I express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was far from acceptable, and I feel compelled to share the issues we encountered. Firstly, the hotel staff were unhelpful and dismissive, which left me feeling extremely distressed. The room we were assigned had no working air conditioning, rendering it unfit for purpose, especially considering the high temperature. When I initially called reception, I was told the issue was being looked into. My wife and I waited in the room for over an hour—it was unbearably hot, like a sauna. After a second call to reception, I was informed that nothing could be done until the next day, which was clearly unacceptable. I voiced my concerns, and again the receptionist said she would get back to me, but no action was taken. After a further 45 minutes, I went to reception personally, by which time my wife was beginning to feel unwell due to the heat, and the entire situation was causing both of us considerable angst and distress. Eventually, a barman was sent to the room who confirmed the air conditioning was not working and stated there was nothing he could do. At that point, we decided we could not remain at the hotel under these conditions and requested a refund. The receptionist informed me that, because we had booked through Expedia, a refund was not possible. I explained that the room was not fit for use, and as no alternative solution was offered we left...

The location is excellent and the value for money is very good. The water pressure was weak and the pillows very uncomfortable, reducing to nothing when laying upon it. Charging for the use of a mini bar fridge is crazy. Most staff very friendly.

Points positifs: Hôtel propre, simple, rustique très bien placé. le personnel est attentionné. Le p'tit déjeuner et le buffet du soir sont variés, équilibrés et de qualités. Nous sommes arrivés à minuit et nous sommes repartis à 3h du matin : l'hôtel a mis à disposition un repas. Points négatifs: - L'hôtel ne dispose pas de parking gratuit. Il faut trouver dans les rues un peu plus éloignées pour se stationner. -Pas de fontaine d'eau à disposition dans l'hôtel pour s'hydrater la journée. -Obligation de consommer lors du repas du soir (formule demi-pension). Un pichet d'eau (top water) serait appréciable. -Nous n'avons pas entendu parler espagnol pendant une semaine car Il y a principalement que des touristes Allemands à Cala Millor. Les restaurateurs, les magasins s'adaptent à eux. Les indications et informations sont écrites en Allemand, Anglais et Espagnols. Cela enlève du charme au séjour car Majorque est une île Espagnole.
