as contemptuous to being inconvenienced by customers. Seriously- this young man needs training or to get a job he doesn’t clearly hate). Second- the ‘en-suite’ bathroom is infact a toilet and shower behind a piece of transparent glass with no door- so if you stay here hopefully you’re comfortable with watching and hearing your partner on the toilet. Totally bizarre. This is not disclosed in the room description. Third- two members of staff walked into my room at 9:30am without knocking and despite a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door. They were holding a coffee like they’d decided to come to take their break in our room. Due to the ‘bathroom’ being completely exposed they got to see me shaving half naked while my partner was taking a shower. Totally outrageous invasion of privacy. Their response when it happened: to laugh! Fourth - our harbour view was in fact a view of a tree and four other balconies looking directly into our room. Absolutely no privacy so we kept the curtains permanently closed. Everything about this place is cheap, faded and depressing. The management have clearly given up. There is no pride. It’s VERY sad. I would barely call in 2-star let alone 4-stars.

I would not choose to stay there again. I would like to point out that the lady managing the breakfast was fabulous! She was very friendly and welcoming! The hotel is built against a rock and when coming or going to the city center you have to climb up/down a steep flight of stairs. When you have luggage its quite a hassle. Many architectural specialties of that place are super weird. It has many dead corners and doesn't feel right. The room was very small and had one window. There are no coffee facilities and no complimentary water. When arriving late at night we had to go to the vending machine that was empty. When going to the pool there are no towels offered. Summing it up... if you look for a bare minimum of well feeling during your holidays its your place. Else, there are much better options in Sitges.

We had a lovely nights stay here. We were able to check in early as our room was ready. The staff were friendly. The room was a little dated but perfectly fine. The location is great. Right on the harbour and only a 10 minute walk into town along a pretty coastal path. The pool was large and clean and the breakfast plentiful.

The agent at the counter was very brisk in communication. I asked about the possibility and price of the parking that were mentioned at the time of the booking but he gave me no explanation, no confirmation. We paid more then was agreed beforehand.

It was a nice basic accommodation. Beautiful view of marina. It’s a good, kinda long but manageable walk to downtown. Pool was closed which I didn’t understand as the weather was nice and it was full and clean.

A pleasant stay in a large apartment - especially considering everything in Sitges was fully booked. The air conditioning was just sufficient (but at least it didn’t get too cold in the night) loud but not powerful. A quiet part of Sitges - a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre.

Die Lage des Hotels ist für unseren Geschmack sehr schön. Es befindet sich am Ende des Yachthafens und ist angenehm ruhig. Es gibt einen großen Pool, und rechts um die Ecke kann man direkt nach ca. 5 Gehminuten an den ersten Strand (auch FKK) gelangen. Zur Altstadt sind es aber noch weitere 10 Minuten, hier kommt man dann an die größeren und belebteren Familen-Strände. Am Hotel befindet sich direkt daneben, ein nicht überdachtes Terrassen-Restaurant mit guter Küche, wenngleich die sprachlichen Kenntnisse des Personals ausbaufähig wären. Ca. 100 m weiter gibt’s noch jede Menge weitere, gute und gehobene Restaurants. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber nicht unbedingt abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, und man kann sein Frühstück auch auf der Terrasse zu sich nehmen. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer, in dem sich die Toilette, Dusche und Bett in einem Raum (!) befanden - ohne Trennwände – aber mit Terrasse. Daraufhin haben wir sogleich das Zimmer gewechselt, denn dies ist für unser Empfinden höchstens für eine Einzelbelegung zumutbar! Das andere Zimmer hatte dann wenigstens ein abgeteiltes Badezimmer mit Toilette – allerdings nur Schiebefenster und keine Terrasse !

Great pool and the rooms were clean but the furniture needs an update. The day front desk manager was very helpful and friendly! The hotel is on a long stretch with many upscale restaurants in a quieter area than the city center. San Sebastia Beach is a 12 minute walk and all of the major shops/boutiques are 15 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

The hotel room we had was not 4* as advertised. Breakfast does not cater for Vegans. Luckily the surrounding restaurants were accommodating. Our room needed refreshing and decorating. Evening receptionist was not very accommodating but the morning staff were very helpful. Was able to explain our concerns and grievances when checking out and was welcomed by the staff receptionist. If they made the changes and updated the rooms would definitely book again.

Wij hadden half pension geboekt; de keuzes voor het diner waren beperkt, maar de gastheer heeft er alles aan gedaan on het ons naar de zin te maken, waarvoor nogmaals dank. Al met al was het een prima verblijf, voor een enkele keer!

Kamer was goed, douche top. Moet je wel heen gaan als koppel ivm de doorzichtige en open douche en wc. Moesten om een aantal dingen vragen maar werd snel geregeld daarna. Ontbijt was top. Hotel vond ik qua uistraling verder summier

The property has the basics. Fridge in room is a “cooler”, no tea/coffee making facilities, not even a cup or spoon. Building and rooms clean but outside needs a paint and tidy up, sauna no longer in action, breakfast not available. Great location if you are simply going out, pool also good.

The room was not what I expected. There was no chairs to sit in. They have kettles available but you have to ask the front desk. Good luck with the WiFi on the 3rd floor which was non-existent. The staff and water pressure were probably the best things about the Hotel,
