Loved the area, it was quiet and stunning views (both sea and mountains). Breakfast was spot on, fresh and good variety of sweet and savoury, especially the bread! Staff attentive and polite and room clean. The only suggestion would be having a coffee station in the room (even just a kettle and instant coffee), bathroom a bit outdated and swimming pool could be a bit more taken care of, but overall a lovely place to stay!

The room had no balcony and the window directly faced a neighbouring balcony, so we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The bed was uncomfortable, with only one very thin pillow, cleanliness was average. Several basic amenities were missing upon arrival, including a pool towel, usable safe, body wash, lotion and conditioner. Despite reporting this, the room was still not serviced by 5 PM the following day. The complimentary bottle of wine included with our booking was also never provided, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. Breakfast was disappointing as well. At 9 AM, despite service continuing until 11 AM, several items were unavailable, including eggs, and a hot-food tray was completely empty. This was particularly frustrating given the hotel’s policy prohibiting guests from bringing their own food or drinks into the room or hotel property.

A brilliant stay and somewhere I'd happily recommend if you're looking to properly switch off for a few days. You do ideally need a hire car to explore this part of Mallorca, and it's worth knowing that the hotel doesn't have its own parking. We always managed to find a space nearby, but be prepared for a short walk if you're arriving at a busy time. The hotel itself is excellent. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive and looked after us throughout our stay without ever feeling overbearing. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive too – fresh, high quality and with a great mix of options each morning. Great facilities, lovely food and a really relaxed atmosphere. We'd definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at the hotel. Staff were really friendly, breakfast was a highlight & the focaccias at the pool were delicious! The town is a lovely sleepy village, and was perfect for a quiet long weekend. We’d definitely come back!
