The rooms are a bit older style but clean. Staff is friendly and there is safe parking. There is really no other decent hotel on Prayagraj so one has no choice.

Beautiful property and rooms. Great location! Room heating and restaurant services by staff could be improved compared to other ITC properties in India . Staff helpful and responsive

Had a great time staying at the hotel. Everything was good except the food service was extremely slow and can be improved.
