Das Servicepersonal ist freundlich und macht tolle Arbeit. Das Frühstück ist lecker, aber jeden Tag gleich. Zimmer werden täglich komplett und sehr gut gereinigt. Das Hotel selbst hat jedoch keinen 4-Sterne-Komfort. Es ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, im Bad gibt es eine einzige Handtuchablage, die sehr wackelig ist. Nirgends kann etwas abgestellt werden, der Spiegel ist blind, die Silikonfugen schwarz, einzelne Teile des Zimmers sind renoviert, aber sehr schlecht. Löcher blieben in den Wänden, Farbe verkleckert, Fenster schließt nicht, Minibar und Licht fiel aus, beim Duschen ist das Bad überschwemmt, musste immer die Handtücher zum Aufwischen nutzen. Es gibt keinen Schrank im Zimmer, nur eine Kleiderstange mit fünf Bügeln. Nirgends ist Platz für den Koffer. Wir haben ihn auf den Balkon gestellt. Ein Fahrstuhl von zwei ist defekt. Das Treppenhaus ist eher eine Nottreppe. Der Pool im Keller ist gerade Baustelle und kann nicht genutzt werden und auch sonst wird täglich irgendwo im Haus gebaut. Das Fitnessstudio ist ebenfalls sehr alt und die Geräte haben keine Stecker… wir haben nichts davon genutzt. Unser Aufenthalt war zwei Wochen und wir waren ziemlich enttäuscht.

Overall average, I would say 3.5 stars rather than 4. The room itself was clean and came with standard toiletries, the issues were with the public facilities. The pool was cold and unusable and when we inquired about this we were dismissed. The building was slightly tired - mildly degraded exterior and lifts could use some TLC. Good but not great value for money

my booking with this hotel was to pay at the check in, few days early they tried to charge my credit card without my permission and the bank declined the payment, what make me frustrated, because I wasn`t expecting that and toke me few days to understand what is going on. At my check in, I paid in full and when asked about the swimming pool times, the receptionist told that it was close and i made a complain about it because I choose this hotel because the swimming pool. He said that they do not charge for the pool only for the bedroom, but I said that I found others hotels cheaper then that without pool, so it wasn`t right and they should give me a discount, what were denied. when get the room, the air conditioned wasn`t working, so I made another complain and they told me that because the winter has gone they have to recharge the air conditioned (central) with gas and it will take about 10 days. I asked again for discount and they deny again. I have made a complain to Hotels,com and when they called the hotel, told to hotels.com a completely diferent estory. Not happy at all with the service, but the hotel and breakfast was good

Beautiful hotel, nice and clean room. The location outside Barcelona. Breakfast was amazing, so many choices and tasty The only thing that I am not happy is they wasn't informing about the pool being closed for a while due to renovations. The main reason I book this hotel because they have a pool :(

How is this property four star? The reception and reception staff was nice, but that was the only highlight. The room was dirty. Bugs in the bed. The floor made our feet very dirty. The bathroom had black mould. Every time someone flushed a toilet, we heard every bit of plumbing ALL NIGHT LONG. The hotel is very loud and we didn’t sleep well at all. We were initially booked in for three nights but only managed one. We moved to Hotel Catalonia which is also a four star hotel and the difference is STARK. This hotel needs a serious reevaluation. It’s closer to a one or two star hotel, at best.

It was a beautiful hotel but the WiFi was not working on the hotel room, only the lobby. And the shower was clogged up because there was water everywhere, around the sink, around the toilet, I had to try it up with multiple towels. I was scared to plug my hair iron & do my hair due to the wet floor. But overall, the staff were very nice & professional.

In den ersten zwei Nächten hatten wir Kakerlaken bei uns im Waschbecken. Als wir das meldeten, drückte man uns Insektenspray in die Hand…allerdings wurde uns am nächsten Morgen sofort eine Grundreinigung oder neues Zimmer Versprochen. Das Hotel ist auch ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, das merkt auch wirklich wohin man auch schaut. Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt dennoch in Ordnung, da man mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut an die Stadt angebunden ist.

The hotel is situated outside the city center, but very close to the bus and metro (you can take a bus around the corner to Plaça d’Espanya every few minutes). The room was spacious and clean, but I missed some storage space. I loved the shower area. Rooms are a bit noisy though. Breakfast had a lot of options and the hotel staff was very kind.

The staff are great, however the hotel suffers from alot of internal noise as the foyer is the full height of the hotel and you can hear everything from the ground up. Taxi is best to and from the location.

Nice staff, interesting building design, but rooms are fitted out at low cost and it shows. Bathrooms are very tiered, fittings loose or missing. Cheep fitted bed very little space in room around a double bed. I had 6th floor room , which did have a massive balcony area which was a real plus but other rooms do not have that and the view was nothing to right home about. Good for a business overnight stay if you are working in the area or want to be closer to airport but not at the airport. Overall clean and comfy but not cosy. A place to sleep not to stay. The pop up iron boards are a joke, do not work.

Friendly, helpful, spoke English. The room was clean, comfortable and a good location. The setting sun was very hot and the AC did not work well if there was one, but they did supply a fan upon request which made a big difference.

The room was generally clean. My flight arrived at 6am and they allowed us to store our luggage for free until check-in. The guy at the front desk with glasses was really rude. We didn’t know we had to insert the key-card to turn on the lights. The cleaning staff were very kind. They walked into our room accidentally one day and afterwards they seemed to know when we were in our room to avoid cleaning until after we left. The floor in the shower was uneven, so the water would spill out onto the floor. Unfortunately we never got to try the gym or the pool. I also found it a bit annoying that we paid for a single bed with patio and we were given two beds pushed together.

Hotel is definitely showing it's age and location in an industrial area. It was hard to get a cab since it is technically outside the city limits and according to one driver, no one wants to come out that far. Staff was no help in getting one either. They just told us to get an Uber, but you have to wait on average about 30 min. The hotel was generally clean and a good location for walking to the Congress center. Breakfast was ok. Nothing stellar, but it was well stocked. Staff were generally unhelpful. No one actually staffed the bar area. My colleague accidentallly ran into the glass door in the lobby and staff did nothing to help, not even offering ice or a bandage even though she was bleeding heavily from the head and broke her glasses. In the states, staff would have been tripping over themselves to be helpful. I couldn't even get the front desk gal off the phone to even acknowledge what had happened. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I won't stay there again.

My third visit to Barcelona, first time at this hotel. Had a room with a balcony. Good size room. Had the essentials needed for a stay. Breakfast selection was good, and eat as much as you like. Very enjoyable. Tried restaurant for an evening meal again very enjoyable. Only downside was pool and sauna not available as was undergoing repairs. Its on a major road to city centre and therefore good transport links.

The EuroHotel is okay. It is cheap and accessible to downtown Barcelona by bus only. At night, the surrounding area is not safe. It is not the city center, but the outskirts. There were large rats outside of the hotel, next to the Italian restaurant where they throw out their trash. The bathroom of this hotel is very damp, dirty, and smelly. The building entrance/lounge/hallways are nice and the receptionist was available 24/7 and very nice.

Really good breakfast (choice/ variety/ presentation), good sized rooms/ bathroom. Location is in the middle of a commercial area which is of course unpopulated at night, so not great if you are walking by yourself from the metro (10-15mins walk, depending which station/ line). Takes around 20mins by Metro to the city centre, although closer to the beaches of Gava and Castelldefels

This hotel is situated close to the Barcelona fair centre, about 15 minutes from the airport and the same to the city centre. Modern, clean rooms and helpful staff. There is little in the immediate area and only limited dining on site, but there is a huge mall with many dining options approx. 15 mins walk from the hotel. I have stayed several times and always found it satisfsctory.

The room was too warm. When I turned the AC down, it did not come on. I think it was placebo, and then the hotel staff told our friends in their room that the AC was turned off this time of year because the guest didn’t need it. I thought that was a terrible idea, as the guest should always be able to regulate the temperature in their room to the comfort that they like. The food that they served in the dining room that should’ve been hot was lukewarm. Not sure if that’s a country thing or if they just didn’t wanna make the food hot.

Posizione non eccellente, reception gentile ma non parla inglese, servizio bar e colazione scadente (ho provato una brioche cruda per la prima volta!). Consiglio di alloggiare più al centro perché i taxi sono molto cari e il bus ci impiega molto tempo.

Das Frühstückbuffet ist nicht gut. Die Zeit der Dosenfrüchte und Fertigeiprodukten ist vorbei. Das einzige was beim Frühstück reibungslos funktionierte war das Abräumen des Buffets Punkt 10.30 Uhr. Schade! Das Hotel ist ansonsten empfehlenswert.
