It’s convenient to the airport. The rooms were nice, the food was very good but the restaurants are small and understaffed. The gym was a joke. The pool was not impressive. The sky lounge was old, dirty and the staff did not care about taking care of customers who came in. One bartender was doing everything. Overall I was not impressed with our stay in this hotel, but staff were lovely and helpful so that saved us.

Mkt ineffektiv in- och utcheckning Dåligt och ofräscht gym/poolområde Vi valde hotellet mkt pga läget nära flygplatsen, skulle upp kl fem för att hinna med ett plan. Det pågick en ravefestival framför hotellet fram till kl 02.30. Nattsömnen helt förstörd. Borde framgått vid bokningen. Då hade vi valt ett annat hotell.

In short all I can say is avoid this hotel.. Room was dirty, mould all over the shower and ventilation vents, AC would not go below 27 degrees in 34 degree summer weather and the hotel staff did not care even after complaining 3 times .. See pictures for yourselves..

I had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their professionalism and friendly service. For a 4 star hotel there was hair in the sinks and on the bed sheets and behind pillows. I jave stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels and there is always complimentary water this one had nothing. Bed was also not the comfiest

The rooms are beautiful and updated but the wi-fi didn’t work the entire stay and heard excuses like when futbal games are on the government of spain turns off all services. i had to do lots of work and couldn’t because of no wifi. when checking out that didn’t even acknowledged this was happening. i will go directly to Hyatt. My wife and I stayed at this hotel for our first experience in Spain and Barcelona. As it was rated five stars, we had high expectations; however, we believe it should only be rated four stars, maybe even 3.5 at most. On the positive side, the staff provided excellent hospitality and gave us great recommendations for exploring the city. The breakfast was quite good. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning properly in any of the rooms. Even after being moved to a different room, the AC still didn’t work adequately. Given the temperature exceeding 90°F in Barcelona, this was less than ideal for a five-star hotel. While the rooms were clean, they felt a bit outdated.

I had a wonderful time here. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful. My room was spacious and offered an excellent view of the city. Room service was good, and there is also a restaurant in the hotel itself, plus plenty of dining options nearby or a short drive away. The hotel is very well located for anyone who likes using public transit — there’s a metro station right across the street near the university, and several bus stops close by. Taxis are always available just outside as well. The only possible downside is that the hotel is a bit farther from Barcelona’s main attractions, but I didn’t mind — the convenience of transportation more than makes up for it. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options for everyone, including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian choices. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

Started out as a great stay. We booked 4 rooms for a night after our cruise. 3 rooms were upgraded to suites which was awesome. The not so good was that 3 rooms were told that a late 2pm checkout was ok(one room even confirmed that online). The next morning key cards were shut off and even after trip to desk we were told they would allow us till 1pm or we would be charged another night. We are now rushing to be prepared. Their lack of communication between their shifts was horrinle. They said our confirmations had to be confirmed in the am.This was an excuse because i did confirm my late checkout in the morning on their link. We had a great trip so it was a little disappointing to be treated this way on oir way home.

Great property and service. The staff was friendly and helpful even though we do not speak multiple languages. The property is a short distance away from the airport and is very easy to catch a taxi to and from the hotel. The hotel is also directly across from the metro station (subway). You can purchase a multi day metro pass, which allows you to use the subway and bus system throughout the city. The metro subway also can take you to the airport. We had a great very short trip to Barcelona!

The hotel was conveniently close to the airport and metro train, but not within walking distance to other main attractions in Barcelona. The staff were friendly, though not always attentive in the lobby. Victor at the front desk stood out — he was very helpful in giving us directions for getting around by train. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view. One highlight was the shower — excellent water pressure . The rooftop SkyFall Tower offered an even better view with good music, though the drinks could have been better.

The hotel is not convenient or close to anything. Each time we had to take cabs to town which cost $50 round trip everyday. The WiFi was terrible. Bed was comfortable and clean. Pool was not able to use bc it was so small abc no area to lay out. Food in restaurants were terrible and overpriced and very limited in selection. No waters provided in room. I would not stay here again.

Hotel booked for 2 nights prior to cruise boarding in BCN. Very well located for port and airport. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Showers are great and powerful Bar is nice with singers and music tho a little pricey. Not much around the area so had to taxi to city and shopping

Booked this Hotel to City Trip Barcelona, a 10 Min Taxi ride makes it the perfect location. Nice Hotel, Big Clean fabulous rooms. Super convenient parking. A big let down was that the Skyfall Bar which is advertised is closed for renovation since March and could not be visited, as shame as one of the reasons I booked the place. Also Leaving early in the morning I asked for checkout the evening before, which I was told was nt possible. In many years of traveling for business I'd never come across a Hotel that size that can not check you out the night before, not very customer focused. Breakfast however was very good, and is well worth the 20€ they charge. Overall a very good Hotel with a couple of let downs.
